born   more   than   200   years   ago   to   a   family   often   referred   to   as   fae   royalty   ,   magnolia   was   the   youngest   of   four   girls   .   her   parents   were   well   respected   animal   fairies   in   the   fae   community   ,   and   because   they   were   so   efficient   at   wildlife   conservation   ,    magnolia   and   her   family   were   never   in   one   place   for   too   long   ,    always   moving   wherever   her   parent’s   services   were   needed   .      

although   her   parents   had   little   interest   in   the   business   of    humans   or   other   supernatural   beings   ,   that   wasn’t   the   case   for   maggie   and   her   sisters.   the   four   of   them   were   fascinated   with   everything   outside   the   fae   world   ,   often   neglecting   their   responsibilities   for   a   chance   to   stick   their   noses   into   situations   they   really   had   no   business   meddling   in   .

as   the   youngest   of   the   family   ,    as   well   as   the   only   weather   fairy   of   the   bunch   ,    maggie   often   felt   like   an   outsider   or   like   she   had   to   try   extra   hard   to   fit   in   and   prove   herself   .   her   sisters   eventually   gave   up   their   childish   games   in   favor   of   following   the   family   business   and   starting   serious   pursuits   as   animal   fairies   ,   which   only   left   magnolia   feeling   more   frustrated. 

when   her   parents   retire   and   settle   down   in   schiltach   ,   germany   for   a   quiet   existence   ,   maggie   tries   to   grow   up   .   at   a   little   over   a   100   years   old   ,   a   more   experienced   weather   fairy   tries   their   best   to   get   her   to   take   life   more   seriously   and   accept   the   fact   that   her   abilities   won’t   ever   line   up   with   the   rest   of   her   family’s   ,   teaching   her   the   value   in   what   she   can   do   for   plant   life   in   her   environment   .   and   for   a   while   she’s   satisfied   ,   but   there’s   a   part   of   her   that’s   still   interested   in   the   lives   of   humans   and   other   supernatural   creatures   ,    something   she’d   been   advised   against   seeing   as   fairies   often   had   bad   luck   trying   to   help   anyone   that   wasn’t   also   a   fairy   .   

like   any   stubborn   teenager   ,   though   ,    magnolia   swore   she   was   different   .   she’d   discovered   a   passion   that   had   nothing   to   do   with   her   fairy   duties  ,   and   that   was   matchmaking   .   something   about   love   had   always   just   fascinated   her   ,   and   she   thought   it   would   be   a   disservice   to    hide   her   gift   from   the   world   .   in   a   small   town   like   schiltach   ,   maggie   knew   everyone   ,    which   meant   she   knew   everyone’s   relationship   statuses   .   at   first   her   meddling   was   innocent   .   setting   two   single   people   up   on   a   date   ,   mailing   anonymous   love   letters   only   to   whisper   to   the   receiver   that   someone   else   sent   them   .   the   more   she   thought   she   was   helping   ,    the   more   confident   she   got   that   all   the  warnings   she’d   been   given   were   overreactions   .   

things   take   a   turn   when   she   tries   setting   up   a   married   woman   with   a   man   that   wasn’t   her   husband   .   maggie   really   didn’t   see   the   big   deal   ,   she   thought   her   match   was   much   better   than   the   woman’s   current   partner   but   what   she   failed   to   realize   was   that   there   were   real   consequences   to   infidelity   in   long   term   committed   human   relationships   .   it   became   the   scandal   of   the   town   ,   and   all   fingers   pointed   to   magnolia   .   her   parent’s   were   furious   with   her   ,   disappointed   that   she   hadn’t   given   up   her   childish   pursuits   and   fascination   with   all   things   outside   the   fae   world   .   not   really   knowing   how   to   handle   the   repercussions   ,   she   decided   it   was   time   to   experience   life   on   her   own   for   a   few   years   .        

mostly   going   places   were   her   ability   as   a   weather   fairy   were   needed   ,   magnolia   spent   the   next   100   years   of   her   life   balancing   her   responsibilities   as   a   fairy   with   her   passion   for   love   games   .   she   expanded   her   services   to   other   supernatural   beings   as   well   ,    which   is   how   she   ended   up   learning   about   lunehaven   ,   eventually   relocating   .   while   her   success   rate   in   matchmaking   may   be   shadowed   by   a   trail   of   sticky   situations   and   all   around   flops   ,   maggie   still   wholeheartedly   believes   she’s   helping   more   than   she’s   hurting   .   it   doesn’t   help   that   she’s   awfully   good   at   convincing   people   to   give   her   a   shot   (   even   when  it   might   be   in   their   better   interest   to   run   the   other   way   )   .

phantom of the opera thoughts on what i wish it was about lols

or i want them both to think the others a ghost lols but each doesnt know the other can hear them - then they finally do meet each other and it turns out they were both singing the opposite parts of the same song which really spoke to them - so they can sing together.

yeah ok here it is -

the phantom is a real alive man, who wants to be in the opera but cant bc his face is messed up so he wears a mask and is embarassed. or whatever. (so its not saying peoplee would think ppl w disfig’ed faces are ugly ..). so he feels so alone. butt hes an awesome opera writer. so he decided to seclude himself in the catacombs under the opera - because he does love the opera (why ? idk it was there for him growing up until he got hurt? idk - and he be writing them to cope w his lonliness and feeling bummed about his face and isolation.). , so thats the closest place that he can still hear itt but still not be seen. :). so christines actually the coolest nicest most talented one there - obviously - so hear everyone else sound so badly and be much more annoying. and the phantom just wrote  this amazing opera. hes been working on it forever and finally wants it to be performed. soo hes dying cause he be living in the gross catacombs forever or whatever - but he pulls himself together and submits it? to whoever, a publisher or whatever? idk i wanted him to have more possession of the opera somehow.. ? oo like maybe he was an opera writer then so he also helped build this opera house but hes been getting embarassed by his face forever so as he was building the house, he consciously built secret passageways (to the catacombs? Or just a place to live?) beneath it, so he could still hear and likee interact w the opera but not be seen . Cause i thought the secret-places being built intoo the opera and navigated was a really cool and fun idea of the story/last movie. idk. ok this is getting complicated but maybee everyone already knowss hes down there and he used to write operas for them and star in them before his accident! and they know hes hiding and know hes around somewhere and still writes operas ? so they still just accept them from him because its not a big deal. yeah hes kinda a myth, but theres someone in the opera who knew him and his story and is on his side and likes him and watches out if he had any more work or for him to oull himself together and come back.

yeah. so then he finishes and finally gives his masterpiece. and daae has heard of him and his story - and can actually hear him praticing the parts of his opera from her dressing room cause it turns out her room is the closest to where he lives in the catacombs. so it gets stuck in her head and she kind of ends up singing the girl parts of it to herself in her room. and he hears her but she doesnt know he does, and he thinks shed be perfect for the role. i dont think that they think each other can hear them. thats why they dont talk to each other invisibly cause i kinda think thats creepy.

so one day she actually decides to go down to the catacombs because she wants to visit her dead parents’ tombs there - is that believable? would that have been a thing to do at that time lols ...???? or else -/also she just really feels and relates to the music she hears and knows theres a catacomb beneather her, and heard of him living down there and she thinks thats bonkers that he with his genius and stuff is just hiding down there for no reason except hes embarassed. :) #stick some body positivity in there! heh.

So then shes like, the heck with it - orr he wasnt gonna have it performed but she keeps hearing the music so beautiful and knows hes down there - so she decides to go get it so she can help him get it performed! aw. - and so shes like fineu know what, ill just go down there myself !. shes like not scared cause..idk. maybe shes like ah aint nothing to worry about . [for some reason..? believable..? maybe..] 

so she follows his voice down there. and she finds him . and hes like fine cool yeah you sound super great i can hear you from down here, you know what youd be cool for this super awesome opera i made. and shes like yea i heard it from upstairs u want me to sing it to you ? and she starts singing it and hes like singing his part w her and hes like oh man i never thought anyoned hear it or sing it with me! dreams . and shes like come let me sing it on stage w you and get it performed. and hes like ah im too scared to show my face. and shes like wellll just show me up there how to make it performed when no ones there. so they sing it together just there on the stage lols. is this lame and repetative? cause they did it in the catacombs too? idk . so then i guess she gets it to be performed and he gets to watch it secretly and hes so glad - theyre like pretty much in love by now lols bc they be practicing it together all this time, even though hes ugly , he was cool so they fell in love anyway. but then - idk how, but somehow, he dies on their last secret performance alone when theyre in love .  he was dying anyway because u cant be healthy underground. but atleast he died in peacee becauseee he finally saw his genius loving opera get to about to be performed. and he got love which is all he wanted in his life anyway.. and to get to keep being a performer/opera composer one more time! so theNN, it gets performed in real life with another man to be in the cast, and idk somehow maybe she ends up getting to fall in love with that guy taking the phantoms place in the play - and the phantom gets to watch the final play performed , but this timee hes actually a phantom ghost lols!! get it? makes much more sense with the title. and hes still a ghost because he still loves her? and wants to see his place performed for real. but thenn the plays over and he sees how well it finally went and how happyy she actually looks with the new guy - and the song they sing is about rememberingg stuff you love but being able to heal and move on if they lose that thing? i guess. and soo, he is able to stop being a ghost, and you see him floating over the whole audience and his opera house in a whoosh with his iconic mask, and disappearing into thin air, because now hes at peace and so doesnt have to be a phantom or ghost of any kind any more!!!! yay.

not a problematic or gross story at all! but still kind of dark, and mixes genres which is cool that i liked. or whatever.

the only thing im having trouble working out is the believability of/ a reason for christine to want to look for him in the catacombs and not be scareddd to. Like what can possess her to want to find him ? Cause its just practicall to nott go with/look fir a stranger in a secluded creepy underground tunnel! ..but i like dont want her to be kidnapped ..!

..cause the original story i thought it was creepy how he kidnaps her or whatever but i want them to like fall it love but not be weird and problematic lol

Dream time:

The first part of my dream was me failing my french class for not making enough ballet reference (quote: “you should ve said in your text how long it takes to go from flat to en pointe”) even though the text was not about ballet and my gf comforting me and confirming that it was bullshit while i was literally ripping my teachers comment to shreds

Second part of the dream was an hd remake of super mario sunshine (i think) and at the end of a race level there was a weird ship with a million engines and levers to control it; on the top level of the ship there was what i can only describe as a server room (as in internet servers) but served (lol) as the main control room to pilot the ship. So i go and press a bunch of buttons and what do you know, super mario sunshine just turned into super mario grand theft auto because im driving a fucking car into crowds of people but since its a mario game there are no consequences so i just keep going cause its fun as hell. Cut to princess peach who got a v short haircut and whos just chilling in delfino plaza (populated by real ass people); she walks by a peach impersonator whos just singing about dumb stereotypes of peachs life (like getting kidnapped and shit) and the real peach does not stand for this, no siree; she starts singing back and it ends up w the 2 of them going to the beach to chill. Peach and NotPeach get harrassed by dudebros and they try to go swim as far as possible like up to the “this is as far as u go” rope but lilo from lilo and stitch tries to follow but immediately almost drowns because she somehow cant swim; peach lets her float on her stomach while shes swimming on her back and they somehow end up in a cramped bathroom so they just put lilo in the bath so she can still play in the water. Nani shows up and freaks out because apparently shes dead and shes been looking for lilo, whos also dead, so they can move on into the afterlife. Peach says she can help and touches nanis arm to switch bodies w her.

Third part of the dream: i am either nani or alice from alice in wonderland and im recruiting help to find my husband (?) And wake up from a shitty dream im having (meta as hell) so jumba, someone else enroll and 1 alien aswell but they immediately go off to catch a smaller alien that can basically hide in its own mouth. When they come back they put the small alien on their head and it basically hide them in its mouth with only like 4 tentacly arms coming out and whatnot. At some point the 2 in 1 alien turns a corner and gets surrounded by a bunch of pirates (i think) and one woman points a fucking keyblade at their throat(?) And while the leader of the pirates is giving a speech the woman and 2 other pirates briefly get wrapped in bright light and when it goes out its fucking nani-alice and jumba w a different keyblade (psych) and they all run away. They go through a muddy town (or some suburbs) somehow nani-alice gets separated from the group and ends up stuck in an alley with the pirate leader where he gives her another speech but ///seductively/// because that always happens in movies where 2 characters are alone. He shows her an artifact that can help her get home (either a sphere or a pyramid, cant remember) and the 2 in 1 alien finds them and the pirate kills them. That sends nani-alice back a million miles and shes somehow a prisoner in a library now. Shes flipping trhough some books feeling very sad and she hears the 2 in 1 aliens voice sing softly from behind her. Somehow the 2 in 1 alien is humanoid now but can switch to spirit form at will. He spirit follows a guard down in the library basement and finds a key to free nani-alice even though shes not in a cage or anything. When he comes back w the key absorbed in the spirit body, another guard is snarking @ nani because apparently all her friends are dead and shell die in the library. Ex 2 in 1 alien bludgeons the guard on the head and everyone escapes without any other shenanigans. They go through the same suburbs again but this time people are like fusing with each other and some guy fuses with his dog and its very gross. They finally stop at a very bad looking house and theres a crooked tree in front of the door that morphs into 2 dudes on top of each other. One is the pirate leader and the other one is a wizard. 2 in 1 spirit alien boy walks up to the tree and while its trying to ecplain why it murdered them he just starts pulling at the branches and snapping them in half. The pirate man screams at nanialice to make him stop cause hes probably counting on whatever connection they dont have to get out of this situation and nani alice just goes “fuck you” and the tree guy dies thrre in front of the house. When 2 in 1 and alice nani go in, they find a man whos basically gone fucking bonkers because nani was dead this whole time and he couldnt deal with it so he just kept painting her face over and over again and even made a replica of their family with painted lard. Like actual sculpted painted lard. Nani tries to explain that shes not actually dead and that he needs to snap out of this because its creepy as hell but he doesnt listen and keeps painting. Nani decides to just ignore that and starts throwing awaybthe creepier shit lying around the house but the man (husband?) Refuses to let her throw away the lard sculptures and just locks them in a closet.
