what’s the point of posting work if no ones gonna let you know they’re reading it??? hit counts are meaningless (we’ve all opened fics and closed them without even reading the first line). two kudos tell me nothing. if you’re reading a fic, especially a multi chapter one that’s getting updated as the author is writing it, LEAVE COMMENTS. we have no other way to know if people are still reading and enjoying our work. so if people stop commenting I’m just gonna not post the end of my fic. I’ll write it for sure because I’m writing it for me, but why should I bother sharing it with people if y’all don’t even bother to comment. It doesn’t even have to be much anything, just a simple “I’m enjoying this,” or even emojis. He failed at the ‘all out’ part, but only because he’s learned just how obsessively ‘all out’ people actually can go, and it’s still unmistakably festive all throughout the bunker. Cas managed to find them a perfect tree, and after some ridiculously expensive outings - because one trip was not enough, apparently - they were now the proud owners of all types of decorations: lights, garlands, ornaments, wreaths, gift-wrappings and bags, and other random Christmas-themed decor tucked into their new homes. Cas even found a twig of real mistletoe (which Dean now knows have white berries, not red like he thought, “you’re thinking of hollies, Dean”) and hung it up with a perfectly tied red bow in the doorframe between the war room and the library. He and Cas spend way too much time there, much to Sam’s annoyance.   Team Free Will 2.0’s first Christmas after defeating Chuck and getting Cas back from the empty.
