Canon-divergent fact of the day feat. yours truly's lore:

Raksha frees Hope before the events of Baldur's Gate 3. Finding out about her is actually *one* of the main reasons she decides to get away from Raphael (with a magical pendant to boot, so he can't find her with his magic mirrors etc).

I do imagine a scene in which he finds his wife trying to comfort Hope and the two start having a fight that ends up with something along the lines of:

"I prohibit you to free her!" *Raksha looks straight into his eyes and breaks Hope's chains* "How... How dare you defy me!"

But honestly I think he loves her too much to actually punish her for disobeying or hurt her in general 💀 (I do like my Raphael to be "softer" when he truly loves someone, sue me)
