I think I know who's Fox from the Starlight Desert truly is.
I just thought about how TLP season played out the entire book, but not friendship with Fox. Firstly, I thought that our skykid was supposed to replace him in the story, but no, Litle Prince mentioned Fox in one of the quests. So they already met. And that must've happened after Prince met grown-ups. In Starlight Desert. Who could it possibly have been? Does Sky have a wise philosophical talking fox who can turn Little Prine to the right path? Sky doesn't. I do.
Miru is Fox.

If every, or most, Guilty Gear Character were an animal, what would each of them be?
Man, I love it when I get the odd questions! You’d think it’d be easy, but some of these are kinda tricky. I’ve seen a couple of artists try to do something like that, but not for all the characters. I’ll try and get at least most of them! Hopefully I don’t forget.
I mean, I guess a few are really easy since they’ve pretty much got animal motifs already, like cats for Ramlethal (can be asocial and prickly at first but become more friendly affectionate with more interaction) rabbit for Elphelt (cute, demure, and associated with love and abundance) and sheep/rams for Bedman (from the adage ‘counting sheep’ and ‘herd mentality’)
Sol- He was unexpectedly tricky. “Dragon” seemed unfair since it isn’t a real animal, so I tried looking for something that actually exists, and I ended up deciding on the komodo dragon. It’s easy to go for the ‘lone wolf’ symbolism, but I think the komodo fits better, since they’re the largest lizard species and can be incredibly deadly, which keeps the dragon motif relatively intact, but also, from a cursory perspective, komodo dragons are sometimes mistaken for being sluggish and lazy things that just couldn’t care less, despite being venomous and capable of killing and eating a water buffalo.
Ky- Wolf. While admittedly a little cliche, I suppose it also fits Ky as being the sorta generic hero-type. Symbolically, despite sometimes being portrayed as a loner, wolves are also associated with regality, nobility, loyalty, and sociability. Plus, it also is associated with the raiju, a mythical beast of lighting, which most commonly took on the form of a wolf.
Sin- Dog. C’mon, wasn’t that one obvious? He’s pretty much a puppy in a human shell, happy, upbeat, friendly, a little shaggy, and eats everything within reach.
Dizzy- Swan. Beautiful, elegant, and can and will absolutely wreck your shit.
May- Otter. A kind of easy one, since she’s often seen with them. Otters are often associated with cuteness and carefree playfulness, but are also prone to aggression and serve as a definite threat due to their sharp claws.
Axl- Weasel. This is one I think matches really well for multiple reasons, because one, they tend to be symbols of high-energy mischief or trickery in varying levels of maliciousness, and two, it offers a connection to the kamaitachi, a Japanese yokai that is sometimes depicted as a weasel-like creature that attacked people with claws like sickles.
Chipp- Fox. A common american animal, but also frequently portrayed in Japanese mythos as an elegant, magical being.
Answer- African Gray Parrot. One of the most intelligent bird species, capable of memorizing and using hundreds of words. I wanted to use a frog, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find one that would be able to capture his brilliance.
Millia- Cat. Another super obvious one. Playing with cats is one of her hobbies, she has a cat emblem on her Xrd outfit, and part of her clothing script even mentioned them. Plus, like with Ram, it fits the concept of being a little emotionally distant.
Venom- Jackal. Despite his bio stating that he’s British, a lot of fans have wondered if his origins have something to do with Egypt, mainly due to the eye design on his hair. Often portrayed as elegant and stoic, if a bit mysterious.
Zato- mmmm gonna cheat and go with a Panther. I couldn’t really think of anything to tie in with the amorphous shadow motif aside from like. an amoeba. At least it keeps the sneaky shadowy imagery, while also being kind of terrifying with their sharp claws and teeth.
Testament- Vulture. Keeps the death motif, and there’s at least a few species of vultures that are native to Switzerland.
Potemkin: Bear. I know on at least few occasions he’s been referred to as a gorilla which is mmmm gross so no not going with that. Pot’s incredibly powerful and ferocious when need be, but he’s also very easygoing at times and isn’t looking to pick a fight unless necessary.
I-no- Mink. A beautiful animal with lustrous fur, plus it sort of ties into the phrase ‘minx’ which usually refers to a sexy, seductive woman. Also, minks are incredibly aggressive and sometimes attack things seemingly for no reason aside from just wanting to.
Faust- Giraffe. Tall, silly-looking, and like with Dizzy, can absolutely wreck your shit if you try and mess with it.
Baiken- Japanese wolf. An extinct species that once inhabited Japan, befitting of one of the last Japanese survivors. Also, it plays a role in Japanese mythology, both as a messenger and as a protector of travelers.
Jam- Milu deer. I swore to god I wasn’t gonna do a panda because that was too cliche and aside from the nationality it really didn’t seem to suit her. The Milu is a peculiar yet beautiful deer species that both has been used for food, and is a symbol of good fortune.
Bridget- Either a squirrel or a chipmunk. Small, pretty normal, squeaky-voiced, and adorable.
Zappa- Bilby. Yeah, I guess the platypus also could have worked well, what with all the mishmashing ghost parts. But I feel like that only works when the ghosts are there, because on his own, he’s a pretty normal dude. Bilbies are fluffy, timid little creatures that tend to stay hidden in their protective caves and quickly flee from any sign of danger.
Slayer- Vampire Bat. Another easy one. I mean, he is a vampire.
A.B.A.- Either a guinea pig or a mouse. Commonly used for animal testing and generally portrayed as skittish and timid.
Leo-...guess.
Raven- I give up
