OKAY GOING DOWN THE LIST OF FAVORITE CHARACTERS, after Diluc, I actually really like Bennett T - T He’s one of the two characters who I have the highest friendship rank with presently because I use him so often, and honestly????? Everytime I unlock more of his backstory, I just start crying my eyes out because kid, you deserve so much good in the world I’m so sorry about your luck....

And he’s honestly not that apologetic about it too,, like the last thing I had unlocked said something about how he’s so happy he has friends despite his bad luck, and that means he can ward off all their bad luck by taking it in for himself and bennyboy pls protect yourself i’m going to cry

As of now, I have 13 characters! Aside from the given 4, I have Chongyun, Bennett, Fischl, Noelle, Sucrose, Albedo, Razor, Xiangling, and Barbara :) 

10. Favorite element?

I don’t think I really have a tier on this BUT my first would be Anemo (answered here). Second is Pyro (answered with the Diluc q lol). And my thiiiiird would have to be Hydro lol And this is more from a bias perspective just bc I myself feel more in tune with water above other kinds elements as a person. I only have Barbara as a Hydro user so it’s also really hard to say how much I like Hydro BUT I like the idea brought up by the Oceanid about how malleable water can be and how it could change forms (also seen with Childe’s weapons as well,,, his weapons are so cool...). 

So I guess more or less, I like the idea of Hydro than I do the use of it ^^;; but hey, that might change when I actually get a Hydro user that I would frequently use lol 

23. Bow, Sword, Polearm, Claymore or Catalyst?

THATS SO HARD BC I LOVE SWORD AND POLEARMS SO MUCH.... It’s so swift and fast !! And I generally like melee and speed for my characters alsdhal I guess, judging by my usage of characters, I have a tendency to use sword characters more than...polearms, but I mean I only have Xiangling as a polearm user.... so idk

⇄ I will preface this by saying, child characters such as Diona, Klee, Qiqi and Sayu are not included because since they are literal children, I think their body is too young to be affected by a thing such as years of weapon use. Furthermore, I couldn’t include the likes of Baizhu or Scaramouche as they are not yet playable or have revealed their weapon. 

⇄ second, general predisposition and genetics and your personal perception might differ with this analysis but this is purely me being a nerd about research and character analysis. feel free to come around my blog to discuss if you want but if you disagree don’t take it too personally.

⇄ also, this is purely formed from speculation and research since I am no trainer or weapon expert.

Each and every Genshin playable character is bound to be in top physical shape considering what they have to go through on a canonical basis, with slight differences depending on their human or Archon nature, but in general, their constant specific weapon use is bound to  divide them and cause them to develop specific characteristics in muscle built and fighting details, independently from which specific character we would like to focus on;

Generally speaking, this weapon doesn’t hold too much mass compared to others, but still requires quite a bit of training to be able to wield it properly without being fatigued, which does result in the wielders having quite a good form in their upper body, but never too buff. Sword fighting also requires the fighter in question to be quick on their feet and capable of quickly switching their weapon’s orientation, which would result in faster reflexes and quite a bit of flexibility, most of it concentrated in the upper body. Also, there might be a slight asymmetry in favour of their dominant wielding arm, unless they are ambidextrous. They are also likely to have calluses form on their dominant hand and suffer more easily from wrist or shoulder strains in the same arm.

Albedo, Bennet, Kaedehara Kazhua, Traveller, Xinqiu, Kaeya, Kamisato Ayato, Kamisato Ayaka, Keqing, Jean;

You might think they are similar to sword users but considering the sheer size and power a claymore can hold, you wouldn’t be more wrong. In general, these users need to be on the buffer side to be able to swing their weapon with the ease they hold in the game, which involves both the upper and lower body. They not only are likely to be built as much as their body allows but also lack the presence of a model like a defined six pack, their core muscles are more likely to be thicker and trained than for just show, and their lower body needs to be capable of cushioning the kickback of the claymore’s impact without throwing them off balance. Similar to sword wielders they will also likely develop hand calluses but this time on both of their hands, but different from then they are more likely to suffer from back problems, usually in the lower back and all have some sort of posture problem as they tend to be hunched over for most of their fighting.

Chongyun, Razor, Arataki Itto, Diluc, Noelle, Xinyan, Beidou, Eula;

The first three weapon categories of weapons available in this game tend to be quite similar with only slight differences, considering the way these weapons are used could be easily confused but this wielder's built would resemble much more a boxer and so would result in a built that sits halfway in between the previous two, as they require much more charge to strike their weapon to damage rather than a sword. They also result to be much more agile in their movements as they would work more on arm coordination rather than footwork to be able to use their weapon efficiently. They also would tend to have thicker thighs and broader shoulders to help balance out the polearm both in its weight and length. Again, unless inhuman, they are cursed with some hand calluses like the previous characters and would tend to be prone to shoulder pains.

Xiao, Thoma, Zhongli, Hu Tao, Xianling, Yunjin, Raiden Shogun, Rosaria, Shenhe;

Here is the first anomaly of the armoury, this is a weapon that requires sheer will more than anything else from its wielder, so these users don’t have much muscle definition nor mass more than they would gain from regular aerobic training and so tend to have quite an undefined body. On the other hand, they maximise in their stamina, as their weapon runs on their energy and they would need double the amount any other weapon user would require for the same fight. Also, the strength of the attacks is much more sensitive to their mood, with things such as anxiety or fear hindering their performance. They are much more prone to migraines and headaches and require to subject themselves to regular meditation sessions. 

Barbara, Mona, Sucrose, Yanfei, Lisa, Yae Miko;

Last but not least the archers, these characters value their upper body and core strength and resistance over their lower half as it is required from their weapon of choice, with also a slight asymmetry in favour of the dominant arm, which they use to pull on the bowstring. In addition to this particular detail, which would make them still appear to be on the leaner side, they need extraordinary coordination to recharge their weapon without looking for a new arrow as they need to keep their eye on their target. They also have exceptional eyesight because of it. As for setbacks, in addition to various calluses they might form from constant handling of their bow in one hand,  they need to be careful and wear the proper protection on their dominant hand, non-dominant forearm and chest, because the bowstring can cause burns and bruises if not properly prepared, with the additional chest bindings for afab archers.

Venti*, Tartaglia**, Aloy, Amber, Fischl, Ganyu, Yoimiya, Kujuou Sara;

* Venti uses a crossbow, which sits on his shoulder and instead of the bowstring burn will probably cause damage from the constant kickback.

** Childe is a double weapon user, so the asymmetry is likely to be less noticeable as his second weapon of choice is similar to a spear.

Trying to guess how strong genshin characters are lore wise pt1

For this part, I’m just doing some of my favourite characters lol 

Chongyun

I just had to start with best boy Chongyun. Anyways, so, Chongyun is mentioned to be a talented exorcist, however that may speak more to his spiritual strength rather than combat prowess. In his description that he possess abilities superior to most, by most I'm assuming common people, but we don't know how he compares to other vision users. (it might also refer to his congenital positivity, but I think it could refer to his abilities period)

 First of all, he carries a claymore, A GIANT SWORD THAT'S ROUGHLY THE SAME SIZE AS HIM. We don't know which claymore specifically is his trademark weapon (since he doesn't carry a weapon in his splash art) but we can guess that most weapons unless stated otherwise are made out of iron. Physically, Chongyun isn't a joke if he can fight with a sword like that. Chongyun also states that he does not rely too much on his vision, though it's a handy tool. This would leave him to martial arts and thaumaturgy. Which begs the question can non vision users still use some sort of magic? 

Thaumaturgy, in this case Chongyun's charms and talisman in his idle animation, aren't elemental magic. Yeah that seal in his idle animation? That's not cryo magic, Chongyun would have possessed those abilities before getting his vision as an exorcist, so even without a vision I'd advise not to fuck with him.

 As for martial arts, I think this is where it means he's better than most people, though we don't know how he compares to other people who have specialized fighting styles (Kequing and Xingqiu for example) we can assume he's still pretty good as Xingqiu remarks that Chongyun is making good progress.

Swordplay wise I'm not really sure, but he seems to have a fair amount of control over his ridiculously large weapon. Not as controlled as Diluc and Beidou, our adult clymore users, but he jumps quite a bit when striking and seems pretty agile even with his weapon. Again, not as much as Diluc and Beidou but compared to Razor who jumps up a bit on his last strike due to the impact, Chongyun recovers rather quickly and is back on his feet pretty fast. I do think that Chongyun is a bit older, probably seventeen, so yeah. It's really difficult to gauge skill with a claymore vs a sword because they're so heavy and the only "style" we see is variation in between nations.

Random side note but Chongyun can also survive the cold of Dragonspine so even if he isn't as strong as I think combat wise, he's definitely sturdier than a normal human being and would outlive me, A CANADIAN, in Dragonspine no cap.

Overall, Chongyun is a competent fighter, and his unusual resistance to the cold could really come in clutch. 7/10 would not fuck with unless he's high on peppers, if I do decide to fuck with him outside of that, it's because I have a pyro vision.

Geo daddy Zhongli 

Uh... let’s see he’s a literal god, killed countless other gods even before getting his gnosis, the Tsaritsa negotiated with him presumably because she knew she couldn’t beat him, eldest of the archons.... uh yeah no thanks I am NOT messing with that. 

But I can fuck it- 

Ok in all seriousness since this is meant to be a (semi) serious post, Zhongli is already the eldest of the archons and even as a mortal, still retains a vast amount of knowledge which most likely includes his training. I also think he does martial arts, because of his spear kick and it does suit him as the god of war. 

Zhongli is really fucking good with a polearm, he probably knows multiple styles and might even have mastery over different weapons. He’s also hailed as the god of war so I think he might actually be one of the most powerful characters we’ve seen so far. 

So um, 100/10 would not fuck with unless it’s literal fucking. No amount of outside knowledge could help me beat this fucker even if I got isekaied. (is that how you spell it?)

Wife Beidou 

Where the fuck do I start??? She killed a giant sea monster before getting her vision, that is so fucking badass! (and hot) Sure it wasn’t easy, but this was something “mighty as a deity” as quoted from her vision story, so even if it took a while that is nothing to scoff at. 

She’s also older than most of the other characters and has more control with her claymore, she’s been fighting for longer and canonically is really tall and buff so do I even need to say anything? 

Step on me Beidou plz

It’s clear that Beidou is very strong, much stronger than the average vision user, since she took out a giant sea monster without a vision and came out alive and not disfigured or dead. 

The rest is kind of vague since not a lot of characters mention her abilities but more so her character. I think that she is very strong in both ways, I hope she’ll have a bigger role and a story quest. 

Also Beidou is a himbo and you cannot convince me otherwise

bennett (love at first sight. i saw this boy before my sister downloaded the game and i instantly pulled out adoption papers. he can support, he can attacc, but, most importantly, he got your bacc. i would be willing to throw hands over him. he's precious. i screamed when i saw that he was among people taking venti's poem class! bennefischl canon??)

diluc (i love batman and i love batfam and i want that dynamic in my party. he's edgy, he's needlessly extra and cool. i can feel in every cell of my body that he's a sweet and caring guy, but in this very awkward, roundabout way. my friends all know i that show love for my faves by constantly bullying them and diluc is a prime example of that. i also really want him and kaeya to talk things out at some point)

venti (a broke, homeless, gremlin drunkard of a god with a knack for mischief and a love for storytelling? yes please!! i can't help but smile whenever he pops up in the story!! i wish the fandom stopped kinda infantilizing him since he's literally the second oldest character in the game and there's so much more to him than just his venti persona. i could probably write a character dissection or something if i got bored enough)

chongyun (i just think he's neat. look at his blue eyelashes! listen to his voice lines! i just want to squeeze his cheeks and ruffle his hair! he's a party staple purely for the aesthetics and emotional support. my sister calls him "the minecraft child" since he's the only claymore user in her team)

noelle (my beautiful daughter!! criminally underrated!! she's my favourite healer!! i would also throw hands over her. it just sucks that she doesn't have more presence in the story. every time i make her do the spinny thing with her claymore, i can't help but sing beyblade intros)

top 5 ships because my friend hates me:

diluven (i saw fanart of them once and i was sold immidiately! you know what's better than two of my favourite characters? two of my favourite characters but *together*! and their interactions in prologue were super cute and it has a lot of potential! they have a height difference, reincarnation!au angst potential, and i happen to be weak to the dynamic of a tiny gremlin who pesters a tall stoic dude who's secretly fond. they've both suffered loss and both deserve someone to confide in and someone who would care for them, agh i can go about this all day! sucks that so many fans seem to stick to nsfw tho)

dainslumi (preferably when aether is the traveler and lumi is the abyss princess because i love drama. think of the yearning, the betrayal, the angst— think of how good they look standing next to each other and how lumine would probably kiss dains only if she puches him in the sternum first. bonus points since my man dains gives off big simp vibes and we gotta stick together. i hope that we'll learn more about them in the future and that the ship will gain some traction)

kaebedo (i didn't ship this at all at first, but then i read a couple of fanfics that hit all the good spots and now i am unable to deny that they are among my faves. both have mysterious origin tied to khaenri'ah and i'm a fan of khaenria'an royalty!kaeya and homunculus!albedo theories. they would be such a good influence on each other, just think about it for a moment— albedo gets more in touch with humanity, and kaeya finally gets someone to rely on. bonus points if klee wingmans, whether intentionally or not)

zhongven (what's better than months of slowburn buildup? hundreds of years of slowburn buildup, of course! they are the oldest archons, so i like to think that they know and understand each other well regardless of romantic involvement. i especially enjoy lore-heavy fanfics and headcanons about them. there's an abundance of things to explore and ways to interpret them. bonus points if xiao involuntarily gets adopted)

bennefischl (it's one of the first ships i got into before plummeting into the abyss that is multishipping, but i still hold it dear. i like to think that bennett is aware of fischl's uh... vivid imagination and he simply chooses to indulge her. i just love the idea of this goth child who info dumps obscure, sometimes worrisome trivia and a hyperactive puppy who's so lovesick that he just listens without understanding half of it, they're so precious!)

i think eula overall is interesting. although her personality turned me off at first, but after putting her feelings into perspective, i grew to respect her a bit more. all she wants is people to not reduce her as a descendant of aristocratic slave owners and she’s trying her best by joining the knights. (you guys should read the webtoon on the app. honestly fuck those guys). it seems like she doesn’t like anyone, but she actually means the opposite (e.g., jean and amber). strangely enough diluc likes her, but unfortunately she joined the knights according to him lmao.

Noodles:

Hydro bow user. Mostly cuz a bow seems easier to get a hang of and she'd probably not want to be too close to her enemies. Hydro because there's a ton of chill hydro characters and her personality doesn't seem as bold as users of the other elements. She's probably a healer as well and can make sheilds. She would always accidentally leave her bow lying around by accident though. She takes her time doing commissions and she likes to work in groups (especially if she knows she can't do it alone). Least likely to spend all her mora at once. She damn near cries every time she sees a ruin guard or almost any big geo enemy in liyue

Al:

Pyro catalyst user. He's so overdramatic for no reason. You know how fischl flips her hair/poses after she attacks? Yeah, he does something pretty similar. He's just very smug. He does the bare minimum and then goes off to relax. Pretty much, he does all his commissions super early and then does nothing for the rest of the day. He'd rather work alone but if someone wants to come with him, he wouldn't mind. They'd just have to manage to keep up cuz he's fast as f u c k. He explores dragonspine for fun (an absolute crime). Never looks bad in cutscenes.

Gabe:

Dendro sword user. Poor dude sometimes tries to negotiate with treasure hoarders. He gets hurt pretty often so you can always find him by one of the statues. He constantly looks like a mess. He prefers working in groups, and he gets really upset if he has to do a quest alone. You know how Xinyan uses her guitar to swing at people instead of her claymore sometimes? Yeah, he sometimes wacks enemies with thorned vines. Kind of a healer? Not the best though. He always forgets how much mora he has saved and ends up using all of it really fast. His hangout would be the most r e l a x i n g thing you've ever experienced

Cup:

Dendro (or hydro) polearm user. I don't know why, but you know Xiangling's charged attack? I can see him wanting to do that shit so bad. I would say he'd be a sword user, but he just wants to poke people and run. He constantly drops his polearm at the worst moments. Like he could be sneaking past a ruin hunter/guard and he would accidentally drop it and wake them up. Also he has no idea how elemental reactions work. He swears he can work alone but when he gets tired he drags someone with him. Spends all his mora on food. He acts like his polearm is the heaviest thing on earth. Also his hangout would be the most chaotic shit known to man. Oh, and he won't leave Jean alone for some reason. He just likes annoying her.

Bella:

Cryo catalyst user. Sometimes she gets mad and throws it at enemies. She makes fun of Cup for being a dendro user (cuz who tf is a dendro user?) She likes to work alone and does her daily commissions as soon as they come out. And it never ends well because she gets ambushed all the time. Don't ask if she needs help, she won't accept it. Nothing can describe her hate for dragonspine. She doesn't get a hangout, she's a bitch

Geo claymore user. I won't lie, he's almost exactly like Zhongli except for the fact that he's responsible with his mora. Well, most of the time that is. Shrimp:

Cryo sword user. She forgets how to use her sword mid-battle and gets hurt a bunch. Sometimes she just gets annoyed with herself and tries to take down the cryo cube by herself (it doesn't end well). She also forgets that she has commissions in general so she only does them when someone reminds her to. She gets intimidated by anything taller than her. Pretends to fight the statues. She rarely has enough mora to get her through the days.

Ikea:

Anemo sword user. Somehow never runs out of mora. Doesn't like doing commissions all in one go, but either way they get done so it doesn't matter. She always forgets what she's going and why she's doing it. Which is why Mary or Mirr0r always goes with her so she doesn't straight up die for that exact reason. She doesn't mind doing lil tasks along the way. Her favorite thing has got to be opening chests, even if she doesn't get much out of them

Mary:

Pyro polearm user. Literally everything is the same, no matter how big the enemy is, she will protect Ikea with her life. Other than that, nothing is really that important to her.

Mirror:

Cryo polearm user. Doesn't do their tasks all in one go; they're just very spaced out but they somehow get it done. Probably survives on no mora somehow. Just kills everything to get it over with.

That one anon:

Electro catalyst user. Just uses a bunch of charged attacks and hopes for the best. They're just very scared of everything. #1 procrastinator. They like doing quests and challenges with other people. They sorta get sad when they have to kill something. They wonder why they got a vision in the first place

Bird:

Hydro sword user. Literally the most normal person here. Always does his commissions in the afternoon and then offers to help anyone who needs it. The thing is, it didn't take him too long to get used to his sword. He used to like, jab it at things for no reason. Also survives on no mora.

Eyes:

Anemo catalyst user. Doesn't really know what's going on half of the time, so he just doesn't use his mora. He scares away most enemies before he even gets to kill them, which makes commissions way easier. Seeing him and a ruin hunter fight has got to be the most scary thing you've ever seen. Honestly he's probably a fan favorite let's not lie—

Citypop:

Cryo sword user. He gives me Chongyun vibes, but I can't see him carrying a bigass claymore. He's pretty responsible with his mora. But sometimes he does like, no damage for some reason unless he crits. It's a whole gamble tbh. He probably had a hangout, it's not that out of this world though.

Cookie:

Electro claymore user. She will beat everyone up, and she never gets hurt somehow. She never has mora either. She screams when she's fighting something, even if she's fully capable of taking it down. Half of the time she isn't even doing her quests, just messing around. She also wants to beat the shit out of Childe

(same genshin anon from yesterday) yes keqing! my first 5 star character. got her from xiao's banner. she's super fun to play. her skill is quite handy to use. im trying to get mona up - i think she'll fit into a team i want to try. plus her personality is fun. THOSE MUSHROOMS. AWFUL. sucrose is fun. her skill and burst are nice but idk she just doesn't ever fit *right* so i don't use her much. yes, your love of zhongli is so fun to me (1/4 oopsies)

(2/4) i wasn't playing genshin back when his banner was out, but it was so fun watching you talk about him all the time. hope they rerun his banner sometime soon (but i doubt it since it wasn't too long ago). I AM SO SICK OF ALL THE XIANGLINGS. i just want xingqui and chongyun from the banner ugh. yeah i would recommend the spiral abyss. you get a nice chunk of primos and if you haven't done it in a while i'm sure you can sweep the first few floors. xiao = win win win

(3/4) i do try to have decent stats. just shove together the characters i like and find decent artifacts and make it work lol. AH the friendships.. that takes so long lol. ive got xiao, keqing, and barbara at 5 and the rest are much lower. and thanks! i am so loving hu tao so far! she's... not quite up to level with anyone else i use yet but we're getting there. she does decent enough that i keep her on my team lol. ooo a claymore team sounds fun!

(4/4) i do quite enjoy the claymores. i think i prefer the polearms a bit better though (rip we need more polearm users). and yeah ): wish there was a bit better way to farm exp. idk the resin system is... alright... wish it was a bit better though. i feel like i can never get done what i want. like i constantly have to choose if i want to farm like weapon materials or talent materials or whatever. and like same diona and xinyan are my only decent shields :/ and yeah the oceanid is.. something..

Now see this is a common idea but specifically pyro claymore user sapnap;

-Pyro users are extroverted, typically loud/energetic, and often are outcasts at the same time.

-Claymore users take a great deal of strength as well as stamina

- I feel like sapnap would have the extra 5th hit before slamming the sword in the ground, solely because he works hard for a multitude of things and I feel he’d train as hard as he could

- I don’t think he’d have a shield/counter type like say xinyan or beidou, I think it’d be more of a physical dps or just pyro dps

- A diluc but less fucked up and angsty

- I think that because sapnap often gets left out of the dream and george dynamic in things like lore and the like, that’d be his outcast area

- We see how bennett is clumsy and people don’t adventure with him bcos of it, xinyan is a foreigner and is judged in liyue, amber is quite different from the other knights but shes still loved by them, so i think sapnap would be that he’s often forgotten which would motivate him more

- I think that Karl and Quackity are the razor to his Bennett, it sounds really cheesy and cliché but the dynamic works

- HE OVERWORKS FOR SURE, EXERTING HIMSELF BECAUSE THE SELF WORTH IS FULFILLED BY BEING ABLE TO HELP PEOPLE

- I think sapnap would be really good for fighting the cryo regisvine specifically and not just because of pyro, the physical dmg too

- his elemental being somewhat like Hu Tao and diluc, lighting the claymore on fire but somewhat similar to kaeyas movement style

- the flourish and speed due to his flashy and impatient nature

- In any other context for sapnap, there is potential for him to be a catalyst in my opinion

- using solely fire and related things but i chose claymore due to him seeming the type not to want to rely only on magic

- pyro is less predictable, as with any fire element in any universe

- the feral energy combined, literally every claymore has got some odd aspect

- razor is razor, chongyun cant eat spicy food, beidou is a drunk pirate lesbian, xinyan is a literal rockstar, noelle is buff maid, i mean sapnaps gotta have a quirk

(4/5) yeah the theater thing was kind of boring. i played it enough to be able to buy the character and maybe a little bit more the last day. it was just so SLOW which made it so boring. but yeah the new minigames are looking cool and i hope they're fun! yeah i would love the jade spear for xiao. i've tried several times for staff of homa for hu tao. the only 4 stars i get apparently are the catalysts :/ id at least like the lithic spear since i use a lot of liyue people usually.

(5/5) yeah i was watching a video and ascending the last time is useful but actually leveling up to 90 for the most part isn't. it's only good to lvl to 90 if the person relies on hp or def since attack doesn't change much in those 10 levels. yeah artifacts can really help out a lot. you have to like choose if you want to do talents or artifacts each day and its kind of annoying :/ and yeah agreed! i did my lvl 45 ascension quest like right away lol. its not been that bad.

ooooo yeah that’s the claymore that speeds up cooldown right?? i have the prototype animus and p much use that on whoever’s my current team’s claymore user lmaooo but i’ll keep that in mind when i get to using xinyan!!! (will have to eventually since i’m more or less using the 10 friendship thing as an excuse to rotate out characters)

omg same for me but with the japanese voices... i’m just so used to them i can’t really get comfortable with anything else lmaoo. like for some characters they sound more or less the same across the 4 languages but for some others they don’t sound alike AT ALL. yeah bc i have jean bennet just never had a place on my current team either LMAO but speaking of friendship i actually also just got jean to 10 friendship (basically everyone from my first main team has reached that point) so i might swap her out w bennet to try him out. 

yeah that’s literally insane and while genshin does have good momentum right now in terms of popularity i don’t know if that will last the next 5 years.... i get that making new regions and stuff is probably a lot of game dev work so it’s easier to just have a lot of events in the same area but godddd i love exploring new areas so much so it’s a little :(((( with how long we have to wait for them.

what languages do you know? i thought i asked on my last ask but i must’ve forgot. good luck on learning!! language learning is honestly so difficult but with duolingo and the accessibility to consume other languages through youtube and netflix for example it becomes a bit more fun at least. although i’ve stopped trying to learn anything my brain just can’t handle it anymore, haha.

ME TOO 😭😭😭 i have bad gacha luck too, i still don’t have a 5-star chara (but hoping i’ll get xiao when he comes out.......). my team used to be traveller (anemo); kaeya (cryo); chongyun (cryo); noelle (geo) but bc of dragonspine literally being all ice i now go around w traveller; noelle; xiangling (pyro) and fischl (electro). i considered using xinyan (pyro) too but i was like maybe that’ll be *too* many claymore characters fjsdhkfsd. hbu what’s your team? omg dragonspine.... i hate dragonspine so much 😭😭 but to combat sheer cold you just gotta go near things on fire and wait for it to go away! so the braziers, little campfires, the place to cook things. if they’re not on fire already you can light them on fire w amber or any other fire users you have! there are also this like. pillar things with little orange orbs inside and they’ll warm you up too. as will the orange floating things (seelies) and the teleport waypoints + statue of seven! i keep an eye on my sheer cold status a lot but i’ve seen my brother play and he literally plays through it even tho his charas are dying fkhdsfjsdkf
