i love when the primals and their motifs are interacting/connecting to larger things uhh thinking how

startouch, earth and ocean all seem to share elements of depth and control/lack of control, depths and no single one truth (stars-mysterious, earth-open to new ideas, ocean-depth)

while sky & sun are focused on freedom & justice respectively, sun putting emphasis on one truth,

and how stars are tied to dark, sun purges dark but is later corrupted by it and well, stars are kind of messing with sky & sun (callum, lux aurea, whatever the fuck is going on with pharos and little bug pal bite)

Among the few extant records of Startouch elves are the Scrolls of the First Elves, now kept in the Great Bookery of Lux Aurea. But of course, not all history is preserved in books—one of the rhymes recited by Moonshadow elf children in games of triple skip recalls these beings.
