hii ! i was wondering if you could do damien headcanons?

Before I get into headcanons I like to preface this is NOT based on the original Damien done by EP but rather a rewrite I made (also the swan lake emoji combo is so cute)

-He ADORES humans. He thinks they’re so interesting and he wishes to understand them more, not in a weird dissecting kind of way, more of like apif an observation from afar kind of way. He just likes observing people having a good time, laughing and joking. Being purely happy.

-He has a green thumb! Whenever he’s not preaching or exorcising he’s tending to the church garden. He loves being there as a way to unwind. Sometimes he just kinda talks to the statues as if they’d listen, or watches clouds and marvels at how such simple things can bring him so much joy.

-He’s allergic to apples. When he was much younger he could eat them just fine but as he got older he found them hard to swallow. It’s not a deathly allergy, but he breaks out and gets rashes. The opposite is for Cain, Cain wasn’t allergic, but he couldn’t stand them. As he got older they became his favorite fruit.

-Damien is younger than Cain! He’s the baby brother :3

-Damien is the kind of guy who opens a pomegranate gently. The kind who does his best to break the casing around the seeds and make a mess of the juice. For some reason peeling fruit (especially for the purpose of sharing it) feels so intimate to him. Like sometimes he’ll sit on a park bench next to someone, pull out an orange, peel it, and then offer a slice to whoever is sitting next to him. The orange zest that gets underneath his nails or the tedious process of peeling grapes makes him smile. He likes knowing he put some work into soemthing for someone else to enjoy.

-He is TERRIBLE with words. He’s not very poetic so putting his feelings into words is a struggle. Cain is the brother good with words. Damien’s expresses his affection through acts of service. He’s not good at buying gifts either. He always overthinks them and thinks all gifts need to be something grand. He’s seen the disappinted looks on people’s faces after he’s given gifts he thought he put a lot of thought into. He’d rather stick to what he does best.

-He loves going to museums. He just kinda sits there fascinated such marvelous things could be created. He likes reading the plates next to the art that describes how it was made, the meaning behind it. All that. He will admit, abstract kinda confuses him. But that’s why he likes it!

Question, what’s your Oc Matt like with the BtD guys?

Matt would probably have a mix of reactions to the BTD characters, depending on their personalities and how they interact with him. Given his violent tendencies, sadistic nature, and outlaw biker lifestyle, he’d probably get along with some and absolutely despise others. Here’s how I see it playing out!:

Akira Kojima

“Instant beef over music taste”

Akira's cocky and confident personality would either amuse Matt or piss him off. If Akira acted like he was tougher than Matt, Matt wouldn't hesitate to put him in his place. However, their mutual love of violence, blood, and rock music could make them decent drinking buddies. Matt would probably enjoy watching Akira fight but wouldn't trust him too much since Akira seems like the type to betray people when it suits him. They'd have an unspoken rivalry where neither backs down. If Matt got drunk enough, he'd end up at Snake's Pit, If Matt sees Akira on the DJ stand, he'd mock him for being a "fancy little performer" until a fight breaks out. When the time comes when Akira proved himself in a brawl, Matt might respect him-just a little.

Sano Kojima

“Perfect at doing the job right, a little too much.”

Matt would find Sano unnerving despite him being his doctor. The dude kidnaps, drugs, and experiments on people-things that would make Matt deeply uncomfortable despite his own violent tendencies. He hates feeling like someone else is in control, and Sano's medical knowledge would be handy since Matthew gets shot, stabbed and hurt often. If Matt needed medical help after a brutal fight, he'd reluctantly let Sano patch him up-but only while holding a knife to his throat. Matthew thinks Sano is somewhat a little annoying when he asks Matt about his drug addiction and drinking habit quote on quote saying “it’s bad for you”

Cain Zeitgeist

"He ain't no god. Just another piece of shit I need to kill."

Cain's sadistic, chaotic, bored nature might intrigue Matt at first, but Matt hates feeling like someone is playing mind games with him. Cain's near-immortality and powers would piss Matt off because he wouldn't be able to fight him like a normal man. Matt doesn't like people who get by on magic or manipulation alone-he respects raw strength and combat ability. He might tolerate Cain in small doses, If he looked down on Matt like some lesser being, Matt would lose his fucking mind trying to wipe that smirk off his face. Never ever trust Cain's mind games. Try (and Fail) to kill him. Even knowing Cain is immortal, Matt would still try to kill him just for the principle of it.

Damien Morningstar

“Annoying, But Not the Worst”

Matt would initially dislike Damien just on principle-he's half-angel, which means supernatural nonsense is involved. However, once Matt realized that Damien hates fallen angels (especially Cain), he'd be a little more open to tolerating him. Damien being a priest/ part-angel would probably make Matt wary at first. However, Damien's rebellious streak and their both dislike of Cain would be something Matt could relate to. If Damien didn't try to preach or interfere with Matt's lifestyle, they might get along on a surface level. Damien's fascination with dark magic could also interest Matt. Matt would probably mock Damien for dressing like a priest. Since Damien is more friendly (for a fallen angel), Matt already has enough demons from his past, he doesn't need some angel-priest dude playing with the dead.

Vincent metzger

“Hot piece of mess who knows how to fight”

Since both are violent, rough, and bikers, they'd either butt heads constantly or develop a weird somewhat friendship to sex with mutual respect. They'd probably end up sparring or having brutal bar fights that turn into shared drinks afterward. Vincent's Werewolf Side? Matt doesn't believe in supernatural crap, so he'd probably think Vincent's "curse" is just some messed-up PTSD or drug-induced psychosis. But if he actually saw Vincent turn into a werewolf, he'd be pissed at himself for not bringing silver bullets. Their Mutual Love for Violence and they could go out on violent rampages together. Definitely compete in drinking, fighting, and body count like it's a sport. Would run illegal activities together, but Vincent's amnesia would annoy Matt.

Farz Murphy

“Angry, short ass Chihuahua that needs anger management”

Would NOT get along at all, despite being Vincent’s boyfriend they both hate each other with a passion. Farz is like a short, angry little Chihuahua to Matthew who has bigger balls to fight with the big dogs, but also has some mad respect for Farz for being that tough despite his height. Matt would also tease and try to piss farz off purposefully just to see him yap in anger about to “shut the fuck up about my height! You want to say that again to my face??”

Lawrence Oleander

“A man who needs a special kind of therapy and a gas ration grilled cheese sandwich.”

Matt would somewhat neutrally dislike Lawrence. The man is quiet, unsettling, and into necrophilia, which would immediately disgust Matt. He wouldn't trust Lawrence at first and would probably be suspicious of him from the start. If lawrence did open up and talk about the river, Matt would tell him he's seen it too.(Matthews like at lest seen the reaper almost 3-4 times in his life) Lawrence's antisocial behavior and preference for isolation would also rub Matt the wrong way-Matt prefers people who are straightforward and aggressive, not eerie and detached. He wouldn't start anything with Lawrence unless given a reason, but he'd never let his guard down around him. He'd also probably make fun of Lawrence's soft-spoken nature and ASMR rain forest music. But still wouldn't mean that he wouldn’t be friends with the quiet man.

Strade

“Bloodthirsty German Rival with a love for all sorts of tools”

Ah yes, the sexual sadist German man.. don't get me started.. Would 100% try to kill each other. Both are brutal sadists who enjoy violence. Their fighting styles are different-Strade is calculated; Matt is raw aggression. If they ever crossed paths, it would be an all-out bloodbath. You're probably asking "But Would They Respect Each Other??" Maybe, if neither of them died first. Could possibly work together on a job, but only if Matt had a guarantee that Strade wouldn't stab him in the back (which he would most definitely do..). The difference is that Matt's violence is rooted in gang life, while Strade's is purely for pleasure. Matt would see Strade as an unhinged tool freak with no real purpose beyond his own amusement. That said... Matt also loves a good fight, and Strade would definitely give him one!

Ren Hana

“Annoying pretty boy who need therapy”

Ren would absolutely get under Matt's skin. The smug, teasing attitude? The way he loves pushing people's buttons? Matt would despise it. Despite Ren being a shy fox demon, they'd get along slightly.. enough to tolerate each other, Matt would somewhat have a hateful spite against Strade after what he did to Ren, but knowing that the abused become the abuser? It gives him some sympathy and understanding for Ren (but he won't tell you that). Could maybe work together for the right price since Ren is all about manipulation and control just like Strade, matt might consider it.. But he'd never fully trust Ren. If Ren ever really pushed him.. Yeah, Matt might just fuck him into silence.

Lucien Rire

"Absolutely the Fuck NOT"

Matt would take one look at Rire and immediately know he's bad news. A demon king with near-omnipotent power? Yeah, no thanks. Matt isn't stupid-he knows when he's outmatched, and Rire is way beyond anything he can handle. That doesn't mean Matt wouldn't try to kill him, though. He'd absolutely want to. But deep down, he'd know it's pointless. Rire, on the other hand, would probably find Matt hilarious. A violent, stubborn human who refuses to bow? Rire would love messing with him. Matt would hate every second of it but would have no real way to stop it. He'd avoid Rire at all costs-fighting Strade or Cain is one thing, but Rire is a whole different level of fuck no.

Ashe

“My uber ride home”

They’re on mutual respect, Ashe has seen him a few times, Ashe knows it’s not his time yet, he’s supposed to be alive for a reason and if he WAS supposed to die, hell is where he’d likely be. “You’re a Reaper? You look like you should be playin’ bass for some shitty garage band.” Matt wouldn’t be intimidated by Ashe—he’d be annoyed. When Matt died, he saw the River and came back, which means he already knows that something’s wrong with death, and now he’s face-to-face with the guy who’s supposed to be watching it? And that guy turns out to be some lazy, unmotivated slacker? Ashe doesn’t like violence, which means Matt sees him But at the same time, Ashe’s apathy might weird Matt out. If Ashe just takes Matt’s aggression without reacting, that would confuse him. Matt is used to people fighting back, and if Ashe doesn’t? Matt might just write him off as a pathetic waste of space. as useless. In Matt’s world, if you don’t fight for what’s yours, you lose. Seeing a supposed Reaper just… half-assing his job would piss him off. Matt might even test Ashe’s patience just to see if he can actually do anything. Maybe he gets up in his face, maybe he throws a knife at him to see if he really can turn into smoke—just to prove that Ashe isn’t worth being afraid of.

Samael Volkov

“Cold man with a stick up his ass”

Now this is a different story. Samael is not like Ashe. Samael is efficient, cold, and intolerant of chaos. Matt, on the other hand, is chaos. So from the moment they meet, it’s immediate tension. Matt has already cheated death three times. That shouldn’t be possible. Samael would see that as a massive problem, and Matt would see Samael as some stuck-up, holier-than-thou asshole trying to control something he doesn’t understand. Matt doesn’t respect authority, especially not supernatural authority. But unlike Ashe, Samael isn’t useless. He’s terrifyingly competent. If Samael decided that Matt was a problem that needed to be dealt with? Matt would be in real danger. Would Matt fight Samael? Maybe. But it wouldn’t be some wild bar brawl—it would be Matt pushing every single button just to see how much Samael actually cares about order. Because for all his bravado, Matt hates being powerless. Samael would probably hate Matt just as much—he’s the exact kind of reckless, chaotic soul that disrupts the order of things.
