ANYWAY

Anka the Banshee Cat update:

he has now been neutered and shot! woo!

he's been getting along good with JJ, tho he's an endless ball of Zoomie Energy and i think he's begun to start really stressing JJ out bc he's been acting up which fuckin sucks. im working on seeing what i can do to ease JJs stress and anxiety and help him out, but its an ongoing process and it's really frustrating in the meantime :') alas.

he is still screaming lots, so still living up to that name eheh i love him and his chirps

he's also found his spot for cuddling in the morning which tends to be my legs. occasionally he'll also come lay on my chest, but thats JJs spot so he doesn't do it often. but they both lay on my legs together when I'm on the couch!

he also tore up my carpet a bit, an issue JJ later made worse, which is gonna suck cus im sure the apartment will pull it from my security deposit ;;; but im trying to just not stress about it bc at this point it's like. there's nothing I can do now. there's no point stressing too much. currently just hoping maybe since they've been renovating the units to having vynl instead anyway that theyll just wave it and renovate it instead of replacing it and charging me. of course, I did also look at laws here and they can't charge me for new carpet anyway! they can only charge me the cost of the carpet that's there -depreciation so thank the gods for that.

so yeah, overall we've been doing pretty okay!
