how does tsa have the technology to determine whether liquids are over 100ml but not the technology to determine whether those liquids are hazardous or not?

why am I throwing out a $12 liquid makeup remover that I've only used twice and a cantu curl cream that I have to pour water into if I want to get the last squeezes out??? yall don't a girl to style her hair while she's on a trip? FUCK YOU!
