so wild silly theory i don’t think dreyfus was ever married…

the only indication of a woman in his life is in the nightmare world gowther put him in, where he calls out to a woman named anne (?) but thats it.

we never fully see her, or hear her talked about, or anything…

and look dreyfus is clearly a loving guy, he very openly cares about his son (side note: notice how he always says "i want to be a great knight for my son" not "for my wife and son"), hendrickson, and even his brother whom he killed.

so wouldn't you think if he had a wife he would've mentioned it?

im not saying hes not in to women but i just dont think he was married…

edit: his wife is mentioned to have died at some point before the story but i will continue to live in delusion
