Sometimes I remember things I used to have and don't quite know where they are anymore and I freak out and get wicked sad like a certain stuffed animal or a collection of my scientific writing and poetry and I just have to calm myself down by remembering that even if I don't havw it anymore I still have it in my heart and soul and I can do my best to recreate the feeling of it in another way to honor it's memory better instead of letting that big sad eat me up whole

#i thought of my winter poems from my creative writing class in college and i loved them all sm it was my best work in that class #and like the best poetry id written for myself ever #but i think it got lost to the college server once i graduated #but i did also save nearly every file to my laptop so its probs just there i hope #i need to get my laptop fixed anyway so this is more incentive #cannot believe i just started free flowijg the waterworks bc of that omg #im becoming soooo outwardly emotional as i get older #its so interesting to see the ways ive shifted in the past few years #like the continents and tectonic plates when pangea started to break apart #im calmer now tho im glad i typed and cried that out #rambling
