Here is Cobra Commander in Transformers G1's German dub. He was voiced by Bernd Simon who also served as Starscream's voice actor in this dub.

Joe#Transformers G1#Bernd Simon#Only Human#he is a little more soft spoken compared to Chris Latta but the similarity is uncanny#i love how this dub incorporated his hissing. something that the original dropped.#also fun fact: Cobra Commander's VA is actually different in the actual G.I. Joe dub and his VA did do work for Transformers#so idk why he did not voice him here (scheduling conflict maybe?)#but I cannot say that I am too mad because Bernd Simon does an phenomenal job#(although now I really do want to hear CC's VA from the actual show to compare.)
