deeply enjoying the suffering in the tags over my last doodle :)
#cancel me if you want but I adore John#I think hes one of the most well written and nuanced villains I've ever read#hes human#hes monsterous#and yeah I find it fun to think about#had Gideon been raised by John maybe she would have been happier and loved#but the betrayal would come#only it would come later on in that bitter and nuanced way that comes with loving someone whos done irrevocable harm#but enough about that I want a comedy special where John intercepts his murder plot early on#and forgives Mercy and August a la resetting them again and their punishment is just a permenant babysitting rotation#anyway if anyone wants to take that fic idea by all means go right ahead PLEASE lmao
