i think the big struggle would be reflecting the reality of their class positions in the AU because Mr Darcy would be far wealthier than Jayce and Elizabeth would be far wealthier than viktor. and I personally find that really matters for their dynamic. but also what do I know. a lot of talented writers are far more comfortable playing with their class positions.

but yes. absolutely yes.

(i only darcied jayce and elizabethed viktor for the class discussion but I do feel personality wise its kind of a toss up I have to start work but I feel like I would have a strong opinion on this should I have five extra minutes to think)
