Neil on his RP (Received Pronunciation) accent! The Brummie accent has been voted as "the worst accent in the uk", and Neil has previously stated he ditched it "at about the age of 7" which is hilarious to me considering his twin has kept it!

Leon Edwards' interviews are pretty boring. I don't know if it's him or his accent.
But I can't listen to him.

i think it would have been hilarious if tom blyth had kept his accent for the movie. just make snow a brummie. it would have been even better if he had played it up too. lucy gray sings and he goes "fuckin' bottler that is, bostin!"

there's so many npc's with cockney accents in wuwa. if i don't get at least one playable character with some kind of british accent istg-
imagine the voice lines!
cockney:
*gets hit*
"gor' bennett, you ain't pulling any punches, are ya?"
"you want some? a'right i'll give it ya"
"you cow!"
"ugh! cheeky bugga..."
*idle voice line*
"you're looking for intel? hmm, i see... tell you what, meet me by the apples 'n' pears tonight, we can talk more there..."
"phew, i'm shattered, we've got so much work done thanks to you. how about a cheeky pint as a reward? my treat."
mle london slang:
*gets hit*
"kss... its minor, minor."
"you're moving MAD"
"allow it"
"don't piss me off"
*idle voice line*
"broski, what you sayinggg? long time no see"
"you tryna go to go the spring festival? say less, i'll call my guys at city hall and they can hook us up with some free tickets."

Bro what the FUCK does Brummie mean? You’re my English expert
A Brummie is someone from Birmingham, UK! So if London has Londoners and Manchester has Mancunians, Birmingham has Brummies (and most notably a Brummie accent, which is a Birmingham accent)

Soooooo....they are saying Richard III may have had a Yorkshire accent? 😆
Would be too hilarious to hear him say things like "Ay up m'duck!"

I see a lot of posts about Neil having an English accent, and that's cool, but like. I don't think y'all are appreciating the true potential of this concept. Because like, which English accent? There are so many that have the potential to be hilarious. Imagine if Neil Josten sounded like he was from Birmingham. Or Somerset. Or if he sounded like Plumbella.

decided to try an episode of the moriarty the patriot dub and it's not bad (i may or may not have done a little swoon when i heard william talk)
however, i feel like they could have done a lot more with diversifying the accents for the other characters. at the very least, Sherlock is canonically supposed to have a cockney accent, and they didn't even try. he sounds more posh than William, and his reads don't have enough smugness to them
