Okay so as far as I am aware, because Miyazaki always has a very strong vision for what he wants his games to be like he develops the western-style games, the souls and souls-likes, fully in english. The games are built from the ground up in English and then translated to Japanese for the copies sold in Japan. There are so many people involved in the creation of elden ring, and you want me to believe that a huge part of the lore simply doesn’t exist because of… a translation error? Are you fucking me right now? Like actually?
