Not that I'm saying the party wasn't wrong but, i feel like we're all very reactive; very quick to jump the gun and attack people with pitchforks based on scant evidence, Twitter especially. I mean if George was there, then by all means, call him out for being irresponsible, but he shouldn't be the only one you call out/target/pick on if that's the case.

So some things have been bothering me...Wilbur and Jack were clearly in the photo and video, but all this people jumping to cancel CCs based on the image of the person in the background and no pictures/vid of Minx, Niki, Puffy other than someone claiming to have seen them at the party? So, the person who claims to have seen them was ALSO at the party?

Also, I do wonder if the OTV + friends crew also got this same amount of criticism when they had a party in Vegas, or when a bunch of them went to a rave or when they went to shoot a music video? Is it because they're British vs OTV being Americans? I hope that's not the case but maybe our biases are showing, you know.

Maybe Geenelly asked everyone to get tested before attending and only fully vaccinated people are invited... Could they have just taken their masks off to just drink and eat for a bit? We don't actually know at this point.

EDIT: She did clarify after I posted this blurb that they were vaccinated, tested before and after and was in a private group (attached below) . Safety measures were taken, aside from enforcing the mask-wearing.

Is it illegal in the UK to have this party? No. Was irresponsible to have a gathering and not enforcing mask-wearing? Yes. While a lot more people are vaccinated and the symptoms may be mild in most, some are still susceptible or cannot be vaccinated. New variants are emerging as well.

Am I disappointed? Yes. I think they should just explain themselves, apologise if it relates to them, get tested for everyone's peace of mind and just reflect. And do a PSA as a reminder to all not to do what they have done and be more prudent in the future.
