Jezebel, also known as the Whore of Babylon, is the daughter (possibly Demigod, haven’t decided on if she’s half human or not yet) of Ba'al. After disguising herself among humans and marrying a wealthy Israelite king, she fell out of favor with him after pushing his worship onto her country - resulting in the death of her husband, Ahab, and her human form.

This has given her a fear of heights, as she was very violently shoved out of a window, and dogs, as she was eaten alive after falling.

She is a beautiful looking woman, often riding in a carriage carried by seven servants who all are also beautiful women all of which are horned (which amounts to 10 horns when counted).
