Sherlock Fam!

So...I am in a “there should be more stuff for the fandom to do” frame of mind right now. And these are things I run and things I would like to run if there’s interest.

(Just a bit of background: I’ve been involved in online fandom since 1998 and while on Livejournal I have run/co-run multiple rounds of five different Big Bangs, two ficathons, one fandom award community, multiple “fic table prompt claim” communities and I also cannot work right now so I have plenty of time online to manage this stuff)

THINGS I ALREADY RUN:

Molly Hooper Appreciation Week (two rounds a year, next round starting in August) / MHAW Fic Exchange (sign-ups going on now)

Sherlolly Secret Santa (sign-ups will start November 1st)

Sherlock Fanworks Awards (not up yet but will start the nominations in November with voting in February; open to anything in the Sherlock fandom aside from TJLC stuff)

Sherlock Minor Ship Appreciation Week (basically, any ship other than Johnlock and Sherlolly, as I think both are in AO3′s top 50 ships)

Molly Hooper Big Bang

Something similar to a community I was in in the Buffyverse called “You Got The Stones?” for the Sherlock fandom which had prompts submitted by various users and claimed by writers belonging to the group. Could only claim three fics at a time. Any ship/characters were allowed. The wilder the prompt, the better. Writers would submit an application and show they wrote at least 3 different ship (so someone writing Adlock/Sherlolly/Marylock or Johnlock/Mollrenelock/Hoopervan or Mystrade/Mormor/Holmescest would be approved; someone who only writes Warstan would not - no cap on how many authors we have). Would be supplemented by a community on Dreamwidth & Tumblr or be run on AO3 and supplemented with a Tumblr community).

Something for Sherlock femslash, like a mini bang or ficathon during February
