Chapter 3

Moon screamed in shock and pain as she gasped for air, falling on her side, her vision blurred as she tried to sit up. “Yah! stop overreacting, I know what I’m doing, it’s not severe” but before his sentence finished, Moon had already fainted. Kneeling down next to her, he shook her body, assuming she was bluffing. “Hey, wake up” but to no avail, inspecting her wound, he saw no signs of a serious injury, his knife wasn’t that big, so the cut couldn’t be too deep nor was there excessive blood loss, which confused him as to why the girl fainted. He picked her up and sprinted out of the gym. Carrying her towards the infirmary, he stopped midway thinking to himself about how he was going to explain the situation, and there was no way that the leader wouldn’t find out about this, which worried him even more. Looking at the unconscious figure in his arms, he knew he messed up real bad.

To his dismay, when he opened the door to the infirmary, the leader was inside, joking around with Anna, “She’s not dead” he spoke before either of them could question him.

“How did this happen?” CB inquired

“Long story” HH answered putting Moon on the bed

Anna started working on the wound as the two boys engaged in the conversation.

“The wound isn’t very deep, was there too much blood loss?” the brown haired girl asked, interpreting the two boys

“No, that’s the confusing part, why did she faint?” HH spoke

“Probably from the shock” CB stated

“I’ll still need blood samples, something doesn’t seem right. She once came to me for painkillers after training with Changbin, saying she had a headache and was feeling dizzy, I shrugged it off thinking it might be because of hunger or low blood sugar since I have that all the time. But her fainting like this, I think it might be something else. Chan could you hand me that kit” Anna explained pointing towards the said kit

“Hwang stabbing her was a little too much man” Chan spoke, handing Anna the kit

“Oh and IV drip as well from that cupboard”

“Yeah yeah, I know, I admit this was my fault, but it was kinda accidental” he defended himself

“Hyunjin dear, there is no such thing as kinda accidental, you either stabbed her or it was an absolute accident, please choose one” Anna sarcastically spoke while attaching the canola to Moon’s arm

“Well I meant to make a small cut but my hand slipped and I ended up stabbing her, but before I could even say anything, she just screams one second and is out cold the next” he explained

“She’s a feisty one, you should sleep with your eyes open, she’ll definitely get you back for this” Chan laughed

“You se-” Hyunjin was cut off as Woo and El entered the infirmary

“I need the pill” El told Anna

“You know Woojin, it wouldn’t kill you to get a condom.” Chan told the older

“Nah that’s too much work” El replied popping the pill in her mouth

“It’s literally just rolling it on, how is that too much work” Hyunjin questioned

“TMI bro!!!” Anna shouted

“Alright that’s enough” Woojin spoke

“What happened to her?” El asked looking towards Moon’s unconscious figure

Anna lifted the blanket from the side to show her the stitches. “Could you let the girl be???? Don’t you think stabbing her was a little too much” El said samacking Hyunjin across the head

“Owww!!!”

“Woojin could you please get this blood tested?” Anna asked, handing him the blood sample

“Yeah sure” he took the blood and left the infirmary

“How long do you think she’ll be out?” Hyunjin asked

“I’m not su-” Anna got cut off hearing a groan coming from behind them, the three turned around to see Moon sitting up on the bed. The moment she spotted Hyunjin she threw the sheets off her and leaped at him “I’M GOING TO KILL YOU” she shouted, before Moon could touch him, Chan casually grabbed her waist and bought her flush against his chest, stopping her from hurting Hyunjin or herself. However Moon wasn’t having any of it as she struggled against his hold trying to get to Hyunjin. “Calm down princess, you don’t want to open your wound”. Moon’s heartbeat increased hearing that pet name and the fact that his hand was on her bare stomach didn’t help either. Hyunjin stuck his tongue out and ran out the infirmary.

Moon sighed loudly and cursed under her breath. “How long was I out for?” she asked turning around to face the Chan

“About an hour, maybe less” Anna answered

“Do you have any iron supplements?” Moon asked running a hand through her hair

“Why do you need those?” Chan asked

“I’m anemic” she answered

“Oohh, must’ve been the reason you passed out” Anna put the dots together

“The blood test isn’t of any use now” Chan said

“When did yo-” Moon was about to ask when she looked down at her arm, which was bleeding around the canola, “-is this supposed to be happening?” Moon asked extending her arm towards Anna

“No it’s not and it wouldn’t have happened either if you hadn’t tried to jump Hyu- HH so aggressively” she said taking her arm to remove the canola

“Now go easy, you don’t want to ruin the stitches, so it’s best to just rest” Anna said after cleaning her arm.

“What about training?” she asked

“Phase 1 and 2 will be put on hold, you’ll train with Dandy, I.N and Liv, that’s phase 3, we’ll just have to determine your position first” Chan explained

“Don’t get your stitches wet, and come get them checked next week” Anna told Moon, who nodded her head and left.

It had been 3 weeks since the incident and Moon had been training with the three as told by the leader. During this time she learned that she was not fit to be in the Medic Team. Liv had tried her best to teach the older girl the basics, however it never ended in a good way. After almost killing J.One, Chan decided that it was enough and that more time shouldn’t be wasted.

The gang was once again gathered in the meeting hall, this time to test Moon’s skills in tech.

“There isn’t much to it, I hacked into the phone through which my dad was contacted, but not even minutes later the signal was lost, and the location I picked up was somewhere near a river. I managed to hack the traffic cams around the area and tracked the car CB97 go- is there some easier name I can call you, CB97 is weird. Anyways I tracked the car back” Moon explained when asked how she found them

“Impressive, and you may call me Chris” the leader replied making everyone gasp, considering this was against protocol

“Chris. Hhmm I like it, has a nice ring to it” Moon muttered

“But what we can’t understand is how we couldn’t track back to you?” Dandy questioned

“This one is connected to the projector?” Moon asked pointing towards Dandy’s laptop

“Yeah”

“I.N, can I have yours?”

“Sure”

She took the computer and started typing away on it. 20 minutes later she spoke

“Okay, now both of you, try and hack into this using Dandy’s laptop”

“Excuse me? What did you do to it?” Dandy snatched it away from her

“Nothing, just please do what I asked” Moon said

Dandy looked at her skeptically but nonetheless began the task. Moon grabbed I.N’s laptop again to continue doing what she was. Everyone could see what Dandy and I.N were doing and the atmosphere was starting to get thick. “I’m in” Dandy spoke, Moon pressed a few keys on I.N’s laptop and everything on Dandy’s screen disappeared. “What the fuck?!?!?!?” Dandy exclaimed

“How did you do that?” I.N asked surprised, his eyes as big as saucers

Moon giggled at the younger’s adorable expression and moved between him and Dandy. Taking Dandy’s laptop she started clicking away as she explained what she was doing, “So basically the hacker thinks they’ve gotten in, when in reality they’ve only reached a dummy server, the moment they fall for the decoy, I’ll be notified that someone is trying to break in, and if i do this-” she pressed a few keys “-the whole algorithm will reset and everything they did will be erased”

“How did you do this?” HH asked

“How come Dandy didn’t know about this? He’s the head of all this tech stuff” J.One chirped in

“Because I built this software to avoid legal issues. So no one knows about this” Moon answered

“Not bad shorty, looks like you can contribute after all” Woo smirked

Moon wanted to say something snarky but decided against it, getting on HH’s bad side got her stabbed, she didn’t want to think about what could happen if she pissed off a sniper.

“Well this concludes that Phase three is over and you’ll be put in the Tech Team with Dandy and I.N” Chris spoke

(A/N: I did not do a fact check, and I don’t know shit about hacking, please bear with me)

“What about my field test? What if I want to be on the task force?” Moon asked

“Shouldn’t you stick to what you’re good at princess, make things a bit easier for yourself” that pet name got her feeling butterflies in her stomach

“Too boring, I want some action in my life”

“Joining a gang should be action enough” Lee Know said

“At least give me chance, you said there would be a field test, if I pass that, let me be on the task force” Moon requested

“Okay, complete phase 1 and 2, if you pass, I’ll accept your request” Chris said

“I thought I already passed phase 1? I won with all three of my instructors” Moon stated

“Not with me” HH interrupted

“You cheated” Moon replied

“I told you there will be no such thing as fair play when you’re in the field”

“But I had you pinned down with my knife to your throat, what did you want me to do, kill you?”

“Your body language said it all, your hands were shaking, you were hesitant, even if it were someone else underneath you, you wouldn’t have been able to kill them, that’s why I stabbed you, to show you what happens if you’re not quick” he explained

“You don't know me!! I’d have killed anyone else, it was you that I was nervous, I didn’t want to accidentally do something that’d get me in trouble” she defended herself

“Well how flattering, so glad to know I’m of importance to you” HH said sarcastically

“Don-”

“STOP IT!!! BOTH OF YOU” Chris shouted

“That’s enough. Moon you’ll fight me tomorrow in the ring, if you defeat me, you’ll start phase 2, if not, you’ll continue with SpearB. Dismissed.” Chris said and left the room, everyone following behind.

Hyunjin ran after the leader calling out to him “Chan wait!”, Chan turned around to face him

“Yeah?” he asked

“Why didn’t you put me with her to train, why Changbin?” Hyunjin asked

“Because I don’t want her to end up back in the infirmary due to a childish rivalry” Chan answered

“You seem to care a lot about our new member” Hyunjin smirked

“Watch your mouth or you’ll be the one in the infirmary” the older said turning around, his ears turning red.

“Mouth or hands?” Hyunjin called out. The moment those words left his mouth, a knife went flying past his head. The younger was completely unfazed until a scream was heard from down the hallway. “Shit!” the leader cursed as they both ran towards the source of the scream.

“And I was going to put her in the infirmary” Hyunjin laughed looking at Moon who was clutching the side of her neck with blood trickling down. Chan raised his fist and Hyunjin ran away shouting a bunch of sorries. “Is this a subtle way of saying, ‘please kill yourself and make things easier for us’” Moon sarcastically questioned

Chan released a breathy laugh and replied “Sorry, this one’s on me, let me help you with that”.

“Please do bef-” Moon started losing her balance, Chan hurriedly grabbed her waist balancing her “woah there” he said looking down at her weak figure

“Before I pass out” she completed her sentence, standing up straight with Chan’s help.

“The cut isn’t very deep, it doesn’t need stitches, a simple bandage will do” Chan spoke, inspecting her wound

“That’s a relief,” she replied. The room filled with comfortable silence as Chan cleaned her wound and started bandaging it.

“How come you’re not fazed by anything” Chan asked focused on Moon’s neck

“Fazed as in?” Moon questioned

“I don’t know, you joined a gang 6 months ago, you were quite calm for that and after the beginning of training you were normal, you would be covered in bruises but you’d continue about your day as if it's not even there.” he told looking in her eyes, now done with treating her neck

“Everyone has a story” Moon whispered

“What’s yours?” he asked, hand cupping her neck, thumb gently rubbing her cheek

“Not the best one” she answered leaning into his touch

“Why?” he asked after a few seconds

“Why what?”

“Why did you look for him, why, even though he was abusive?”

“I never sa-”

“I saw. The night you left, I followed you out, and I saw everything” he cut her off.

Moon sighed closing her eyes “I don’t know, it’s complicated. I didn’t want to, but at the same time I wanted to, it was all so confusing” she answered opening her eyes, meeting his honey brown ones

“What would you have done if I didn’t let him go? Would your life be peaceful right now” he asked, suddenly feeling weird towards her.

“I don’t know. I guess I wouldn’t have left, I would’ve forced you, even if it got me killed. I didn’t want to look for him but I did, for my mother. “You, you are one of a kind. Who the hell says, they’re peaceful being in a gang” he said getting up, extending his hand out to her. She just shrugged her shoulders, taking his hand and standing up. “At least now I can fight back when someone hits me” Moon says as they both exit the infirmary.

“Stabbing is not allowed. Pinned under, with a knife against the throat, one of us concedes, cut somewhere where a vital organ is, passing out, counts as losing. Since stabbing is not allowed any cuts made will be considered stab wounds, meaning if the cut is big it insinuates that the victim bleeds to death” Chan explained as Moon and him stood in the middle of the gym ready to fight with the rest of the members watching.

Moon threw a punch to Chan’s throat, he successfully dodged it grabbing Moon’s arm and twisting it. She went to kick his leg but he threw her on the ground before her leg could touch his. Chan lunged forward to punch her when she rolled over causing him to hit the ground. Moon quickly got up and locked her arm around his throat, she tightened her hold trying to choke him but he leaned forward flipping Moon over causing her to fall flat on her back. Chan jabbed her with his elbow making her groan, she retaliated by kneeing him in the head, Chan fell back giving her the perfect opportunity to get back on her feet. Moon kicked Chan in the side making him stumble, quickly straddling him, she pulled her dagger to attack, however Chan was quick to react. He twisted her arm making her drop the weapon, successfully flipping them over, Chan now had Moon under him. But before Chan could draw his weapon at her, she headbutted him. Chan grabbed his nose groaning in pain, Moon took this opportunity and pushed him off herself and ran towards her weapon. Chan quickly recovered and grabbed her arm pulling her back, he turned her around and wrapped his hand around her neck choking her, evoking a scream due to the pressure on her wound. She started scratching his arms to get him to loosen his grip but it was useless. She put one feet on his chest while holding his arm, steadying herself, she hauled her other leg over his shoulder and around his neck. While Moon tried to elbow him in the head he grabbed her waist and pulled her back. Moon wrapped her other leg around his head as well making him bow his head, taking advantage of the position she put both her palms on the ground and with much difficulty she managed to flip them both over. Chan landed on his back with his head between her thighs. Moon tightened her hold trying to choke him which proved useless. Chan was both larger and stronger than her, taking advantage of his strength, he squeezed her thigh bruising it, however Moon was unfazed and kept tightening her legs, Chan grabbed her other leg and pulled them apart. Getting up he pulled her towards himself by her leg. Putting his legs on either of her waist he straddled her, he pinned both her wrists above her head and leaned closer to her, “Not so tough now, huh princess”. She’d be lying to herself if she said that the close proximity didn’t make her heart flutter. Looking up at his smug expression she knew he was doing it on purpose knowing how it affected her. Moon reached forward and attached her lips to his catching everyone off guard. Taking advantage of his shocked state, she kneed his back pushing him off. Quickly getting up and grabbing her weapon, “Not so tough now, huh daddy” the words left her mouth before she could stop them.

“Enjoying yourself baby girl?” he asked trying to grab her, but Moon was fast and swung her knife making a huge cut from his shoulder, across his chest to the side of his abdomen. “More than you can imagine” she smirked stepping away from him.

“That’s definitely going to leave a scar” Woojin spoke

“Don’t worry, Moon’s gonna kiss it better” Hyunjin joined in

“I won, now I get a field test as promised” Moon said before anyone else could pass any comments

“Not yet princess, you still have phase 2 to complete” Chan answered

“How long will that take?” she whined

“Depends on how fast you learn to shoot a weapon” Woojin said

“Why are you so eager for a field test anyway?” Bree asked

“Because it’s boring in here, I wanna go out” Moon answered

“Being almost stabbed to death twice is boring?” Anna exclaimed

“I need more spice” Moon shrugged

Chan grabbed her wrist and started dragging her with him. “Where are you taking me?” she asked, trying to get out of his grip. “To make your life more spicy” he simply said before dragging her out of the door.

Reader's pov

I have been living with the Sakamaki brothers for almost two years now. I have gotten to know all of them except for Laito. I am bestfriends with Yui. Me and her have been through almost everything together. It is Saturday, me and Yui are sitting in the garden with Subaru and Ayato looking at the flowers. I was currently drawing some of the roses, up until Yui asked me a question.

"Ummmm......what was it you were saying I wasn't listening." I ask. Yui giggles a little.

"Who do you like?" She asks. I blush a deep red and look away.

"I like Laito." I say quickly.

"What?"She asks.

"I like Laito okay!" I exclaimed and I look up to see sabaru looking behind me. Yui giggles and claps her hands together.

"If you would excuse me, I have to go complete the rest of my homework. " with that I walked back to my room.

~time skip to opening door~

I open up my door and see Laito laying on my bed.

"What are you doing in here Laito? "I ask.

"Well I came to see you little bitch. Do you have a problem with that?" He asks.

"Ummmmm.......yes, I do have a problem with that because I need to get ready. "I said. I forgot to tell Yui about my date with Kou.

"What do you need to get ready for bitch-chan?" He asks and smirks.

"It's none of your business. now get out of my room Laito! "I yell out. He leaves and I get dressed.

Laito's pov

I wonder what bitch-Chan is getting ready for I guess I will find out sooner or later. I really like her. I normally don't feel like this towards a girl but [y/n] is perfect. With her [b/s], [h/l] [h/c], her nice curves and her [bt/s] can make any man want her. I won't let anyone take her from me.

Reader's pov

"Why thank you kind sir!"I exclaim. He bows slightly and smiles.

"When are you going to tell sakamaki your feelings for him?" He asks and pays the bill. We start walking to the park.

"I don't know. He doesn't even seem to like me he is always going after pancake. "I say with slight anger.

"It looks like someone is jealous. "He teases. I glare at him and he looks passed me.

"I'm not jealous. If he wants to be with yui I won't stop him. Oh what I'm I saying he can't have her. Is something wrong Kou? "I ask.

"Laito is coming towards us."He says.

"Are you sure?"I ask and look in the direction he was.

"Yes I'm sure. "He says.

Laito's pov

I was curious as to where [y/n] was going because I heard Reiji talking to someone.

"Hey where is bitch-chan going? "I asked him. He sighed and pushes his glasses up.

"She went on a date."He says. A date? How could she go on a date she is MINE and I will show her she belongs to me.

"Who did she go on a date with? "I ask trying to hide my anger.

"With Kou. Don't do anything stupid. " He says and walks away. I left and followed their scent to the park. I hear [y/n] saying that she didn't want me around yui. I walk closer to them.

"What the hell are you doing here with him?" I ask. She looks at me.

"I was having a date with Kou. Why are you jealous? "She asks and raises a perfectly trimmed eyebrow. Gods she is so sexy.

"You're coming back with me."I say and pick her up. I teleported us to my room.

"Tae Tae!! Give me back my chiiipppsss!~ Yah! You alien stop running!!" I yell at my best friend, running after him to get my bag of chips that he snatched away from me.

"Catch me first shorty!!" He yells back in his playfull voice running down the corridor of the dorm.

Taehyung had been my best friend since we were little kids. We grew up on the streets of Daegu together, played together, studied in the same school, stood up and protected each other throughout our years growing up and had each others backs all the time. Till one day he was chosen to be the trainee of BigHit Ent after following another of our friend to the audition. Honestly i was over the moon when he told me about it, but we both became extremely upset when we knew we couldn't see each other for a long long time when he moved away to continue his training. After a few years he finally debuted in BTS and i finally got to watch him unleash his full talent. We reunited about two years ago when he came home to visit his parents. I had just finished my training as a professional makeup artist. Naturally Tae got me hired as his personal makeup artist and i became close friends with all the members. And now? I usually come over to hang out with Tae and the boys on their off days eventhough im with them all the time on shows and tours. Currently i'm chasing my best friend who had snatched my chips. He runs and hides behind Namjoon who was innocently walking out of his room to get some food for himself.

"Joonie opppaaa~ Tae Tae stole my bag of chiiippss" i whine to Namjoon who laughs and shakes his head at our childish behaviour.

"Come on Tae give it back" Namjoon tells Tae with a smile.

"Ffiiiiinnnneeeee" Tae answers rolling his eyes and i grab the bag of chips,showing him my tongue playfully and walk towards the kitchen again.

"Hahaha~" Namjoon chuckles slightly after i left causing Tae to look at Namjoon with confussion.

"Why are you laughing hyung?"

"It's so sweet that you have a crush on your best friend" he smiles at Tae.

"W-what? M-me? Ppfftt.. ha ha no i-i dont have a crush on my best friend.." Tae answers nervously as his cheeks start to glow a light shade of pink.

"Come on now Taehyungie.. it's rather obvious" he raises and eyebrow.

"Well..... apparently not obvious enough" Taehyung answers lowering his head a little.

"Have you actually told her how you feel about her you know, verbally?"

"I can't~~ everytime i want to open my mouth about my feelings for her i seem to choke at my own words... i.. i dont know what to tell her or how to tell her" he speaks in an upset tone.

"Don't worry Taehyungie.. i have an idea for you" he says with a cheeky smile and leans in to whisper into Taehyung's ears.

His eyes start to light up at the ideas being inputed into him by the the brainy leader. When he finishes Taehyung jumps foward and hugs Namjoon tightly and thanks him repeatedly before running towards the kitchen to join me, Jungkook and Jimin who were playing UNO. He stops at the doorway to compose himself a little and thinks for a minute before stepping in the kitchen.

"UNO UNO UNO UNO!!!" Jungkook yells in victory and does a little celebration, making me and Jimin laugh at him being a kid.

Taehyung comes in and stands beside me putting his arm around my shoulder, smiling at me.

"Shouldn't you be getting home shorty?"

"Oh what time is it?...... it's six already?? Aawww~" i say with a pout and earn a little giggle from Tae.

"Come on shorty you don't have to take the bus today, i'll drive you home"

"Really?~"

"Yup, come on grab your stuff"

"Okayyy~" i say before walking in a fast pace out of the kitchen to the hall to grab my handbag and hoodie, Tae's hoodie to be exact.

"Got all your things?" He asks as he picks up the car keys.

"Yup!" I answer walking towards him.

I bid the rest goodbye and notice Namjoon wink and smile differently at Tae before we left but i didn't think much of it. The car ride was silent as usual until Tae speaks to break the silence.

"So i'll drop you off at home now and i'll come pick you up again at 8.00"

"Huh?" I tilt my head sideways flashing him a confused look.

"I wanna... take you out to eat" he speaks, a little nervous.

"You're taking me out for dinner?"

"Yea.."

"Wow... yea sure! I'll be ready by 8.00" i say excitedly.

"Awesome!" Tae flashes his cute box smile as we pull up to my house.

"See you later Tae Tae!" I say and run to my house to get ready.

**Taehyung P.O.V**

"Hooo okay okay calm down... relax.. you can't keep your feelings anymore.. you have to tell her.. you can do this... you loved her ever since that day she bravely stood and fought the school bullies for you when you were 18.. come on that was 10 years ago.. who has a crush on someone for 10.Years?!!!" I curse myself as i drive back to the dorm to get ready and pick Namjoon up.

"Alright buddy come one you can do this, just say everything you've kept in you for..what? 5 years?" Namjoon hyung asks while we both set everything up.

"10..." i answer shyly.

"10?!! You've kept your feelings for 10 years??!! Taehyuungg"

"I know i know! I'll tell her today no matter what happens okay?" I answer him raising my hands in the air.

We finish setting everything at 7.30 and i drop Namjoon off at the dorm to go pick up Y/N.

**End Of Taehyung P.O.V**

I dress up in some jeans, a blue t-shirt and his huge black hoodie and eagerly wait for him. To be honest, when Tae suddenly said he wanted to take me out, a million fireworks just set of inside of me. I had always loved Tae, especially since that time when we were 18 when he puched my ex in the face for cheating on me. 10 years man, 10.Years.. who even keeps their crush a secret for this long?! Gosh.. i was determined to take this chance tonight and tell him, despite whatever conversation we're gonna have, im going to tell him. My thoughts were soon interrupted when i hear his car pull up at my house. I lock the doors and run out, hopping into his car as he greets me with his addoring box smile. The entire car ride was silent, but not an akward silence.. it was more of a confartable silence. He pulls up at a really deserted place with only street lights lighting up the path.

"Uumm Tae... where r we?" I asks, curious and a little nervous.

"Trust me... come on" he smiles sweetly at me and we both get out from the car.

I scan the area and i notice a single walkway lit with dim street lights and the path covered with red rose petals. My observation is cut short when i suddenly felt Taehyung hold my hand. I look up at him with wide eyes and all he does is smile and wink at me before pulling my hand, leading me down the path. My heart beat raises instantly as i admire the look of Taehyung from behind. His figure iluminated by the dim street lights and the full moon's light. He was dressed in jeans and a t-shirt and was wearing the hoodie i bought him for his birthday last year. He really looked amazingly attractive like that, holding my hand and walking down a deserted path decorated with rose petals. He stops and pull me to his side and my eyes grow wider as my jaw drops slightly at the sight in front of me.

"T-tae.. wow"

A single table drapped with a white table cloth, two chairs on either side, a candle stick in the middle and food served out on the table.

"Come on" he speaks softly leading me to a chair and helping me with my seat before he takes a seat in the opposite chair.

"Dig in" he smiles at me and starts eating.

I was too speechless to even say anything so i quietly eat up the delicious food. We made small talk and giggled about the little things. We brought up our childhood memories when we grew up together.

"Y/N?" Taehyung calls out softly as we both wipe our mouths after eating.

"Yea Tae Tae?"

"I... i need to tell you something.. now before you say anything just.. let me finish okay?" He speaks with his eyebrows raised.

"O-okay"

"Y/N.. remember that time in High School, when those dumb guys were hitting me.. and you came in to fight them and beat the shit out of them? Haha.. well i sorta.. actually.. i fell for you completely that day.. and i've kept my feelings for 10 Years.. i never thought i could fall for someone this hard.. but i guess i was wrong.. i fell for you.. just all of you. Your personality, how you keep me safe, the way you make me laugh, the way you laugh, your eyes and the way they look at me.. just your soul.. you brighten up my life. Y/N.. I love you"

I begin to tear up at his confession and cover my mouth in both shock and extreme happiness.

"T-tae Tae... I... I love you too"

"Y-you.. you do?"

"Of course i do! I've had a crush on you for 10 years too... since that day you punched my ex for cheating on me.." i tell him and look down shyly putting my hair behind my ear.

Tae walks up to me and i stand up from my chair to be level with him. He gives me the widest box smile i've ever seen and holds both my hands in his.

"I promise to love you forever, till the end of time.. till my last breath.." he promises me, squeezing my hand to reassure me.

I promise to love you forever, till the end of time.. till my last breath.." i repeat and we both smile at each other, looking into each other's eyes as if exchanging the position of our hearts and souls right there and then.

We both enjoy each other's company for the rest of the night under the moon light and he stays over at my house to cuddle the whole night. We pour out all the things we've kept for the past 10 years as we fall even deeper in love for each other.

Some in a tone of joy & some in utter horror. There was a pull to your arm & JOONIE had to yank you back, his arm now around your waist, & JIN, YUNKI, & HOSEOK look behind as security increases around you all & usher you to your vehicles. As you & JOONIE are in, the driver takes off & JOONIE checks in on you.

JOONIE : are you hurt? Did they hurt you?

The guys look upon you with worry & anger.

Y/N: No, I’m ok, shaken, not stirred.

No one got your joke, but JIN. It took him a minute but he understood, he smiled & said “she’ll be fine, but we should still take more precautions if & when you bring your girlfriend back out, NAMJUN-AH.”

BTS FF Reads for July...

Greetings Readers!!!

Sorry this is a few days late—I like to post my reviews during the first week of each month—but it’s summer and I’ve been spending time with friends and family...while enjoying the sun and beautiful weather!

So, without further delay...here’s my BTS FanFiction recommended reading list for July!!!

Summertime was made for reading and these are some fantastically amazing stories I’ve had the pleasure to read—and, of course, cheerzzz to all these talented writers...and Thank You for sharing your beautiful works of art with the fandom!

My Review: I’m starting you out with a sugary delight that’s so sweet it’ll give you cavities—so remember to brush after reading, lol! But seriously, this is Yoonmin at their most romantic—full of fluff and feels galore—and it’s sure to bring a smile to your face...so, enjoy!

Summary: Jimin's life is no fairytale. But if it was, it'd go something like this. (Or: the AU in which Jimin is cursed to drop whatever he’s holding every time he sees the person he loves)

My Review: Here’s another Yoonmin gem where Jimin’s lost his creative edge and has a painting project due. Taehyung decides he needs a muse—enter barista Min Yoongi, covered in tattoos. The plot is pure love, the twist is Jimin’s cursed by the gods to drop things around the person he loves because he hates love and the friends to lovers ending is predictably cliché but beautifully done!

“—we’re roommates.”

or: Yoongi has been in the studio too long and Seokjin tries to persuade him to leave. It doesn't go quite according to plan.

My Review: This shorty is pure Yoonjin smut and fun while the simplistic plot only adds to the air of humor and believability—I can actually see this happening...oh yes!

04) Title: Dahlia

Summary: witchchild jeongguk accidentally summons a pair of demons

My Review: I find the summary on this fic a little misleading because it’s actually quite a soulful piece of work. There’s a lot of meat to this one so don’t be surprised by the plot depth and fully developed characters. Make sure you’re heart, mind and soul are open when you read this one because there’s a fuckton of good questions that are sparked by this basic angel-demon theme. I loved this story a lot and those of you who like to read unusual story lines will too!!!

My Review: I love awkward Taekook and this is a really cute college au with an added Yoonmin flare...enjoy!

Summary: Jungkook has been chasing Jimin for centuries.

My Review: This story spans a few hundred centuries following the vampire, Jungkook, as he waits for his soulmate, Jimin, to be continually reborn so they can be together for another human lifetime. There is blood and smut in this story but it’s sensual and not gore—however, if you’re the squeamish sort you might want to refrain from reading this one. For all you vamp-lovers, this is a fabulous story and a great read!

07) Title: Finally

Summary: In which Jimin and Taehyung finally share their first kiss.

My Review: I adore this story—it’s quick but thorough! We follow Jimin’s thought process surrounding his first kiss with Taehyung...which is also his first time kissing a boy. Jimin’s mental dialog is genuine and detailed as he leads the reader through the physical and mental aspects that change his relationship status of his best friend from friend to lover. This is a great little story with a big emotional footprint!

08) Title: Homefront

Summary: There were times Jimin felt a lot and didn't feel at all. Times before he was a dad that he'd rather never forget and times he'd rather never think of again. Times when he was alone and choking on ash and slipping in mud made of blood and exposed dirt. Times before dancing with his daughter to animated guitar music and planning dates to pick flowers in the park.

My Review: I don’t normally read fictions that portray BTS members are parents (not my thing) but this one grabbed my heart. This is a multi-layered piece that surrounds a soldier (Jimin) who’s past and military obligations overlap with his life as a single father. I love the underlying theme of finding love when and where you least expect it...because it reminds the reader there’s always hope!

09) Title: Insanity (in G minor)

Summary: Yoongi is a pianist who runs a music shop in a small town. Jimin is his unlikely studentroommate? the music!au that nobody asked for tbqh heavily inspired by Yoongi's First Love, the piano version of Butterfly, and several Yoonmin fics I've read in the past.

My Review: I have a hard time reading plots about or with child abuse—however, since it was implied, not graphically depicted, I got through it fine. Most of the fiction revolves around how Jimin comes to live with his piano instructor and how their bond forms over a love of music...eventually, they fall into a romantic relationship. This is a very touching Yoonmin story that deserves your attention and will reward you with a happy heart in the end!

My Review: An honest and cringe-worthy account of meeting your partner’s parents and knowing they instantly hate you. I found this story both funny and sad as I suffered through second-hand embarrassment and dreaded the ride home and ensuing fight that had the potential to rip them apart, but doesn’t—with an ending that’s pure Yoongi...at least in my mind.

11) Title: Never Judge a Book by its Cover

Summary: Thanks to Jungkook's idiot best friend, he drowned the books he borrowed from the library. Now, he has to work there to work off his debt. He doesn't really like the job but that one boy that always has his nose buried in his books makes his days much better. Or in which Jungkook meets bookworm Jimin and falls harder than he thought he would.

My Review: This story is fabulous! It has a generous amount of fluff and feels along with a well-structured plot that flows easily, making it a great read—and it doesn’t hurt to that there’s a healthy dose of side Taegi either...can I get an Hell Yeah!

My Review: You all know I’m Yoonmin trash (she said proudly) and this is Yoonmin in epic proportion! This is a must read!!! And, if you’re a stalker (like me) you can go read the comments I made throughout the story however, here’s a section of my last comment...

“Seriously, you did a spectacular job on this story and the research you put into it (behind-the-scenes) shows immensely! I love Yoonmin but in this setting...I don't know, there was just something so beautifully quiet and peaceful about the Yoonmin ship that I haven't found in any of my other reading travels. The characters were so truthful and exactly how I see them in my own mind, including all their pain and insecurities--somehow you managed to keep this same quiet echo through the entire series...which is a feat in and of itself. And Namjoon killed me--every chapter watching his body fade and fail was done with honest and painful simplicity...I cried more for Joonie than I did when Yoonmin separated after their misunderstanding.”

My Review: This is another story that won’t be to everyone’s liking so READ the TAGS! I laughed and blushed my way through this one because Rix’s sex scenes are off the MF hook! I enjoyed reading this one—but again, I love me some bottom Jungkookie so yeah...don’t read this one in church, lmfao!

My Review: This story is another with the theme of domestic abuse—it’s heart-wrenching and bittersweet—with a happy ending but I caution you all to READ the TAGS for triggers! Darling is one of my favorite authors because of the unique perspective, style and voice...so I highly encourage you to read this or any other piece by this fantastic writer!

My Review: This is a long one however, don’t be afraid—it’s written in a texting format so it’s a very fast-paced read. It’s Namjin centric with the other members contributing here and there but the plot spirals into a suspenseful thriller and has a great ending...that’s sure to put a dimple in your smile! ;)

16) Title: Figuring It Out as We Go

Staying up late watching gay music videos with wide-eyes, phone tucked to his chest, probably isn't helping him much, either, but what is he supposed to do when he realizes seeing two men together makes his whole body ache?

**Based off of Jungkook covering Troye Sivan's, "Fools."

"Jimin’s breathing begins to even, and Jungkook watches his chest rise and fall, steady and slow, like how waves wash up on Busan beaches."

My Review: A very sweet coming about Jungkook discovering and accepting that he’s gay and has feelings for Jimin. The feels in this story are deep and intense—it’ll make your heart beat faster, ngl!

My Review: This is an odd little gem that I really love—it’s very poetic and beautiful. I will mention that Taehyung almost drowns and Jungkook saves him so if this is a trigger for you please be careful as drowning is described with great feeling.

18) Title: describe your ideal type here

Summary: he means well. this is what jungkook tells himself when taehyung shoves a sheet of paper in his face at eight in the morning when he’s mechanically shoveling cereal into his mouth at the kitchen table in sort of a dissociative state. TAEHYUNG’S MATCHMAKING SERVICES, it reads at the top in taehyung’s glaring handwriting. jungkook doesn’t even want to read the rest of it. or: taehyung makes a business out of matchmaking. yoongi smiles at jungkook at a coffee shop and it's really a downwards spiral from there on. both jungkook and yoongi probably need new roommates.

My Review: This story is wonderful! Sugakookie done well is always a good time but honestly, I absolutely loved Vmin in this one. The fact that you never know for sure if Vmin is a couple through the entire story is delightful and fun! Definitely read this one!!!

My Review: A college au story with brilliant Namjoon tutoring Hoseok at Seokjin’s request. This story is cute, funny and all-around a good read so add it to your summer reading list!

My Review: God this story is “Chick-flick-central” and so worth your time an effort—Namjoon is precious and Yoongi is his spitfire-self that melts in Joonie’s hands—this is a beautiful love story...so check it out!
