(has been saying that since july)#ik the nghy payoff will be ✨sweet✨ but it’s kinda funny how hw are slowburning nagisa’s role in the series as a whole #mans has a grand total of 3 songs to date and only 1 has a cv ver #place your bets what do you think will come first? nghy duet or ariken duet #t h o u g h. ariken is also kind of a slowburn but we all knew they’d get together since ijiwaru release (shoutout to the og miku ver)#some say that ariken is still not canon in the novels to this very day #can’t believe we got arisa’s future career aspirations reveal before ariken canon in the novels smh #but i digress!!!!!!!!!!!! nagisa needs more action and attention!!!!!!#he did have kind of a ‘the bus came back’ moment with the izumo collab but we never saw his face again after that #(full cast merch doesnt count bc p. much everyone’s included in them except for the school nurse and kako)#so. all im saying is: slowburn nghy by all means. just dont slowburn nagisa’s character arc aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa #now that mona mania has cooled off (to a degree) and chizusweep has mellowed out (somewhat) it’s shiranami’s time to shine!!!!!!!!#y. yeah. ik it’s harder to market him bc he’s a literal average (albeit handsome) joe but that’s part of his charm!!!!!#i mean!!!!! he can cook!!!!! he stans ft4!!!!! he’s devoted to the girl he loves!!!!!! he’s a dreamboat!!!! what more could you ask for?#but. i do have to say that nghy developments have been kinda awkwardly handled as a whole… esp with heroine ikusei #i think nagisa should’ve been introduced in heroiku or something… since he was planned from the start of hiyori’s development…#maybe they were trying to pull a ‘2nd love wins’ kinda parallel with kthn? but the ascana retcon made everything awkward huh…#i think it could’ve worked out in the mv-verse. like if they’d placed heroika+sukiuso after the fight+make up in herotaru #so the timeline would go smoothly from heroiku -> herotaru -> heroika #with hiyo realising that she’d be better off focusing on work and track after the asuka debacle + chizu fight #like a ‘forget romance!!! i gotta work hard and run hard!!! omg wait nagisa wdym you love me???’ kinda thing #but the [redacted] anime p much cut + pasted the asuka arc with the nagisa visit and. hm.#is this just an excuse to blame the clumsy handling of the nghy arc on the [redacted] anime? m… maybe…?#but it all still could’ve kinda worked out if they’d shifted the timelines around a little. y’know. since sukiuso mv has nagisa visit in oct #idk i think having hiyo learn how to doll herself up from lxl for her first crush (asuka)#and then using what she learned to yassify herself to meet up with nagisa would’ve been neater?#like a ‘hey look nagisa :) i applied what i learned from my pals :)’ kinda thing #or maybe chizu and juri could’ve helped her with the nagisa dressup scene post-herotaru fight… but i digress!!!!!!#hmmmmmmmmmm… well. this has gone way off topic… anyways nghy canon and cute that’s all byeeee #the dude from gamushara

the shocking news of a 15 year old girl passing away due to being stabbed unfortunately doesn't come as a surprise, for years people not just in london but up and down the country have been begging, pleading, demanding the government to do something to combat knife crime all for it fall on deaf ears

the government yet again have failed but this time it's way worse because they have failed children, a 17 year old boy shouldn't even be having access to a knife let alone think of stabbing a teenage girl who was on her way to school, that girl should've have been able to go to school without issue, with her parents and family going about their daily life because their child is safe at school and instead they are mourning the loss of a 15 year old girl

but it's not just the government who have failed children, it's platforms like tiktok who have allowed andrew tate and other misogynists to be able to spew their bullshit onto young boys essentially indoctrinating them into thinking that it's okay to just see women as objects and it's okay to disrespect them and unfortunately it leads to situations like this happening and there doesn't seem like anything is being done to stop it

desprate reform is needed before jt happens again and has been well overdue for several years, there needs to be immediate action to stop knife crime and keep children safe

may the girl rest in peace and her family and friends are getting all the support they need

#idk if what i'm saying is making sense #but yeh it's just so sad these are children ffs #that lad should be doing his alevels or t levels or btecs #or even an apprenticeship thinking about his future #he shouldn't be carrying a knife on a bus with an intent to kill #more needs to be done asap #and it all starts from the very top

god why is there never a perfect option, I have found two places where I can buy the Nimona comic book (yes only two and one is in a different country because idk screw availability of anything ig) but one is in Czech and shipping costs almost one half of the price of the book and the other place is fucking German Amazon where it is actually in English and I would get free shipping but it costs two times more than the one in Czech Republic and has those disgusting sticker graphics on it

#Or I coul get the czech one on my own because bus tickets cost actually a little bit less than shipping which is ironic #but I am not really a fan of comic books in czech they always sound a little bit off #and I like getting books in original if I know the language #but on the other hand I do not want to order anything from amazon #and the stickers are so fucking big oh my god #and I am broke so #uhh idk #I could possibly wait like a month because then I will need to go to the town where the bookshop is anyway #but what if it gets sold out by then #fuck idk someone help T-T #nimona

then his gaze stays on her. another torch to carry the fire, another to raise hell. its a silent war all over again, open on too many fronts but he will make it work to his advantage. the more distracted a goliath is, the easier it will be to stay in the dark to bring them to their knees. between the shit caused by a less than subtle brit and noisy company, the inevitability of homelanders fuck ups biting the company in the ass, and what could be shilohs own involvement behind the scenes, @artisanals, all it takes is a collective tug of a the rope and fire will follow.
