Speedy and Bumble Bee had been friends and colleagues for years. She was the resident workaholic and he the prankster. But all Speedy wanted her to do since he met her was just look up and see him. Bumble Bee didn’t want to see him or acknowledge that part of herself that couldn’t deny her feelings. Why would she? He was a player; he was arrogant and he was immature. It wasn’t as if he had any real feelings for anyone, least of all her. Even if he did, she could never do anything about it. After all, they were teammates. She was his leader and that would always come first.
