been working on this for a while

the toga was a pain in the ass to figure out how to draw but i think it turned out realy good and i cant be botherd right now to figure out a background so i just made it blue for ultramar

also the skin color is apears somewhat greenish yelow on my main monitor, i think it may just be my monitor not having that saturated reds but it looks okay on my Drawing tablet Screen so it may just be difrent color spaces or something?

Feel free to let me know if youre more informed on what could cause this and how i could fix it

I know it's pretty established in fandom that Cardassians love their bureaucracy but I don't think I've seen any fics (including my own) that fully embrace what that looks like. Like rn I need a fic of Julian having a full on meltdown:

sometimes my thoughts return to that one post I made and the high possibility of most of valinors bureaucratic system being put into place because of a very normal caranthir-turgon feud that kind of escalated and nobody thought far enough ahead to stop any of it

thousands of years later high king finarfin is cursing his nephews names under his breath as he's trying to figure out which form to sign in order to get a law passed

so in the past month I was involved in a traffic collision (not an accident, the idiot that hit me was an idiot and is to blame), and landed in the ER (second time in 6 months, what is my luck). and you know what? The bureaucracy around it suck almost as much as being in a traffic collision itself

I am physically as good as can be, I got out extremely lucky, no massive long term injuries (at least nothing popped up by now), but it still suck.
