lando and oscar hiding out at alex's apothecary shop thingy which is also the chemist point to make explosives and such. lando and oscar have a tender moment where oscar is helping lando deal with some wounds, especially a big cut on his forehead. oscar makes an uncharacteristic harry potter joke and lando laughs out of surprise more than anything. then obviously lando hisses at the alcohol touching his cuts, and oscar is like "jesus christ just hold my hand" and lando begrudgingly does it.

and as oscar's working, and lando tries not to be too weird about oscar's comforting wool and ink and leather smell, lando realises there's a red spot blooming on oscar's shirt too. and lando's like "oh my god you're injured mate." and oscar is like. "it doesn't even matter." and lando is like "of course it does, let me–" and tugs the collar of oscar's shirt open to look closer at the wound, and ends up standing up so he's eye to eye with oscar.

and they get close. too close. oscar grabs lando's wrist to stop him from moving. they're kind of frozen there while they look at each other, really looking. lando's not really realised what oscar's pale column of skin looks like beneath all the suiting. and oscar's mouth parts and lando's getting dizzy (must be the blood loss), and recognition flashes in oscar's eyes.

and then alex walks in, with a knowing look. and is like. "hey boys. am i interrupting?"

Hiii, thank you! Sorry for answering this so late, I wrote down a first draft and then my brain promptly refused to edit it (or do much writing at all tbh) for like two weeks looool But here it at long last! Just Illya and Napoleon stranded on a deserted island with literally no context whatsoever loool they are suffering but it actually came out pretty lighthearted I think? Enjoy!

“Jesus Christ, somebody kill me now,” Napoleon pants, finally letting himself fall over once he has reached his destination, the protection of the shade a blessed feeling on his skin. He can’t say that it makes the temperature comfortable, but at least the sun isn’t roasting him alive anymore. He’ll take sweating buckets in the shade, rather than limping around under the sun, thank you very much.

On the plus side, since every inch of his body is in literal flames, the burning pain in his leg is less noticeable. Yay for him.

“Still alive over here?” he asks, out of breath, pulling up the shirt that he placed on Illya’s face. It was damp, but of course, given the heat, it dried up way more quickly than Napoleon would have liked.

Illya blinks dazedly at him, squinting at the sudden light, and hums affirmatively—or maybe he’s just confused and he’s giving him some sign of life as an answer to whatever Napoleon said that he couldn’t understand.

His skin is still clammy, and a quick check reveals a worryingly fast-paced pulse. Unfortunately, there really isn’t much that he can do, at the moment, beyond trying to cool him down as much as he reasonably can under the circumstances.

“Here you go, nice and cool,” he says, placing his damp shirt over Illya’s face and drawing some consolation out of the way his shoulders sag a little in relief.

At least all these trips under the sun are helping somewhat.

OFMD S2 E1-3

'Kay, I think I can finally just sit down and watch the first three eps of OFMD S2... I REALLY want to play my new Assassin's Creed game that I've been effed out of playing since I bought it (I've had to work the past 3 nights), but it's supposed to rain all weekend, so I guess I can make up for it then :)

Was gonna liveblog, but I think I just want to take it all in and give my thoughts after each episode :) I'll just reblog onto this post for those, will tag with "ofmd s2 spoilers"

This week was such a struggle. I struggled a lot with my perception of God. If you don’t know me. I struggle A LOT with that 😐

Yesterday I was even on the phone with a friend of mine saying the same thing.

Anyways, I pray about it. Of course. Not expecting much because I’ve been so distracted and I figured God will be like “well when you get it together I’ll step in.”

But YALL.

I’m in church today, or rather this morning- or last night? Bruh idk but God reminded me of His gentleness and how He dealt with me in 2017.

In 2017, I was at my lowest low. Like, I was LOW. Not only was I at my all time low, but I had committed many sins against God so I was sure He was going to kill me. Yes, me lol. I had to let go of someone I cared about and it absolutely shattered me. It confirmed my suspicions and my insecurities about everyone leaving me. It broke me. I remember asking one of my friends if he would have sex with me just so I can feel valued. Yes, it was that bad. So yes, the sins- I looked back and saw how much I’ve offended God. And I couldn’t believe I really did all that against God. I was petrified.

In my mind, this was going to be the end of me. But little did I know that it was God kindly opening my eyes to come back to Him. He is so good y’all. At my lowest He loved me. At my worst, He loved me. He loves me so much. I remember during those times, I would feel like He was so angry and He was going to kill me. And He would do little things to show me that He is a kind God, and He just wanted me to come back to Him. And ya girl was fighting Him too looool. I didn’t want to go back to Him (that’s a story for another day). But He was so kind to me. He was so gentle with me. I remember reading the whole book of Mark in one sitting lol, just trying to see Jesus as a good God. And He showed me He was.

I remember my tires went flat as I was driving this one time. I thought God was trying to kill me LOL. And my spare did not fit. And He sent someone with a spare that fit right into my car. He would give me Bible verses that showed His character. He was just trying to show me that He is a kind and merciful God. And I’m so grateful.

Anyways, so back to this week as I’m struggling with my perception of Him. I’m angry and just seeing Him in all the wrong ways.

And the Holy Spirit reminded me of that time period in 2017. How God came back for me. How He fought for my soul. He fought for my affection. Even at my very lowest, when I was absolutely disgusting and of no worth to Him, He still loved me. He still came back for me. He still wanted me.

So no matter how life gets and no matter how angry I may get at God (which I do sometimes), I cannot let go of Him. He is the only One Who loves me unconditionally, and He is the One Who never leaves me. He is my God. He is my King. He is my Lord. He is my first love. And I will forever hold on to Him.

I want to say something, the only love that will truly satisfy you is God’s love. IDC what you’re filling yourself up with- Netflix, clubs, food, relationships, hookups, etc… there is only ONE man that will fulfill you and that man is Jesus Christ. You may think it’s a lie and I’m exaggerating. But that hole, that empty space inside of you- only God can fill it. He will satisfy you.

And if you’re afraid to come to God because there are certain worldly pleasures/sins you don’t want to let go of, then tell Him. He’s not harsh with us. He is compassionate and gracious. Bring it all to Him. He will help you let go of it. And if you don’t have the desire to let go of it, ask Him to give you that desire.

I’m not saying it will be easy, but I’m saying it will be worth it. So worth it.

So, just to reiterate this very long post lol. The point is that at my worst, God loved me and died for me.

And He feels the same about you. Just come to Him.

the game was on tonight, matt was watching and he was feeling extra lucky tonight so he busted out his blackhawks jersey. you told him he looked cute when you plopped down on the couch next to him, watching the game.

when they won, matt picked you up and kissed you. one thing lead to the other and next thing you know, you’re in bed with him. 

matt watched as you got up, pulling on your panties and looking around for you shirt. You wanted a glass of water and you weren't sure if Kelly was home so you didn’t want to walk around with no top on. 

“Here,” matt tosses the jersey to you, he smiled when you pull it on. “looks good on you.” 

you hum and step out of the room, making your way to the kitchen and go to reach for a glass when someone whistles, starling you. 

“You just walk around like that when I'm not here?” Kelly smirks, leaning on the wall. Kelly was always irritating you for no reason, joking around and teasing you like no other.

“Jesus Christ, you scared the hell out of me” you threw an apple at him, he laughed and caught it, taking a bite. “I thought you were out.” 

“I was, I just got in.” he hums, watching as you pour some water into the glass. Hopping up onto the counter, you take a sip. Kelly smiles at you, his eyes glued to you. 

“Stop staring, that’s weird.” “just admiring your jersey” 

you glance down and then up at Kelly. “and what ?” 

“Nothing, just that matt never and I mean never, lets anyone touch that stupid jersey, let alone wear it.” 

Speaking of the devil, matt makes his way into the kitchen, sweatpants clinging to his hips. 

“Thought I heard you talking to someone” he kisses your cheek and takes the glass from you, taking a sip. 

“Hey man,” he nods at Kelly who nods back. “I see you let her wear a jersey” Kelly smiles at matt who chuckles. 

“Yeah, only person that seemed worth of it”
