Wenn Bäckereien nicht wollen, dass ich "das da mit den Körnern ne das daneben ja genau" bestelle, sollen sie ihre Brötchen halt nicht Kerniger Roggen-Bursche oder so nennen.

Thank you for the brotposting, the other day I saw one of your merkel posts (the one from a comic strip) and I'm so happy I understood it. Still, I feel the need to complain to a somebody about the amount of words having colliding meanings and the language having parkour-like sentence structure. It's fascinating.
I strive to deliver the toils and troubles of Deutsch als Fremdsprache with my Brotposting, indeed. I´m glad that you appreciated the comic strip (I´m not sure how prevalent the Asterix comics are in other countries, but they´re certainly very popular in Germany), you can be sure that every German you meet has a couple of Asterix quotes in store. I bet they could come in handy for language learners as well! Ich kann die jedenfalls nur empfehlen ;)

Today I found out I'm older than Bernd???
(I love the picture on his Wikipedia page, I think it captures his ongoing existential crisis very well)

WHO is leaving their Gnärzla in the self-service bread cutting machine at Lidl? Smh my head. You people don't deserve bread if you can't honour the Gnärzla. This should be illegal. You're paying for the whole bread, take the whole bread with you.
