Ok so random post but I wanted to share. So my hometown does this thing where local businesses and organizations can decorate a hay bale in the downtown for fall, and I had to share:

that fan art of jounouchi getting a good card pull is making me think of kaiba desperately wanting to a certain card but he can’t pull it randomly no matter how many card packs he buys so he just hires jounouchi (gives him pizza) to open the packs until he gets the card. he gets it on the first try

Lol yes, they can do this at the Turtle Game Shop and Kaiba has bought like a dozen boxes of booster packs for Jounouchi to open for him. Yugi's in the background not trying to be too overtly nosy. Jounouchi cracks his knuckles and stretches before he starts, while Kaiba rolls his eyes and tells him to hurry up cuz he doesn't have all day. Kaiba's probably half working on stuff on either his smartphone or laptop because he's resigned to this taking time. Jounouchi's not bothered by his attitude, though. He kisses the first booster pack he fishes out of the box and claims it for luck, while Kaiba wrinkles his nose in disdain. Jounouchi carefully pulls the plastic open and then tells Kaiba to blow into it like he's doing a magic trick. Kaiba does with only minimal grumbling, just so Jounouchi will get to work already. Jounouchi pulls the cards out of the pack and starts laying them down on the counter one by one. Halfway through, he exclaims, "Oooo shiny. This is the one, right?" Kaiba wants to snap at Jounouchi to stop joking around. Then he looks, and yeah, it's the card he's been trying to pull for days. Jounouchi is beaming with pride. Kaiba's not sure if he wants to kiss or punch the lucky idiot. In the background, Yugi cheekily interjects that there's no refunds.
