every now and again i hyperfixate on animal breeding and truly get myself in a tizzy over culling despite the fact that I will never become a rat breeder so i don't really need to think about whether or not its true larger litters usually have smaller and less healthy babies because of the strain on the mother, or if i don't have to worry about euthanasia bacause if things are really that bad the mother will handle it herself.
