thank you yes!!!!!!! he genuinely does need to be told he’s being a good boy but Just As Importantly he also needs to be lovingly disciplined in a way that will potentially make his sad little ears droop and his sad little tail stop wagging for a brief moment but will ultimately make him feel so so much better because it means he’s learning how to be an even better good boy. his list of tasks and check boxes will be completed and then he can finally do what he does best (be praised by eddie and given treats and also possibly ear scratches/leg humping privileges)

im late to this convo so feel free to ignore but thanks for always making me feel a little more validated in my writing room distrust lmaoo like, this IS the show that made a joke out of actual abuse of power dynamics btwn a therapist and her patient so. don’t get me wrong i love it and they do some things well but they also do some things.. Not Well 😭

ya i think people tend to forget that when this show gets something wrong...they get it really, really wrong. and, well. they literally did do dead wife doppelganger. i think it's just silly at this point to pretend that they aren't capable of something equally bad or even worse with any other character/dynamic.
