I really need help with this. So... I wanted to buy some diamonds to participate in a gacha but every time I click on the amount I want to purchase and it says loading but then it goes back to normal and nothing happens. My friend told me that they got an option to choose the payment method immediately but I'm not getting it at all. ;; Please help me.
iOS: Log in to your Japanese iTunes account first. (Note: you’ll need to use a Japanese credit card or Japanese iTunes giftcard as payment; iTunes will not accept foreign cards.)
Android: Be sure you’re logged in to the Google Play store. Even if you downloaded Heso through QooApp or elsewhere, Heso’s in-app purchases still go through the play store.
For both cases, you will probably need to close and reopen Heso before it works. Hope that solves the problem, if not let us know!

Hello, it's me again. I've tried all possible solutions listed but none of them seem to work... I think it would be helpful to say that the same thing occurs on all my other games (I just tested it out since I didn't really feel the need to make in-app purchases on those other apps).
Hmmm... That does help narrow down the issue, but it may also mean something less simple is going on. I have a few more things to try:
If your device is due for an update, update it and restart it. Try to make the purchase.
If your device is rooted, unroot it, restart the device, and try to purchase again.
If you have a screen overlay on your device (such as a blue-light filter or screen dimmer), disable it and try to make the purchase.
Remove all payment options on your Google Play account and re-enter them. Try to make the purchase again.
Force stop and clear the cache of the Play Store. Go to [Phone settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Force Stop] then from there [Storage > clear cache & clear data]. Open the Play Store so it is running, then open Heso and try to purchase again. (your Play Store settings will be reset, be sure to restore any important settings)
Unfortunately if none of those work I think that’s officially the limit of my troubleshooting... Of course the final-final thing to try would be factory resetting your device, which I know is a huge pain (and if you do it, don’t forget to first backup your files and save any id/transfer codes for all your games!!).
If you want to try to avoid that (or you if tried it and it still somehow doesn’t work...), you should try contacting Google support; they know more than I do since this is officially an Android/Google issue and they might have an alternate solution to try. Be sure to have this information handy to make the help process go quicker:
Your device model and what version of Android you are running
Some specific apps you have attempted purchases in -- I recommend not citing Heso as an issue because they will almost certainly assume it’s because Heso is not available in your region.
All the steps you’ve taken already to try to resolve the issue, and the order you tried them in if you remember
Whether or not you can purchase apps in the Play Store (you can test without actually confirming the purchase. When working correctly, it should pop up with the same confirmation screen as an in-app purchase)
If it’s possible for you to test, whether or not you can make purchases with the same Google account on a different device
And when you do find the right solution, we would love to hear back from you so we know what worked for future reference! I wish you the best of luck in solving this!! 🤞🤞

I use an Android and I'm logged into the Play Store, even have my credit card linked to it so I really don't know why it isn't working for me. ;;
No need to worry, that was just the most common situation. Good news is I’m not out of solutions just yet! bad news is i made this look like a very long wall of text, rip.
Firstly, double check you did not actually make a purchase. Go to [Play Store > Menu > Account > Order History]. It shouldn’t happen without some confirmation, but it is not impossible for something to go wrong, so double check!
Restart your device and try purchasing again.
Try different internet connections - switch between data and wifi, or find a different wifi source. Be sure to force close Heso between switching connections (and turn off your VPN, if you use one)
If you don’t have automatic date and time/timezone turned on on your device, do so through [Settings > Date and Time]. Then restart your device and try to purchase again.
Check that the Play Store app is up to date. Go to [Play Store > Menu > Settings > tap “Play Store version”]; if there is an update it will start the download/install immediately in the background. Once updated, restart your device and try purchasing again.
If that doesn't work or it was already up to date, you can try resetting the play store to factory default and reinstall all the updates (you won’t lose any of your data, but you will lose any customized Play Store settings). Do this by going to [Phone settings > Apps > Google Play Store > uninstall updates (may be behind another menu)]. Then open the Play Store and install the updates again, same way as before. Once updated, restart your device and try to purchase again. (and don’t forget to restore any important settings in the Play Store!)
If all that fails (and if Heso is the only app with this issue), may as well try reinstalling Heso. Go to [QooApp > Hesokuri Wars store page > Menu > Re-download]. If done this way, this will not affect your account data.
There’s certainly even more possible solutions I’m not thinking of at the moment, as well... But hopefully one of these will do the trick! Of course if not, do come back and we can do some further trouble shooting!
