Yesterday’s bake and a special request for the birthday of Tait, one of the first friends I made when I moved to Minnesota (can you believe it’s been 13+ years since we met?). He’s 20 days older than me, and we’re both turning...another year older 😉. A Carrot Bundt with orange soaked raisins and sultanas, pecans, and topped with cream cheese frosting. My piping game is still not great (and my kitchen was hot hot hot last night), but pretty pleased with the outcome. Used a recipe from @brucrewlife with a few adjustments inspired by the amazing carrot cake recipe from @john_whaite.
