(Tw: yellings, mentoins of dizzy spells and double standarts ) Hi, can i ask your ipoin on something? So here it goes when someone tells you something that you did worng and they also do the things that they told you worng like not putting your plates on the table and leaving bread on the table, or when you are having like snack while you eating it making it mess then not cleaning that mess up, this was what excatly happens when my dad tells me my mistakes and he does them but when he does them its no problem for him but when we do it, its a huge problem, like yesterday he yelled at me for coming home early at 17:00 and my reasons was no one was coming and the dinner time was coming so i thought maybe i dont need to let hım know cus its already coming close to evening , so i come home and wear my pijamas, and my mom says he is tired and he wants to sleep , can you go back? And i say dont worry,no one came the office whole today , and nobody was coming and also after my dad saw me in my pijamas he let me stay at the home and go back himself , i get the fact that i has some vaild reasons and all, and i get it i messed up but he got really angry at me and yelled at me and my mom , for it and he also yelled at me for other small neccessery things, like leaving the tuna fish on its package, he yelled at me for being irresponsebale cus i leaved it there, and he also yelled at my mom for proceting me and saying that its wasnt a big deal cus i told her to leave it like that cus i was gonna eat it, but he kept yelling more and.more also he told me to shut up my mounth up too when i told him to calm down? And i had a dizzy spell at that very moment so i dont really remmber what i also said but i bulently remmber but still not sure of i said it or not so dont take it too seriously, i think i said " im not giving you demands " or something like that, and i all i remmber is that him yelling at our faces, like i aggree the fact i done mistakes cus lets be honset am not perfect but when he says our worngs to us like the tuna fish one, he does it himself as well and i think it also drops the value of the things he says about our mistakes whatever is related or not, and even if he has a vaild reason about it too, it drops its value but whats your ipoins ?
My opinion is that based on this ask and previous ones you've sent me, your dad sounds like a mean, immature, toxic individual who needs to work on his anger issues. I don't think his behavior is fair at all

I think I might have to watch some old kdramas or rewatch ones I really liked back then.
I haven’t watched many cdramas this year compared to before. I miss republicans dramas.
I think dizis are doing a little better this year. Still not as good as how it was years back but better than last year. Although what’s interesting is a lot of the new dizis are featuring younger/newer actors as leads. Instead of big names or older actors. I think so far the only big names I can think of is Aras Bulent Iynemli and Murat Yildrim - maybe Ebru Sahin, maybe Alperen (but whether you consider him a big name is debatable) but there aren’t many of the regular name actor you see or hear.
I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not.
I want to check out Bir Gece Masali with Burak (so I guess a big name one) but that’s about it. Maaaaaybe Alperen’s drama. We shall see.
I am not a big Republican cdrama fan but they do still make some fun gonzo mini ones (all the proper length ones are patriotism and spies nowadays which is not my bag.)

Free Web Turkey reported on Thursday that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s son Bilal and Leven Uysal, a lawmaker with Erdogan’s ally, the far-right Nationalist Movement Party, MHP, used the courts to block access to news articles and social media content they deem critical.
A court in Istanbul blocked access to 67 online news articles that were earlier blocked, covering the activities of Bilal Erdogan, his family and friends.
The court decision was “based on the request of Bilal Erdogan”, wrote Free Web Turkey, a platform monitoring and fighting online censorship, published by the Media and Law Studies Association, MLSA.
The news articles about Bilal Erdogan, his friends and family cover their ties and activities within the state and business as well as corruption claims.
Uysal, from the MHP, also has the courts on his side when it comes to digital censorship, Free Web Turkey wrote. “News about the Serbian citizenship of MHP Mersin MP Levent Uysal, who had previously blocked news about the claim that he was caught trying to take out a 45-million-euro loan with a fake letter of guarantee, was blocked with a [court] decision dated March 13, on Uysal’s request,” Free Web Turkey wrote.
The recent blocked news articles and social media posts of journalists Ismail Ari and Bulent Mumay were about Uysal’s “unlawfully obtained Serbian citizenship”.
Uysal also asked the court to block his own social media posts. As a result, it ordered access blocks to his six tweets on X. “Now Uysal needs to delete the tweets in question,” Free Web Turkey wrote.
A report by Germany’s Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in June 2023 said the Turkish government copies the Russian government’s handbook in using courts to target journalists and media houses.
BIRN’s latest Digital Rights Violations Report also underlined that tens of thousands of online content items were blocked by Turkish courts as Erdogan’s government tightens digital censorship.
“Turkish courts also ordered the removal of tens of thousands of online articles and blocked access to social media posts. Most of the content that was taken down or blocked was critical of government policies or was about people linked to the government, President Erdogan’s family or influential leaders of organised criminal groups,” the BIRN report wrote.
In February this year alone, 866 URLs were blocked by Turkish courts, the MLSA, announced, adding: “Criticising the government is banned.”
Turkey ranked 165th out of 180 countries in 2023 in the latest press freedom index issued by the watchdog organisation Reporters Without Borders, RSF.
