The overwhelming desire to reinstall Skyrim so I can replay Vigilant again and experience some of the added options that people won't film on youtube for some reason VS the soul-crushing fear of installing mods to improve my experience only for the game to suddenly brick itself before I even get close to where I want to be at when I decide to start the mod
#skyrim#vigilant mod#If I could still use NMM I would probably just bite the bullet and go for it#Vortex made downloading mods even more stressful#especially since half the time it kept introducing new mod conflicts that I swear I had already resolved#and MO2 intimidates me too much to attempt it#Nexus Mod Manager had its issues#but Skyrim was somehow more stable with NMM than with Vortex
