A hum escaped the small boy as he continued jotting things into his notebook. New ideas were always coming, after all. He needed a place to keep them. The serene feel of the park was even better for that, he just felt so inspired out in the open. Especially when there was nobody to recognize who he was.

After closing the shop and saying goodbye to his colleagues, Jihun was cleaning up the last of the mess that had been created during the day – soil, petals and bits of leaves were spread all across the working space. When the lightning lit up the sky outside the shop he flinched briefly. That surprised me, he thought, brushing it off by chuckling for himself.

Sudden knocking on the door surprised him even further, and his eyes shot up to the direction the sound was coming from. A customer? Sure, they had closed, but he couldn’t blame anyone for seeking shelter from the atrocious weather. While brushing his hands clean on the apron he wore, he walked up to the door. His gaze settled on the person on the other side of the glass door and he quickly sized them up before concluding that it was probably safe to open.

“Hello,” He said and peeked out through the door that now stood ajar, his tone hesitant. “We are closed.. But can I help you with anything?”

Kennith was just out and about while his boyfri- husband, was resting, due to it being day. His husband was a vampire, you see, and bright amounts of sunlight could be deadly to him. So, he usually stayed inside and slept. Today was the day after their wedding, but Kennith was just out buying a few little things at the local gas station. A case of beer, y’know, just to celebrate. Hopefully. 

A voice called out to him, and soon he felt a hand tap his shoulder. He jumped, squeaking softly, before turning to whoever it was that had touched him. Oh jeez... Of course it had to be someone I don’t know. Damnit.
