Hey bae!
Can you do a Carl x reader who has the biggest obsession with cats (like me) and finds out that the cat bit/scratched carl and y/n is like "well you prob made my baby mad" and carl is confusion like "wth???" and later y/n founds carl and her cat cuddling, sleeping, very aborable.💓
How to save a cat part VI
Finally, things come to an end... Y/N and Garfield got a new home. Everyone is 18 or over.
WARNINGS: smut, nsfw, violence, domestic violence, angst
You knocked on the door of the broom closet, your hand anxiously clutching the cup that was warm from your urine. A superstitious, infantile part of you hoped for the impossible, for the miracle - for the pregnancy test to be negative.
Your father snatched the cup from you so that the contents sloshed out, and slammed the door again. With your heart pounding in panic, you huddled in the corner next to the mop; you would have preferred to make yourself invisible. It was cold in the broom closet, you were wearing only your pajamas and slippers, and you were freezing.
Not ten minutes later, the broom closet door opened again, and your father's shadow loomed high above you, eerily distorted, like that of a monster. Not that there was that much difference. "Come out of there," your father hissed, grabbing you and dragging you to your feet, then pushing you out into the hallway, punching you roughly in the back. He shoved you in front of him into the kitchen, where the pregnancy test sat on the table like a death sentence. Your father gave you a shove, sending you stumbling toward the table. The test showed two bold strokes - positive. Of course it was. Your mouth was all dry, and it wasn't because you were thirsty. Your mom was squatting on a chair, her eyes all red.
You backed away until your spine was against the wall. You were nauseous with fear; your father's anger was boundless, the twitching muscle beside his left eye telling. "So you let that son of a primitive policeman impregnate you," he said coldly. "I told you there would be consequences if you didn't stay away from Carl Grimes. Everything in life has consequences." You pressed against the wall in fear. "You will not have this baby, it will be aborted, and afterwards you will never leave the house alone again," your father now said in a conversational tone.
"I don't want an abortion." You were surprised to hear your own voice. "Carl and I love each other, and we want this baby, and we want to live together."
"Please what?" your father asked, stunned, and already he was slapping you so hard your head flung to the side.
"Leave Y/N alone, Robert!" your mom Jenny spoke up unexpectedly. "She's pregnant!" Her hands clenched around the edge of the table.
"Just shut up," your father growled at her. "It's all your fault anyway, Jenny! If you'd raised Y/N right, she never would have hooked up with Carl!" he yelled at her, then grabbed his wife by the arm, yanked her off the chair, and hurled her viciously across the kitchen. Your mom slammed into the dishwasher and fell to the floor, dazed.
"Stop it! Stop hitting Mom!" you scream at him, shrieking.
His head jerked around. "Oh, that's right, it's all about you, you little whore!" You tried to run away, but he held you down and started beating you like crazy until you were on the floor. You rolled up to protect yourself from his blows and kicks, but it was no use; the punches hammered down on you. You tasted blood. In the background, your mom was screaming, trying to pull your dad away from you, but she was unsuccessful; he just pushed her aside and kept on beating.
"I hate you," you moaned, "I hate you immensely. I wish you were dead and not Brooke," you spat back at him.
He then dragged you up from the floor, dragged you to the back door, opened it, and just threw you out, into the cold autumn weather where a storm was raging. You remained lying at the foot of the stairs, every bone of your battered body aching. "You are no longer my daughter," your father roared. "See where you stay with your brat!" He disappeared. It took only a few minutes, you had not yet processed what had happened, when he opened the door again and threw the animal transport box with Garfield out of the house. The cat meowed indignantly and snarled.
Sobbing, you struggled to your feet, took the box and slowly moved away from the house. The freezing rain soaked your pajamas, and your bare feet immediately went numb from the cold.
Rick's house was on the other side of Alexandria, and by the time you got there, you were at the end of your strength. You fell down on the porch and stayed there shivering and scratching at the door. It was Michonne who opened, discovered you, and cried out in horror. Then Rick was there, too, and Carl. Rick carefully picked you up and carried you into the house; Carl took the box with Garfield in it. They bedded you down on the couch in the living room; Michonne got a blanket and bandages. Carl held your hand the whole time, while you told what had happened, crying. "You're pregnant?" asked Rick, aghast, looking back and forth between you and Carl.
Carl nodded, blushing. "We...we wanted to escape," he confessed haltingly. "And seek shelter somewhere else, to be together there, with our child. We were planning to go to Hilltop, or Oceanside, or Sanctuary. Anything is better than here with Y/N's father. At least Negan would have taken us in for sure."
"Why didn't you tell me, Carl?" asked Rick, concerned.
"I didn't want to get you involved," Carl muttered. "I was afraid of Robert Andrews. That thing with my stomach, that...was him too, that wasn't a walker, I lied." He looked fearfully at the floor. "He beat me up, and he said I do not deserve to live. I was afraid he would take revenge on you if you helped us."
Rick's lips turned white with anger. Not only had the governor mistreated Y/N and thrown her out of the house, even though she was expecting a child, no, he had also seriously injured Carl and scared him so badly that Carl had wanted to seek help elsewhere rather than from his own father. He stood up with a sudden jerk.
Michonne seemed to suspect what he was up to. "You need to go get Denise right away, Rick," she admonished, "Y/N needs a doctor." She dabbed blood from your injured lip.
"First I'll wake Denise, then I'll go to Robert," Rick announced in anger, clenching his fists.
"My mom in still in the house," you said worriedly. "He hit her, too. I don't know what's up with her." Garfield grew restless in his box and meowed.
"You're safe here," Carl assured you, "Y/N can stay with us, right?" He squeezed your hand reassuringly. "She can't go back there, and we want to keep the baby."
Michonne and Rick exchanged a look. "Of course," Rick said before leaving.
                                                 ***
Rick rang Denise from sleep, then immediately made his way to the governor's house. Once there, he vibrated with anger. Briefly, he stopped in front of the house. The windows were brightly lit, unlike the neighborhood where everything was dark. Rick trudged up the steps to the front door and pounded on the door.
The governor yanked the door open. "I told you, I don't have a daughter anymore, so..." That's as far as he got, Rick's fist landed right in his face. His nose cracked, blood gushed out, and he cried out. Rick dragged him out of the house, twisted his arm, and threw him over the banister into the garden bed. Before your father could get up again, Rick was on top of him, beating him half to death. Robert Andrews didn't stand a chance against Rick's fury; anyway, he wasn't a particularly strong man, he could only go after weaker people. "Your time as governor of this community is over!" shouted Rick. Lights were turned on in the surrounding houses. "What you did to Carl is unforgivable, and then you hit your daughter, a pregnant girl! You're a miserable piece of shit, and everyone's going to know it, and you're going to spend the rest of your life in a jail cell, I swear to you!" He didn't let go of Robert Andrews until he was unconscious and covered in blood and not moving, then he entered the house and looked around searchingly. He found your mother, Jenny, lying at the foot of the basement stairs with a broken leg and severely injured, and carried her up to the first floor, where he laid her on the sofa. "I will send Siddiq to you," he promised. "And your husband will be imprisoned."
                                                           ***
Everything happened as Rick had predicted: as soon as Robert Andrews could leave the infirmary, he went to jail, and the position of governor was taken away from him. In his place, Rick and Carol were elected as equal governors. Your mom, who was openly resented in Alexandria for not fighting back and advocating for her daughters for years, decided to move to Oceanside, and your parting was frosty. Maybe someday you would be able to forgive her for her cowardice-Jenny herself had been intimidated and abused by your father-but right now you weren't able to; the fact that she had tolerated everything for so long and had taken refuge in alcohol and pills ran too deep.
Your pregnancy progressed and gradually became visible, and Carl was delighted and couldn't stop touching and caressing your belly. Carl and you had been given one of the larger bedrooms, which had a double bed, and Carl's old room was being made up as a baby's room.
You hadn't been intimate since moving in with Rick because your injuries had needed to heal and you hadn't felt like it; plus, nausea was bothering you daily. However, you spent a lot of time cuddling in bed, watching movies and playing video games. The weather was bad anyway; it had been raining almost constantly for weeks and everything was sinking into the mud.
Carl and the cat Garfield had not yet become accustomed to each other and looked at each other suspiciously. Garfield loved to lie on your bed. One day Carl indignantly showed you four bloody, parallel scratches on his hand. "That was Garfield," he complained. "He just doesn't like me."
Incensed, you put down your coffee cup. "I'm sure you've been annoying him," you accused Carl.
"No!" he defended himself. "Garfield was laying on my bathrobe. I was just trying to push him away, and he clawed at me!"
"If the cat is laying anywhere, you have to leave him alone," you instructed Carl indignantly, whereupon he pouted and disappeared.
A few days later, you went with Michonne to the storage to get food. When you returned, you found Carl fast asleep on your bed, curled up on his side. In the curve of his belly rested Garfield, Carl had buried his fingers in the cat's fur. As you approached, the cat blinked sleepily at you, whereas Carl did not wake up. "Looks like you and Garfield have finally made friends," you noted with a grin over dinner.
"Well, we had no choice," Carl grumbled, feeding Garfield a piece of cheese.
That evening, when the two of you went to bed, you were already in bed watching Carl undress. He threw his flannel and shirt on the floor, took off the bandage, yawned, got out of his jeans and looked around searching for the shirt he slept in. His lean muscles flexed under his pale skin; in the light of the bedside lamp, Carl's body looked chiseled. He spotted the shirt on the armchair and reached for it. "Don't," you said in a soft voice. "Come here." You grabbed Carl's hands and pulled him down to you to kiss him, then playfully let your fingers slide over his flanks and stomach.
"Are you sure?" Carl regarded you uncertainly; his gaze wandered to your belly, at once hesitant and desirous. You could see he was already aroused, poor Carl, it had just been too long - though you suspected he jerked off regularly in the shower.
"Yes," you purred, "I want you inside me, Carl." You reached for his boxers and slipped them off, his dick sprang free, the slightly reddish tip leaking drops of precum. "Someone's in a rush," you chuckled. "It's weird doing it here, with your parents next door," you remarked.
Carl waved it off. "It's not like they don't know we're having sex," he said dismissively. He climbed into bed with you and kissed you fiercely, pressing against you longingly. "Do you need foreplay today, doll?" he whispered. "Because I don't think I can wait long." He moaned softly as you stroked his shaft, sliding his hand between your legs to find you wet. "Perfect," he murmured, spreading your thighs and laying on top of you, propping himself up on his elbows as he slowly slid into you. You had to get used to him again, to his size stretching you out, but then it was wonderful when Carl started moving gently inside you.
"Oh God, Carl," you whimpered as your arousal continued to rise. His breath brushed hotly over your skin, and his back became slick with sweat as you made love so vigorously that the headboard of the bed scraped loudly against the wall. Then suddenly there was a "plop." You turned your head - and looked into two amber big eyes scrutinizing you punishingly. "Garfield! Ssccchhsccchh!" you shooed away the red cat, who had sat down cheekily next to your pillow. The cat hopped onto the floor, from where he continued to watch you in fascination.
Carl paused irritated in his actions. You felt his cock soften.
"This...I can't do it like this," he stammered. "Not with him watching us."
With an unwilling sound, you stood up, picked up the cat, and set him outside the room before returning to Carl. He had rolled over onto his back and was winking at you, rubbing his dick, which was already stiff again. "Ride me," he demanded in a raspy voice. His eye was half closed.
Tantalizingly slowly, you sat on top of him and let him watch as you let his cock slip into your pussy. Carl arched up under you and moaned, his cheeks all red, his mouth half open. You loved to see him like this, completely lost in his pleasure. You lazily moved your hips until Carl begged you. "Please, faster," he begged. "I'm so close." He curled his long fingers into your butt and began moaning loudly as the orgasm washed over him, pumping hot spurts of cum into you. You bent over and buried your face in Carl's brown hair as you also cum and yelled out. Carl hugged you tightly as both of your arousal slowly subsided. "I love you, princess," he whispered happily.
"I love you too, Carl." You kissed him on the lips and lay down next to him, snuggling close.
                                                           ***
Five months later, you gave birth to a baby girl. You named your daughter Ruby Lorraine - Lorraine after Carl's mother, Lori. All of Alexandria was delighted with the dark-haired, cute baby when you took her for walks.
Your father now had to do janitorial work and sweep the streets, and you and Carl carefully avoided meeting with him.
At some point, he had gotten it into his head that he wanted to see his granddaughter, and showed up at your house. "You have forfeited any right to have contact with your daughter or granddaughter," Rick informed him coldly. "And if you come within ten yards of Ruby, I will kill you."
You were fine with that - you hadn't had a father in a long time, in fact you had never had one.

"I hate you." "You have a weird way of showing that." - Rachel Gatina Prompt Response
Tumblr media
Summary: Rachel, who has never spoken to you before, approaches you to ask for a favor. Despite what Bevin said, Rachel decides that she has to gauge this whole "being into girls" thing properly. And she's picked you to help her with that. ...Lucky you.
Pairing: Rachel Gatina x Female!Reader
A/N: Prompt from @creativepromptsforwriting (#941). I started quite a few scenarios for Rachel's response to this prompt but none of them felt right until this scenario popped into my head. I tried to keep this as 2000's as possible. Hope this is okay.
Both characters are over eighteen.
This is meant to take place right after the Bevin and Rachel bathroom scene in 4x13.
Unbeta'd so all mistakes are mine.
Tumblr media
Warnings: mention of implied sex; internalized homophobia (I hope that's the correct term)
Word Count: 3757
Taglist: @avada-kedavra-bitch-187; @rieleatiel
Rachel Taglist: @nancymcl
You can also read on AO3

Tumblr media
You were just getting your books out of your locker when someone suddenly appeared next to you. You glanced over to see a familiar redhead smirking at you. You rolled your eyes and went back to your locker. “What do you want?”
Rachel Gatina had been the new girl at Tree Hill High who was giving Brooke Davis a run for her money and her non-exclusive boyfriend. Now, she was besties with Brooke and constantly toggling between mean girl and party girl. Either way, she had never been very nice to you or anyone else (except Mouth) who wasn’t in the “cool cliques”.
“Can’t one senior come over to say hello to her fellow senior?”
“When said senior has never spoken a word to this fellow senior? Then no.” You slammed your locker shut and moved past her to head to class.
“I’m speaking to you now.” She was keeping pace with you, great.
“Oh, well then let me put my entire day on hold since Queen Rachel is speaking to me.” You turned a glare on her.
“Not queen, just…maybe a little royalty.”
You rolled your eyes again and kept moving. You were going to be late for AP Lit and you did not want to be late for that class. Mr. Barton had a rule that he enforced with an iron fist: one minute late, no class for you. He would lock the door and not unlock it again until the class was over.
“As it so happens, I need a favor.” She was still following you.
“Oh, imagine that. A favor.” You still didn’t stop.
“Oh, come on. For someone I’ve never spoken a word to before, you’re being awfully harsh, don’t you think?” She wasn’t wrong. The truth was that she intimidated you a little bit. And that was your go to when it came to intimidation: pushback and biting sarcasm.
“I’m late for class,” you threw at her. “And if I don’t hurry, I’ll be—”
She grabbed your hand and yanked you off to the side, right into the girls’ bathroom.
“What the— Rachel, what are you doing? I’m about to be locked out of class.” You hurried towards the door but she blocked you. “Rachel,” you growled. “The bell is about to—”
The bell rang before you could finish your sentence. You had now officially been marked absent from Mr. Barton’s class and you were locked out. Great. You were screwed.
“So you miss one class, big deal. It’s not like you’re flunking.”
You crossed your arms and sighed. “How would you know that?”
“I asked around. I make it my business to know. Now, about that favor.”
“That you made me miss one of my most important classes for.”
She laid a hand on your shoulder. “Don’t worry. Just tell Barton you had a girl emergency. He’ll offer you a make-up paper before you can get out the word ‘tampon’. Besides, it’s not like you’ll be lying to him exactly. This is a girl emergency.” She smiled, placing her hand on her hip.
You walked over to the gross looking tampon dispensing machine and gestured to it. “If you needed one, it’s right here. Are you out of quarters?”
She smirked and flicked her hair back. “I like you. It’s a shame we didn’t talk before this. I get the feeling we could have been friends.”
“A cheerleader hanging out with a loner? Yes, I can definitely see that.”
“You call yourself a loner?” She laughed. “You’re far from it from what I’ve heard.”
You narrowed your eyes at her. “And your emergency is?”
She pressed her lips together and sat on one of the sinks, swinging her legs back and forth as she settled. “I’m not sure how to ask this without sounding…you know, gay, so I’m just going to ask.”
Your heart started to pound at the word ‘gay’. Oh no.
“Will you kiss me?”
Your eyes widened and your heart stopped altogether. Was she for real?
She gave you an encouraging smile. “It’s just to see if something Bevin said is true or not.”
“Bevin?”
“Yeah. We had class together last period and we had to do this stupid assignment together. She said this thing and now I can’t get it out of my head.”
“So let me see if I’ve got this right. Bevin said something to you in class during an assignment you both were working on together and that had you finding me, who you’ve never spoken to before, to push me into the bathroom with you to ask me to kiss you but not wanting it to sound gay. To see if what Bevin said is true or not.”
Rachel shrugged. “More or less. Yeah.”
“Right.” You immediately began opening stall doors, seeing no one was in here thankfully. You then began checking underneath the sinks, the bathroom mirrors, anywhere a recording device of some kind could be installed.
“What are you doing?” She asked when you quickly looked under her sink. “I said a kiss not…that.”
“Wouldn’t you be so lucky,” you snapped. “I’m looking for recording devices of some kind. Someone hidden in here who’s going to jump out and let me know I’m on Punk’d or Candid Camera or something. Maybe you’ve got a couple of the cheerleaders hiding somewhere with a camera to take a picture. Maybe Brooke and a couple of jocks are just waiting outside the door to laugh and spread rumors.”
Rachel crossed her arms. “You are way too paranoid, you know that?”
You shrugged. “Can’t be too safe, especially when it comes to high school. Especially this high school.”
“I’ll have you know that most guys would be dying for the chance if I gave it to them. if I asked them to kiss me, they would already be over here, all over me.”
“I’m not a guy in case you haven’t noticed.”
“Of course I noticed, that’s why I asked.”
“So, you’re just looking for any girl to kiss you. Is that it?” Lucky you.
“Not just any girl. You.”
“Why me?”
“I’ve heard the rumors.”
You tensed up. “What rumors?”
She leaned forward. “You know. And I know you’re into me, even if you won’t admit it.”
She was right; you weren’t going to admit it. “Right, right. Question, how did you fit through the door just now with that massive ego of yours?”
“That’s not the only thing of mine that’s massive.” As if to illustrate her point, she leaned forward a little more until you could see straight down her cleavage. Well, she certainly wasn’t lying.
“Alright, first off, those rumors aren’t true. Secondly, let’s say I do this for you. What do I get in return?”
“This is a favor, not a deal,” she scoffed.
“How long would this have to be for?”
She shot you a look and sat up. “Wow, talk about giving a girl a complex. Is the idea of kissing me really that horrible for you?”
“I didn’t say that. I’m merely trying to determine what I’m going to be asking in trade.”
“Now, it’s a trade.” She huffed a laugh in disbelief. A moment later, she glanced over at you. “Five seconds. No more, no less.”
“Okay then, what I want in return is this: you never tell anyone about this.”
“That’s what you want in return?”
“Yep. I want your word that you won’t whisper a word of this to anyone. When you go away to college and you’re experimenting or whatever, sure you can mention that one kiss in the girls’ bathroom one time, but not here in Tree Hill. Never here in Tree Hill. Or to anyone from here and that includes Brooke. Deal?”
She gave you a nod. “Deal.”
“Alright.” Now you were feeling nervous and self-conscious. “So do I, uh, just come over there or do you come over here or do we meet in the middle or—”
“Just come over here,” she ordered, impatience coloring her tone.
“Okay,” you muttered, moving over to her.
Rachel studied you and you began to feel like an exhibit in a museum or something. “So, we doing this or—”
“Shut up.” She cupped your face and leaned in, pressing her lips to yours.
You were sort of having a little meltdown in your brain right then. Rachel Gatina was kissing you. The beautiful, cocky, queen of mean, sexy cheerleader Rachel Gatina was kissing you. Ever since she’d arrived, she had been turning heads, even yours. You never had the courage to approach her or say hello to her, even at a party the two of you were at. Especially since she didn’t seem all that nice. Never mind the whole cliques thing, Rachel had been right; there were rumors going around about you. Most of the girls on Rachel’s side of the hallway so to speak avoided you like the Plague and only acknowledged your existence to make fun of you or gossip about you if somehow the rumors got a second wind (which you made sure they never did, not from you anyway).
But Rachel was beautiful although personality wise, she wasn’t exactly your type. Though she did prove to be a lot smarter than she let on. You may have asked around yourself, overheard a few things. Plus, you had it on pretty good authority that she may have been the one to cause the whole time capsule business which then led to— You didn’t want to think about that. Now or ever quite honestly. Besides, Mouth had made you promise to keep it to yourself about the capsule. It was obvious that even Mouth had a crush on her.
You counted down the seconds in your head as you enjoyed the softness of her lips against yours, the smell of her perfume, the feeling of her hands on your face. When you reached the end, you went to pull back but she tugged you back in. Not only did she keep you there but she deepened the kiss. You could have sworn you felt the edge of her tongue against your lower lip.
You continued counting in your head and by 27, Rachel finally let you go. You took a step back and watched as she held her fingers up to her lips, staring at you. Then she did the last thing you expected (or if you were being honest, you totally expected it). She laughed out, “Oh my God.”
There it was. You waited for the joke, for Brooke to pop out of a stall that she mysteriously appeared into and begin laughing and pointing, for the whole school to start filing into the bathroom, one by one, to join in the merriment. “Yeah, that’s usually the reaction I get,” you muttered, wiping your lips with your fingers.
“No, not you. I mean…Bevin was right.” She laughed again, seeming almost pleasantly surprised.
And there was the joke. “Great. Glad she was. Now, if I can be set free from this Bathroom Bastille, that would be awesome. Thanks for the laughs.” You gave her a peace sign and began to walk towards the door. You fully expected to find some cheerleaders or Bevin or Brooke on the other side of it.
“Hey! Hold up a second.” She jumped down from the sink and grabbed your shirt sleeve to stop you. “You don’t have to act like kissing me was such a revolting thing for you to do that you’re now relieved it’s over. You really do know how to give a girl a complex.”
“I know how to give a girl a complex? You’re laughing after you kissed me. What about that doesn’t give a girl a complex?”
She nodded, sticking her hands into the back pockets of her jeans. “True. I’m sorry. I wasn’t laughing at you.”
You arched a brow over at her.
“Scout’s honor.” She stuck two fingers up in a gesture that you were pretty sure they didn’t use in the Scouts but you kept that observation to yourself.
“Then what were you laughing at?”
She looked uncomfortable then and you had to wonder if she had been telling you the truth just now. “That Bevin was right. …And not.”
“Right about what?”
She bit at her lip. “Okay, here’s the thing. I don’t know you just like you don’t know me. So if I tell you this, you can’t tell anyone at all. Even if they’re not from Tree Hill. Like ever. Got it?”
So, she also had a secret that she didn’t want getting out. You could understand that. You held up your fingers in the actual Scout’s honor sign. “Got it.”
Rachel looked uncomfortable again but her discomfort also seemed to be tainted by a little sadness. “I was telling Bevin that I never really feel anything with the guys I sleep with.” Ah, you knew where this was going. “I mean, I got this new body and everything but it didn’t change anything. Except for how they looked at me.” She bit at her bottom lip again which you were starting to see may be a nervous gesture on her part. “So, Bevin said she always wondered what it would be like to be a guy, checking out chicks. And I said that might be my problem, maybe I was into girls.”
You kept your face carefully neutral but inside you were half-shocked, and half-not so shocked.
“She kissed me on the spot which totally took me by surprise, and asked if I felt anything. I told her I didn’t because I really didn’t. She said if I was into girls then I would’ve felt something because she’s a great kisser and I’d be into her.” You couldn’t help but roll your eyes at that one. Maybe Bevin was a great kisser like she boasted but that wasn’t exactly how it worked. You would know.
“And you weren’t?”
“No,” she snapped. “I like Bevin well enough but no. The class ended and that was it. But then it got me thinking.”
“Ah. You thought you’d go to one of the girls rumored to be gay in this school and ask her to kiss you, you know just to make sure.”
“Well, not to put too fine a point on it but yeah.”
You snorted. “Well?”
“Well?”
“Did you feel anything?”
She looked uncertain for a moment so you figured the answer would be no. But then she surprisingly took a step closer to you, giving you a hint of a smile that was absent of her usual cockiness. “Yeah, actually.”
“So according to Bevin’s vast array of knowledge in these matters, you must be into girls then. Mazel Tov. I’ll see you around, Rachel.” You turned to leave, eager to put this whole thing behind you, when she gently grabbed your arm.
You sighed and turned back. “I did what you asked. I don’t get why—”
Rachel leaned in, kissing you again.
When she broke away, your brows drew together. “Uh…?”
“Did you feel anything?”
Hell yeah, you did. You felt that down to your toes. But you weren’t about to tell her that. “I, um… It’s really hard to tell. I might need further exploration on the subject.”
She let you go and gave you a look. “Really?”
“Yep. As a matter of fact, I’m going to go find another cheerleader and shove her into a bathroom to make out with her so I can find out. Great idea, Rach. Thanks. Later.” You went to leave when she grabbed you again.
Smiling at you, she pulled you closer. “Shut up.” She kissed you then and you couldn’t help but kiss her back.
Tumblr media
You glanced up when you heard the bell ring again, signaling you needed to get to your next class. You groaned and it wasn’t because Rachel’s lips were attached to your neck. You both were currently in a stall with her in your lap (because she refused to get her clothes dirty sitting on a gross toilet seat though she was slightly taller than you with the heels she was sporting, which made positioning awkward at times) and you literally had been making out now for most of the period.
“I need to get to my next class.”
“Skip it,” she breathed before kissing you again.
“I can’t skip it,” you panted. “I already missed one class while you’re having your gay awakening.”
She pulled back, scowling at you. “I’m not gay.”
You inclined your head at her sitting in your lap.
She shoved her hair behind her ear. “That doesn’t mean I’m gay. I’m just…trying new things.” She gave you a bright smile. “Besides, if I was gay, don’t you think I would have enjoyed kissing Bevin?”
“Yeah, that’s not how that works.”
“And you would know.”
“Says the girl who’s currently sitting on my lap and has been trying to convince me to meet her at her house later so she can get me into bed.”
She wrapped her arms around her neck. “Come on, it’ll be fun. Brooke won’t be there if that’s what you’re worried about. She has a date tonight. And I need to find out if those rumors are true.” She leaned in to place a kiss to the corner of your mouth.
“I hate those rumors,” you muttered.
“Why? They’re not true?”
“What do you think?”
She thought about it for a moment. “Good point. So is it or is it not true that you and Donna DiLorenzo went all the way in the eighth grade at summer camp?”
You couldn’t help but laugh out loud. “Summer camp? How cliche.”
“So they’re not true then?”
You shook your head. “No. Donna and I were just friends. And I never went to summer camp.”
She shrugged. “Fair enough. But obviously, the other part of the rumor is true.” She smirked and ran a finger along your jaw.
“That I’m a raging lesbian who’s always on the prowl for girls? No. Sorry to disappoint but your friend Brooke made all of that up.”
She didn’t say anything to that. How could she? “But if you’re making out with me, then—”
“I like both guys and girls. That’s the real truth. Which goes without saying, is to be kept secret along with this whole little makeout session and what you told me earlier. It all goes into the vault, for life. Got it?”
She nodded, that cocky smirk making a reappearance. “So I really can’t convince you to come by tonight once Brooke leaves?”
You heard the bell again and you let out a huge groan. “That’s two classes now.”
“You have me on your lap, asking you to come to my house later so we can continue this, and you’re worried about class?” She actually seemed insulted.
“Yes. Because I don’t need the absences which will turn into zeros when they realize I’m cutting.”
Rachel studied you for a moment and flicked her hair back, holding onto you. “Well, since you don’t have to rush off now. Care to feel me up?”
You arched your brows in disbelief, silently asking if she was serious, to which she only smiled wider. “I hate you,” you muttered.
“You certainly have a weird way of showing that.” She ground into you and interlocked her fingers at the back of your neck, grinning. “Come on. You know you want to. They’re a hell of a lot bigger than Donna DiLorenzo’s,” she teased.
“Like I said, I hate you, and I wouldn’t know.”
“You’ve had your hands on my ass for the last half hour. While I’m flattered, don’t you want to feel what my other attributes feel like?”
“You mean holding onto your ass to keep you from falling? You’re welcome.”
“Come on.” She reached down and began to lower the straps of her tank top, her jacket having been hung up on the back of the door long ago.
You stopped her. “If I agree to drop by your house later, can we stop this ridiculous conversation in its tracks?”
She shrugged, moving her straps back into place. “I wouldn’t call it ridiculous but sure. Brooke’s date is picking her up around 8:00. Why don’t you swing by around 8:30?”
Your jaw tightened. “If this turns out to be some elaborate prank with cameras and people popping out and Brooke, I swear, I will go nuclear on your secrets. The vault won’t be able to withstand the heat of that explosion.”
“You are so incredibly paranoid but got it, loud and clear. For the record, I wasn’t inviting you over as a prank. I’m not Brooke,” she finished in a whisper. She then cleared her throat. “As it turns out, I am inviting you over to watch a movie.”
“Awww. You’re going to show me your Girls Gone Wild collection? How sweet.”
She swatted your shoulder. “Shut up. I’m talking about that movie The Grudge. Have you seen it?”
You shook your head. “Didn’t really want to if I’m honest.”
Her smile grew. “Perfect.” She leaned in and kissed you, chuckling into your mouth when she moved your hands from her ass to her breasts.
You squeezed them for good measure and muttered to her lips, “There. Very nice. Happy now?”
“Not yet.” She launched herself at you, kissing you deeply. You barely heard someone knocking on the bathroom door for the fourth time since this whole thing started, and you had stopped counting the seconds in your head long ago. Rachel Gatina was making out with you and she was inviting you over to her house later to “watch a movie”. There was no way in hell you were passing that up or paying attention to anything else (even if you had been dying to see The Grudge since you missed it while it was in theaters). You had missed two classes for Rachel’s experiment, after all.
That made you pull back for a moment. “I can’t miss another class, though.”
She nodded, panting. “You agreed to come over later so, yeah. I got it. But you still have forty five minutes.” She gave you that wicked smirk again before moving back in.
You moved your hands back to her ass and she moaned into your mouth though you could feel the smirk against your lips right before. You didn’t know Bevin Prince very well but damn if you weren’t going to send her some kind of gift basket as a thank you.

I feel the need to share my Brook Emotions playlist, so. Have a selection of my favorite songs that I've assigned to him. Not including any versions of Binks' Sake cuz. That's obviously his song. Yes, I know his character is more than just being sad, but FUCK his story resonates with me and I see his pain Everywhere. I categorize them based on the specific vibes I get, but they tend to overlap. They're in no particular order of preference, just the order in which I grabbed them.

RESTLESS HEART
Jake Jagielski x Nathan Scott sister

Being a Scott wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Viv Scott was very popular, just like her brother Nathan. She was captain of the cheerleading team, with Straight A’s across the board. Tonight was the first game of the season.  Even Lavender Scott had some skeletons in the closet.
“Why aren’t you in your uniform yet?” Dan asked as Viv was drinking a spinach and kale smoothie in the kitchen.
“The game doesn’t start for another hour. I’m getting a ride with Brooke, so don’t wait up on me.” She informed, taking another sip of the smoothie.
“Peyton would pick me up, but you know your dumb son decided to get into another fight with her.” Viv said glaring daggers at her brother.
“Owuh!” She punches him in the arm and the two begin to fight.
“Enough! Break it up!” Dan pushed the twins away from each other as Viv tried to regulate her breathing.
“Bitch.” Nathan said under his breath but loud enough for Viv to hear.
“Dillhole.” She sticks her tongue out at him, Nathan doing the same as they continue to make faces at each other.
“Go! Leave your sister alone Nathan. Neither of you can afford to get injured tonight, it’s the first game of the season, and your sister worked hard on these routines.” Nathan rolled his eyes once again when it came to Viv and her cheerleading.
Nathan and Viv didn’t have the best relationship at times. Viv had been stressing out about keeping her grades, while also being the class president.
Sometimes everyone wonders if Viv was even a Scott because of how smart that girl truly was. She was the definition of brains and beauty. If it weren’t for Vivianne half of the basketball team and cheersquad would have been out of last season’s games if she hadn’t busted her ass off helping each member. She was living off of caffeine and energy drinks all season long. Luckily for her she makes money out of it. She was so smart that a lot of the seniors went to Viv to have her take their SATs because they knew that she would get over 2100.
Her highest score she had ever gotten was a 2400. She was good at being sneaky, so knock on wood she had never been caught (yet). Viv was in her room getting ready for the big game. She was a clean freak, her room was spotless. Jake would poke fun at her because of how much of a clean freak she was. He would tease her saying that Jenny would have her brain and be a mini Einstein. IIt wasn’t her fault that she was a perfectionist with anxiety. The only times that she relaxes is when she was on the cheerteam, and swim team in the winter time.
When Viv was anxious she'd start cleaning, when she was angry she would start cleaning, whenever things didn't go her way she would start cleaning. No matter how many therapy sessions, no matter the medication to help her, she just can’t control it. There were times when Nathan had to call Jake because Viv was having a breakdown. Jake’s the only person who was able to calm her down.
Jake and Viv had a complicated relationship. Yes they were together, but at the same time everyone assumed the two had broken up over the summer. Viv and Dan had gotten into a huge fight when they had found out about Viv being pregnant. Jake didn’t talk to her three months into the pregnancy. Once rumors went around about Viv failing school and acting out. She was using that as a distraction to not have her parents know she was pregnant. Then she faked a break up with Jake and acted like she didn’t even know he existed. It was all a part of their plan. Whitey was involved as he helped her through the pregnancy since he was her godfather and was the only one who was there for her.
Viv spent the next couple of months in “boarding school” to which her father had approved of her behavior those few weeks. Still somehow she managed to stay at a 5.0 GPA, but she figured her father had given them hush money or black mailed them. Still it worked in everyones favor.
Viv made sure to unplug everything in her room. She made sure not to have any liquids out that could spill and stain her floors. She didn’t allow anyone in her room. She always had her door locked because she didn’t want anything to be touched. She would be a perfect assat for the Military because of how clean and organized she was. Her uniform looked brand new even though it was the same uniform from last year.
“Knock, knock.” The familiar voice of Jake Jagielski came into her room.
Jake was the only exception. He knew her well enough to know what NOT to do. He knew where to stand, and knew what not to touch. He knew not to sit on her bed, or touch any objects because she had them in a specific way.
“Hey!” Viv felt relaxed knowing that it was just Jake.
She wraps her arms around his neck, and gives him a soft peck on his lips. She lied to Dan about her and Jake being together. Jake had his hands on her lower hip as she messed with his curls at the nape of his neck.
Dan barely knew a thing about her and Jake still being a couple. After Dan had found out about her pregnancy he kept her on lockdown.
“How do you keep your cheer uniform so clean?” He asked as he looked down at her uniform with a humorous smile on his face.
“Goes to the cleaners every two weeks, I steam it. I’m like a marine when it comes to being put together.” She jokes, pecking his lips again as they leave her room.
“Wait-” Jake knew that she had to turn the lights off at least ten times before leaving the room.
Jake watches with concern. He knew that he wasn’t supposed to be at the house, which was why Viv texted him later when they had left. Viv checked to make sure that the coast was clear and that the car had officially left. Jake parked around back where he always did. Nathan didn’t even know about her and Jake still seeing each other. Brooke and Peyton were the only ones who knew of the two.
“Okay, we can go now.” She wasn’t very satisfied as she hesitated to grab Jake’s hand.
She takes her hand back, Jake wasn’t hurt by her actions knowing how she can be at times.
“I’m sorry.” She was embarrassed, she hated how this controlled her that she couldn’t even hold her own boyfriend’s hand.
“Don’t be.” He promised her as they made their way down the stairs.
Everyone was already at the school for the game. Viv and Jake headed outside to his car as they made their way to the school.
Time passed and Jake and Viv were now at the school running into the gymnasium. Viv sprints towards the girls by the corner where they were all stretching.
“Sorry I’m late!” She slides on her knees besides Brooke as she joins them in stretching.
“I don’t know how you do that slide thing, dude.” Peyton said as she and Brooke laughed as Viv shrugged.
“Like, does that not hurt your knees doing that?” Viv shrugged again, as she used to be a dancer.
“I was a dancer and a gymnast for the last eight years.” Viv states, as she had come home with many bruises on her body from both sports.
“Anyways, how are things between you and Jagielski?” Brooke was the one that got the two together about a year ago.
“She lets him in her room and they play mommy and daddy together. Obviously things are going great.” Peyton tried to sound annoyed but couldn’t help but laugh.
“You guys always touch everything! And you leave your shoes on when you walk in my room, what do you expect?” Viv exclaims, her voice high in pitch as the girls laugh.
“Aren’t you on medication? I thought that was supposed to help relax you?” Viv sighed, shaking her head.
“No. I stopped taking it about a week ago. It doesn’t always help so I gave up on them.” She frowned, but looked up when she noticed her brother.
Nathan nods at Viv to make sure that she was okay. She nods back, as she gives him a short smile.
“Game’s about to start, let’s go girls!” Viv shouts to every cheerleader as the buzzer goes off.
Viv made eye contact with Jake. Viv winks at him in a playful manner, which didn’t go unnoticed by Nathan. Viv looks over at Nathan, she has the number 23 on her cheek for her brother in blue glitter.
“Basket by Nathan Scott! He really looks sharp out there tonight!” The announcer says over the speaker as the girls continue to cheer on the Ravens.
“Yea Ravens!” Viv shouts while waving her blue pom poms.
The Ravens stole the ball back from the other team, as Viv cheered. She knew that they were going to win tonight, I mean, they’ve never had a loss before. Whitey was always on a roll whenever it came to their games and always made sure that they won.
“And now a steal from the Ravens.”
Viv had a cocky smile on her face, the signature Scott smirk is what Jake likes to call it. Which made perfect sense since her and Nathan were twins and both looked a lot like Dan.
Viv looks over at Whitey who was getting into the game ust as much as the whole town was. Everyone in town came every game night to watch the Ravens win. Nathan Scott made sure of that.
“Tim Smith. . .He’s got Scott!” Viv cheers for Tim. Tim and Nathan were best friends for a long time.
“Finds Scott and he hammers it home!” Viv was feeling the adrenaline, as they were in the lead as Nathan jumps for it and makes it in the basket.
“That’s my baby brother!” She shouts, she was ten minutes older than Nathan, still she liked to use that against him every chance she gets.
“He’s already got 14 of the Ravens 17 points tonight.” Viv knew that she was going to lose her voice by the end of the night with how loud she had been screaming.
She loved basketball just as much as her brother. Whenever Dan wasn’t around the two would enjoy a few games together without Dan being down their throats. Even though they may not always get along, but they were siblings, they would always fight.
“Turn around jumper by Scott. And I tell you, we haven’t seen talent like this since his father played for Whitey.” Nathan does a spin around the other player who was trying to block Nathan and he makes another score in.
Viv makes eye contact with her dad who had a cocky smile on his face. She held a proud smile, with her head held high as she knew that she was just as good as everyone- infact she was better than everyone.
“Here’s Scott again with another long jump.” Nathan makes it in once more, they were so close to winning and Viv couldn’t wait for the game to be over so that she could go take a long shower.
Whitey calls a time out as the boys gathered around Whitey. Viv was still cheering as she tried her best not to let that distract her. She had a smile on her face as she glanced every now and then towards the boys. She made eye contact with Jake, he was sweaty as he was trying to catch his breath while Viv was chanting. She gives him a short nod, the same one that Nathan had given her moments ago before the games.
Whitey didn’t look very happy when he was looking at Nathan. Nathan was then benched which made Viv a bit nervous. Tim was in for Nathan as she should have known that Nathan probably mouthed off at him. Viv and Nathan make eye contact as he looks pissed. Viv raises her eyebrows at him wanting to know what happened. Nathan just glances back at Whitey with an eye roll. Whenever the twins did that Peyton and Brooke would always be freaked out because they were able to communicate like that.
The two would always call it twin telepathy. They would always believe them too, and it was funny each time. Their mom would alway be freaked out at times, as they would use the same words sometimes, at the same time.
They missed a shot, as the crowd booed. “He misses badly, and the drought continues. Fast break Hawks, and the Hawks pull within one.” Viv made eye contact with one of the players from the Hawks and gave her a flirty smile.
She gives them a disgusted look, but that didn’t stop them from checking her out. She continued to be unbothered by it. Nathan noticed this and wasn’t very happy that she was uncomfortable. The Hawks scored a point, and the player that was eyeing her winks at her. Jake then noticed this time and wasn’t very happy about it. He was far from jealous, as he noticed the disgusted look on Viv’s face. Jake and Nathan make eye contact as they figure out what was happening between the player from their rival, and Viv.
Whitey caved in and brought Nathan back into the game.
“Let’s go Nathan!” Both Peyton and Viv cheer.
Nathan was over by the girls. The ref hands Nathan the ball with the whistle in his mouth. Peyton makes his way over to Nathan.
“Don’t bother showering tonight.” Viv gagged, not wanting to hear that ever.
“Gross!” She hissed in disgust at Peyton who shrugged with a smirk on her lips.
“Grow up! It’s not like you don’t do the same with Jake after a win.” Viv’s face turned hot at that.
“No, actually we haven’t.” She said quietly, but loud enough for Peyton to hear her.
“Really?” Peyton was shocked.
Nathan heard this and looked over at Viv. Viv rolled her eyes knowing that Nathan was going to bully her about still having her V-card later. Nathan passes the ball. Nathan was more into the game now knowing that him and Peyton were going to do it after the game.
The Hawk player that was giving Viv flirty glances had the ball. Nathan had the ball, and shoved the player to the ground. There was ten seconds into the game, as Nathan passed the ball to Tim. Nathan pushes one of the Hawk players and starts to run for an opening.
Nathan had teh ball and made a jump for it.
“Scott for the win!” The buzzer goes off as Viv ran towards Nate  and jumped in his arms.
“Scott’s rule!” Viv shouted as she jumped off of her brother. She makes subtle eye contact with Jake and winks at him.
Viv doesn’t wave, she tries not to make it obvious trying to be incognito.

This Day in X-Project - March 28
2015: Laurie texts Kyle inviting him to come play Dance Dance revolution with her after he is done being scolded. Laurie plans a Rocky Horror Picture Show weekend with Doug, Wade and Marie-Ange. Laurie meets Arthur in the medlabs. Clint texts Matt to arrange for dinner after he meets Barney. Looking for his brother Clint runs into Kitty at a seedy bar. Gabriel shares the new song he’s obsessed with to prove he’s not always sour. Rogue contacts Logan to catch him up on Vegas. Jean and Warren make up after their fight and he shows off his baking skills. Warren later tells everyone the result, a croquembouche is available in the kitchen. In Paris, Adrienne and Garrison comes across a car accident and help the woman driver, unaware that Rick Chalker, the last of the Chalker brothers, is unconscious in the back of the box truck involved, where he was planning to unleash his exo-suit against them; instead, he is only able to fly out of the truck before the suit loses power and he winds up at the bottom of the Seine.
2016: Miles celebrates his score on a practice test. Kevin continues to train Gabriel in the ways of espionage. Wade texts Cecilia asking to hang out. Laurie posts about the movie "Crimson Peak." Are We Ourselves: Coulson calls Clint to investigate disappearances in Alaska, sparking the following string of texts and emails; Clint texts Natasha to discuss; Clint invites Kyle and Molly to join him; Clint asks Matt to dogsit; Molly asks Topaz if she wants to come on Clint's trip; Clint emails Jennie to let her know about his whereabouts; Topaz texts Amanda to get her to catsit; Molly tells Wade she's going on a real mission; Wade texts Marie-Ange his feelings on this.
2017: Marie-Ange wants to hatewatch American Gods.
2018: Marie-Ange posts about a crystal ball frappuccino, and wanting one every other day.
2019: Sue suggests taking advantage of a warm weekend with a BBQ.
2020: 793.8.025.110.393: Daniel Drumm and Wong meet with Amanda and Topaz (with Marie-Ange and Doug as not-entirely-welcome guests), and explain that the London Sanctum has locked them out; Amanda and Topaz play nice with the Sanctum/Library to get inside; the group pairs off in various ways to use their skills and restore the library, while also running across various fictional characters; in return for their help, the library decides to offer a little advice to the group about their various issues in the form of more strange avatars - Marie-Ange gets Frau Totenkinder (of Fables), Doug gets John Constantine, Topaz gets Magdaleana Brooks (a British Fae Librarian), and Amanda gets the first woman of the British isles condemned for witchcraft; with things finally restored to a somewhat normal state, the group takes their happy leave, all agreeing that Doug still gets to be dunked in cold water.
2021:
2022:
2023: Madin makes a journal entry about returning the car and asking what’s happened while they were away. Terry drops in to watch Kyle fight and makes some unsettling discoveries... discussions are had. Quentin and Gabriel catch up on the roof after the powers swap and possibly share more than they intended. In New York, Alex takes Madin out for a meal and Madin starts to think staying at the mansion may not be entirely terrible.
