it's so funny to me whenever i see a critic say wicked (Part One™) wasn't gay enough bc like. gelphie didn't kiss with tongue or whatever. which sure fair i guess but also the homoeroticism is such a load bearing narrative element for me that it literally isn't possible for me to see the story as anything BUT a deeply tragic lesbian parable lmaoooo
