Response: I have been a horror fan for most of my life, and I think this is a great anthology for horror comic lovers. Like the title suggests, the stories center around black culture and relate to the struggles they face. While I did not fully understand all of the stories (which is absolutely okay; not everything is meant for me), I think they were all executed quite well. Each story had a different art style, and I enjoyed seeing how the shift affected my perceptions of the story. Overall, I think my favorite story out of the anthology was Lady of Rage. It was so haunting, but I still read over it several times because I thought it was so well done.
