I would just like to apologize to crochet for being a knitting snob for so many years
#seriously i lost so many good years of creation and wonder to my allegiance to needles#crochet is the BEST#there’s so much POTENTIAL#so much you can MAKE#this is not me slamming knitting by any means#there’s something magical about using five double-pointed needles to make a sock#(never got the hang of magic loop but i hear it’s great)#but crochet? only having one live stitch at any given moment? being able to try on as you go?#*chef’s kiss*#*slaps roof of car full of crochet hooks*#you can make so many shapes with this baby
