I missed it by a few days but happy 1-Year anniversary to XPlusGame’s BatBoy! Moonstar is a secret boss in the game. Still can’t believe it!

I do not have enough self-discipline to be a game developer, so having my characters cameo in one is probably the closest I’ll ever get!

I was going through my sketchbooks and found the thumbs for the Moonstar fight in the brothers boom comic. I realized that I can share these now.

Thanks to my day job, I storyboard stuff for the comic beforehand. The hard part is making them fit onto a comic page. I do it this way to help it flow a bit better, but the catch is that sometimes I don’t take advantage of the stuff you can only do with comics. Such as splash pages, reveals, etc. It gets better as it goes along, but if you noticed that there were lots of panels early on in the comic, this is why.
