Don’t call it a #resolution. But the reason I put the turntable in the same room as the treadmill is so I can walk for Side A, take a tiny little break as I flip it over, achieve whatever peak I’m going to as Side B kicks off with a little crackle or pop, and there you have a nice little ~40 minute brisk-walk. (Might be running someday; certainly not yet.)
