idk how much sleep i’m getting tonight
#the thing abt these headache meds is that they have caffeine#and a pretty solid amt of it. i think one dose is like 600mg#now i take a half dose bc i’m small and it’s enough medicine for me (also i don’t wanna upset my stomach)#but i also avoid caffeine like the goddamn plague bc it’s an anxiety trigger for me#so i have a Very Low tolerance for it#all this to say. i took that pain pill abt 6 and 1/2 hours ago and am still feeling very awake#factor in the 2 hour headache nap and i feel like i’m in for a night of sleep deprivation#which will suck#i think it’s gonna wear off soon tho. just gonna be kinda rambly until it does
