so. you wanna start making ug subs (underground subliminals)? let the ex ug sub maker explain some stuff
disclaimer: this is only how to make! this doc is a great starting point for the other things like manifesting and what not
firstly: get your materials
the main thing you need is something to read affirmations. using a tts software is what most, if not all submakers use. i use the software balabolka, which lets you change the pitch, speed, and volume of the text, but free tts and ttsmp3 are websites you can also use, though they do come with usage and character limits, which is a pain if you plan on doing longer and more detailed subs. you can also read out your own affirmations too instead, which might work better depending on what you believe.
the next thing you need is some audio. youtube to mp3 and YtMp3 (beware of viruses) are two of which i used if you have something off youtube you wanna use. i recommend asmr (for those of you that like it) of any type; rain is a common audio choice, but i see slime asmr, clicking asmr, you name it, used too. music is also a good choice, but ive heard that music with lyrics can mess with your subconscious, but all that's limiting you is your own beliefs. also, a critique ive heard on music is that it can get repetitive and you might not want to listen to it over and over if you plan on reusing a subliminal (but then again so can any audio, so who's to say?)
the final thing you need is something to mix the two together. a software like capcut can work, but so can a software like audacity.
optional: something to make the sub into a video with. wanna incorporate your transition goals / desired results as images into your sub? good choice. you can use capcut for that, as thats what ive used.
secondly: writing affs (affirmations)
so now youve got yourself prepared, now comes the main attraction of subliminals: the affirmations. make sure to visualize what you want for the best affs, as it helps with making sure you got everything down and dont accidentally leave out an aff or two you made this whole subliminal around.
now, you can use the law of assumption or law of attraction, but i focus on law of assumption-type affs, as that's what works best for me. here are some base affirmations:
"i have [blank]"
"i have always had [blank]"
"i know i have [blank]"
short and straight to the point affs like this are what ive found to work best personally. dont be afraid to go all out with these, either: your subconscious knows what you want. its very smart. be as detailed as you want.
make as many affs as you see fit, as its your reality you're affirming.
thirdly: mixing the affs + audio
go into the software i assume you have gotten by now and throw those two little mp3s (your affs and audio) into it.
you're gonna wanna make your affs quiet, or at least quieter than the audio, but not mute. the plan with this is that your conscious hears the audio, but your subconscious hears the affirmations and takes it as truth. your conscious is none the wiser. you should set the affs' audio to be just enough to where you yourself can't hear them.
speeding up the affs is a common thing people do (but it might make the affs easier to hear so make sure to relisten to make sure that doesnt happen), but its not an absolute need.
extra: layering affs
layering is putting affirmation audio over another affirmation audio. it can be the same affs, either more sped up, slowed down, or even reversed, or an entirely new set of affs. this can be used to kill two birds with one stone so to speak depending on how you use it, or can make your subliminals stronger / more effective.
extra: bundling subliminals / bundles
bundles are subliminals that combine two subliminals into one mp3. while this might sound like layering, and while it is similar, its taking two completed affs / subs and putting them together (hence bundle) into one mp3. an example would be subliminal x and subliminal y are both about topic z, so they could be bundled into subliminal xy and be "z bundle" (i really hope that made sense)
extra: booster subliminals
booster subliminals (or, "boosters") are made to enhance, speed up, or overall help your results come quicker. this can be achieved by just simply writing affs like "all of my desired results are here already" and bundling / layering it with other subliminal audios (make sure to make as quiet as the affs!!)
extra: formulas
formulas are ways of writing affirmations. some formulas work wonders, and become staples of some sub makers creative process, and because of this, a lot of submakers are protective of it. you can make your own formulas, too, so test out the waters to see which style of affs help you the most!!
extra: angel numbers
angel numbers are the same number that repeats in succession, typically in threes and fours. an example would be 111, 333, 888, 9999, and so on. angel numbers are seen as signs from the universe that your results are coming true as a whole, but each set has their own meanings. you can also choose to assign a certain angel number to assure you of your results, to make sure youre not running into coincidences.
extra: frequencies
certain frequencies can help you attract certain energies. 432Hz can attract happiness, which very helpful when affirming, as happiness helps results come faster, in my experience.
anyways, this has been arsyn's official tutorial on sub making!! remember, you can manifest anything you want. keep believing. stay safe

//what kind of drawing tablet do you use?
//I really wanna do Soldat and Taco art too, but I've only got my Chromebook and fingers-
//that's why I'm just doing capcut for now until I can get better stuff
I use the PicassoTab XL. Its pretty nice for its price, its about 250 dollars roughly, but you might want to get it during the holiday season since its cheaper then. Its a stand-alone tablet, meaning you don't have to plug it into a PC or laptop for it to work.
It comes with a stylus, glove, charging cord and adapter, start up guide has three pre installed art apps already in it when you turn it on. It does have internet connection but its easier for me to take pictures off of it and post then have to use the tablet itself.
The only con I have about it is the glove, its not that great a quality so while you're drawing, the glove doesn't work as well so you wind up with little spots where your palm has tapped the screen so you have to go back and erase those.
Other than that, its a pretty nice for its price and I like it for a beginner one.

hiii just want to ask when you do mp100 edit how do you decide on which part to use and how to make clean scene without subtitles? Is there like a simple how to in making edits?
Hello!
Sure, I can give some tips as a sort of mini-guide for making amvs!
More below the cut!
Deciding on which scene from the show to use is always the hardest part, and so much of it genuinely just boils down to 1) knowing the show very well and 2) luck. I usually begin the amv by creating a very basic “outline”, matching up lyrics from the song to scenes from the show that I thought would match them.
My ability to pick scenes from the show to use in the edit relies HEAVILY on how well I’ve memorized the show/how many times I’ve seen it. You want a scene that matches both the rhythm and the lyrics—meaning that the scene makes sense with what is being said/plays a role in the narrative purpose of the AMV while also matching the musical rhythm with an interesting movement or animation that suits the beat. It’s super intuitive and a lot easier in reality than I’ve made it sound here. If it looks good and makes some sort of sense, that’s all that matters.
However, sometimes I accidentally stumble upon a scene while looking for a DIFFERENT scene that matches much better with the rhythm and the lyrics and is just a lucky, perfect fit, which is why I said that luck also plays a part in it. You’re not gonna be able to feasibly 100% memorize everything in the show, so sometimes you’re just gonna accidentally stumble on a scene that fits twice as well as the one you originally planned to use and change the plan last-minute.
In terms of getting subtitle-free scenes, I specifically seek out and download the dubbed versions of episodes, as they don’t air with built-in subtitles and provide a blank scene without any distracting script. For Mob Psycho 100, gogoanime.gold (please use a VPN and antivirus if at all possible) provides good episode downloads at a very reasonable file size while still maintaining good picture quality. I have every episode of the MP100 English dub downloaded on my phone to make AMVs with lol.
As for a general sense of how to make one: it might seem kind of trite, but honestly the best practice you could ask for is to jump in the deep end and just start making them. So much of the decision-making process during AMV creation, from my perspective, is done by feeling and intuition alone. The more you play with it, the easier it becomes.
Capcut is a great, easy-to-use service that can be used for free, and it’s also wildly popular. I actually prefer CuteCut Pro, which is a paid app and not as technically amazing as Capcut is, but it’s what I started out using back when I was 16 and it’s what I know best. I know the app inside-out, so I find I work better on it. Sometimes I will take the product from CuteCut Pro and move it over to Capcut for filters, effects, or subtitles, though.
But yeah. The best way to get a feel for AMV rhythm and editing is just to pick a song, get some footage, and play around with your app of choice until the pieces start coming together. I promise that, eventually, they will. You can also always watch other people’s AMVs and edits to see what they decided to do in certain moments for some inspiration and direction.
HELPFUL TIP: If at all possible, do not edit in wireless/Bluetooth headphones. Most wireless headphones connected through Bluetooth can cause a very slight sound delay and make your editing seem a bit off-beat.
Some people choose to follow the beat in AMVs, some prefer following the melody, and some prefer just matching the lyrics. IMO, there’s a time and a place for all three to be done well. It’s genuinely hard to make a bad AMV, so don’t be hesitant to play around with it. It’s kind of like art in the way that people aren’t going to see your AMV and be like “that’s not as good at THIS AMV 🫤”, they’re gonna be like, “Yay, another AMV!”.
If you decide you want to make AMVs, just have fun! At a fundamental level, that’s really all it needs.
If I didn’t fully answer your questions here or you have additional questions you’d like to ask about, feel free to send me more asks and I’ll answer them as best I can!

When Life Hands You Lemons
The semester is starting to wind down these days, especially for my grad students, whose term lasts only 13 weeks. It may seem like it is long at times, but it really is fast. And like many other semesters before, we have been treated to some very newsworthy, sometimes amusing, other times anger-inspiring, events that cause us to stand up and pay attention.
Like the ongoing worries over TikTok and whether it should be banished not just in individual states and on their government-owned devices, but nationwide. Australia just announced its complete ban on government-owned devices. In the US, in a rather odd come-together moment for the Right and Left, there is momentum to ban it here as well.
It’s just that TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, has more ammo in its case. The top apps right now for lifestyle and video editing are owned by them: Lemon8 and CapCut. Take that, you pompous lawmakers. We’re not just going to roll over and die.
CapCut is a handy tool for creating the reels that users post to TikTok or elsewhere. I only learned about it this last weekend from my oldest daughter, who said that “everyone’s using it” at the digital marketing agency she calls her professional home. Me, I use Mojo, which, for all I know, could be owned by ByteDance as well. She says it is much better than Mojo. I messaged Oldest Daughter yesterday about CapCut’s owner, and I could almost hear her gulp all the way from Dallas.
And then there’s Lemon8, the new social media app that is designed to take on both Instagram and Pinterest. But in the case of Lemon8, it’s only new to the US. Launched in 2020 to little fanfare, ByteDance kept it in limited circulation until now.
And now we know why.
Lemon8 is not an exact Instagram clone, however, focusing—at least for now—on fashion, food, wellness, and travel, among other general interest topics. Like BeReal, it shuns pretense, and urges users not to stage photos like many we see on Insta. The site also encourages users to include direct links to where viewers can buy featured products.
My question now is whether a ban on TikTok would also include a ban on Lemon8 and CapCut. And even if it does, what’s to stop ByteDance from continuing to roll out new apps to dodge federal bullets? Will it boil down to banishing all Chinese-owned apps, like Pinduoduo and Shein? This could lead to war, you know.
Which makes me begin to wonder if all this pomp and circumstance, this drum-beating, is an exercise in futility. Short of erecting a massive firewall around us, like the Chinese do to keep out western media, there’s little that can be done. Worse yet, it leads to frustrations among the people, especially when we live in a place that espouses First Amendment rights and freedoms. Fire up the VPN, as I have said before, and hope you don’t get caught. I hear that Chinese citizens can be in serious trouble if they do so. The last thing we need is a similar clamp down.
The other part of me wonders how people can continue to absorb so many social media sites. I am not opposed to the development of new ones at all. It’s just that there are still only 24 hours in the day, and I have a hard enough time just attending to Meta’s Facebook and Instagram. I have work to do, you know. Heck, my LinkedIn looks like a ghost page. I guess if I were looking for a job, I’d hop on it.
All of which means we are continuing to slice the market into ever smaller pieces, and as long as it can be done profitably, new sites will continue to roll out. Stir on the controversy of Chinese ownership, and Ima gonna have things to write about for a long, long time.
Let the user beware. There may be someone in Beijing looking over your shoulder.

Godot adventures script
I've written a script for a potential youtube video that I need to record somehow without my face or voice. Will post this here for now and see how I can continue to do this. I'll also try to use this blog for detailed update over each video. Also, this post isn't written by any AI tools. WIll be talking more about it in some video someday.
About me
Hi, I’m Ros. I’m a freelance coding instructor and I make educational content about programming. I was an artist but I moved closer to programming due to my interest in game development. I did cs50, which is an introduction to computer science that I highly recommend for anyone interested to learn programming.
A quick disclaimer. Due to various circumstances, the best place for me to work is my local library but I won’t be able to record my voice or myself. For now, I’m using text to speech and an avatar of myself.
My intentions
I still wish to do this series despite all these issues. This will be a playlist series for my godot adventures! Been wanting to learn how to use it forever, especially since it’s open source. I have some experience using Unity3d but that was quite a long time ago so this will be new for me.
So what I will be doing is diving straight into making a simple 2d fully playable game. I haven’t figured out exactly what the game will be about, so that will be in the next video. Do comment if you have any ideas! I’ll be avoiding space shooter because I've done a few versions of it.
In this series, I’ll be sharing what I did, any errors I make or come across while using as little tutorials as possible. So you’ll be seeing a raw, unfiltered look at me learning by doing as well as the messy parts of game development. While i do have some coding and gamedev experience, I haven’t code in a while. So I’ll share whatever I know but there will be some missing gaps which I’ll hopefully find out in this adventure.
Why am I doing this in this way?
So, I have ADHD. I’ll probably get bored of it in a few months time and I’m trying to use this youtube channel as an accountability buddy and taking a totally different approach to avoid boredom.
This will also be a way for me to overcome any fears of making videos due to perfectionism. I’m pretty sure there are videos like this and my videos will be messy and feel like a work in progress. There will be stuff all over the place but my intention is to highlight quality learning over all these issues. By reminding myself that this is an unknown channel and whatever issues I have are not the point. Doing this will allow me to get better with video making. Regardless of how bad the video quality is, the content is more important.
And the goal to make a fully playable game as well as potentially inspire and encourage viewers to try diving into learning stuff as well.
Avoiding tutorial hell
Maybe you’ve heard that the best way to learn anything is to dive straight into it. This experience will teach you more than any tutorial ever would. Doing this will get you to use muscle memory instead of memorization which is more effective for lifelong learning. You’ll also learn what programming is like where you’ll face a lot of frustration, annoyance, why is my code not working and so on. And this is where I’ll share all of it!
I'll be avoiding tutorial hell which is definitely a fault of mine. I’ll try to only search for specific stuff that I need to solve. In case I do use a tutorial, I’ll record why and how I come out of it. It might be unavoidable for me to go through some resources so I'll summarise what I've learned. I'll try to honestly share whatever I can as long as I think it will be useful and helpful for your programming journey.
My current setup/environment
I’ll be using OBS, maybe canva and capcut for video editing or graphics stuff. I’ll also use AI tools like ChatGPT and RunwayML. Mostly for brainstorming.
I’m likely to record during the weekdays so I’m not sure how often uploading will go. I’m also job hunting so I might upload less or stop uploading depending on how things go.
How you can support
You can simply support me by subscribing, liking or sharing. This will also allow you to receive a notification when videos are out!
Your support might help me have accountability and encourage people to learn programming.
If you can afford it, I have a "buy me a coffee" link in the description. I’ll also set up a patreon if it goes well. It will hopefully allow me to eventually afford a quiet room for recording.
My hope is that you will learn how to not let perfectionism get in the way to simply "start"
Let’s see where this adventure takes us!

Just wanted to check up on ya, how are you feeling? Did you have a great week? Just tell me about your week.
Bc that would be lovely to know that someone may have had a better week, bc I'm really feeling shit firstly bc of my period and secondly bc me and bsf share an account on capcut (Which I really love) but she posted a video and someone asked something in the comments about her wanting to tell her fake friend about her depression and them my bsf, answer her "no don't tell her their fack and you know it, I have tried it with my friend and now everyone know." I'm so afraid it is me she is talking about bc she tells me everything and I told like two ppl I trust and now I wonder if one of them told everyone about it, I'm just so afraid she will take her own life, and I can't live without her. (Not me crying while writing this)
Anyways hope your doing well.
Hey lovely, I'm doing quite well, thanks for asking! I haven't been as online as I used to be, so my replies might be really late 😭
My week has been great! I've started to focus on improving myself and becoming the best version of me. So I've been exercising, reading, revising, writing, drawing-- basically rediscovering myself and finding out what things I like and dislike once more. I was in a dark place before, and fortunately, now I'm not.
It's actually really fun, to go through this process, in my opinion. It's like waiting for the butterfly to come out of its cocoon, and I really can't wait to see how my transformation looks, you know?
I'm sorry to hear you had a bad week, darling. But I'm also happy you felt comfortable enough to share it with me! It's always good to share these things, penting things up only hurts you further.
I feel you on those period cramps, they honestly are the worst. I used to have really painful cramps! It was so bad, the only thing that pacified it slightly was curling into a ball on my bed 🥲 Painkillers did nothing to help me, but I found hot packs helpful. Maybe you could try that and see if it works for you too!
Also, sharing a capcut account sounds really cool! Sharing anything personal with a best friend is always an amazing thing to do. It's like weaving a little piece of both of your hearts together into an adorable scarf 😆 In which the scarf is a part of the shared bond you have together.
Oh honey, cry your heart out if you need. It's okay. Any relationship whether it's platonic or romantic can be difficult at times. But one key thing to make it work is communication. Just talk to your best friend. Ask her what she meant and who she was talking about. Jumping to assumptions isn't going to solve anything, if not make things much worse.
I get the fear of not wanting to push a friend in fear of them taking an extreme measure in response. I have a friend that was like that. It's best to just ask, listen and talk it out. Try not to interrupt her until you both properly understand the situation the other is facing. Let her speak her mind and when she's done, you tell her what went through your mind and how you felt. For all you know, it's probably someone else she's talking about 🤷♀️
People like her just want someone to listen to them, you know? Trust me, cutting them off sometimes can be sooooo.... I don't have the words to even describe it 💀 I don't mean that in a bad way. It's just best not to upset them further than they already are.
I hope this week was slightly better for you, luv. And I hope that things between you and your best friend gets better. Don't hesitate to reach out again, I enjoy your messages 😁

Nope, totally see where you’re coming from. Don’t need to be an artist to notice things that can be improved. Yes, the audio match up is weird, I was listening to the video on repeat while drawing in procreate so it’s kind of wonky. CapCut is a little confusing for me so I’ll work on doing better with syncing audio then move onto doing more frames. The frame progression definitely feels more like a slide show than an animatic. I’ve been working on a Copacabana one that is faster, once I bring it into CapCut I’ll def pay more attention to the audio. Try breaking it up with editing to better match it.
Thank you for sending me feedback Aperture Labs!
Hello everyone!!! I made a thing! It’s my first time making something like this so please give me feedback.
I used CapCut and procreate to make this.
My editing isn’t the best to be honest. Also wasn’t sure how to properly time the video.
I started this about 2 weeks after he released this one so it’s been a couple of months. Just finished it today.
Go check out the full song!!!!! Here
