Nico may never outright say it, but Jason knows Nico loves him.

It's the small things. He asks to help with Jason's work. He let's Jason run his hands through his hair. He takes off Jason's glasses when he accidentally falls asleep with them on and yes, Jason noticed.

He let's Jason wipe his tears away after a particularly bad nightmare. He does the same for Jason. He brings Jason food from the mess hall when he forgets to eat, Nico remembers.

There are no "I love you's". Instead there are "can you please stay" and "I cherish the time we spend together".

It all means the same to Jason. Everyone loves differently, and he happens to love the way Nico loves him.
