I know Tuvok didn’t complete his Kolinahr because he went into pon farr and married T’Pel but I’d like to tweak that so it’s actually T’Pel who went into pon farr and Tuvok abandoned his Kolinahr studies to be with her anyway. Because I think it’s very wife guy of him.

#I believe T'Pring says in the original series that she also feels the Pon Farr when Spock feels it #and I will not stand for Pon Farr unless both parties feel it #but I submit that Tuvok - since he's doing his Kolinahr training thing - potentially COULD have meditated through it #but that he decided to leave and go to T'Pel instead #and it's YET ANOTHER strike against him in most people's eyes (illogical guy stays losing)#but in T'Pel's eyes it's the first mark in his favor (this man will come to her aid no matter what)#Her parents: Okay well the guy who's supposed to marry you is currently studying to be a super monk so we should probably look for other-#Tuvok: -bursts into the room still wearing his kolinahr robes-....................................hello.#-pop up appears 'Everybody Hated That'-#and then a smaller pop up appears #-'Oh.
