Super tldr irl shit, but the commercial sales manager tried to run to the CFO when we pushed back on them dumping absolute messes of their own making on us without so much as the account number and by passing off the customer directly to us "they'll respond back to you" cc'd, and through the grapevine I found out the CFO basically said

"I'm not at all impressed that you think it's too hard to reference an account number nor that you brought this to me as a meeting rather than sorting it out yourselves"

Laughed myself fucking sick over that. He tried to bully us with running to the cfo and got smacked down.
