And the clans still treat her and Rootspring with suspicion afterwards for being a Half-Clan relationship, as if she didn't literally sacrifice everything for them. Also "Only warmth. Only love." fucking murdered me the first time I read it, I was sobbing."

I LOVE BRISTLEROOT! they're literally only only ship I care about. I like their slow build up and their mutual respect for one another about switching clans. You don’t see a lot of cannon warrior ships with respect for each other….
