Random Kingdom Hearts rant time...

I hope that the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III takes the initiative to do some much needed recasting. First off, they need a new voice actor for Aerith. In KH1, she was voiced by Mandy Moore, which wasn't all too bad, but in KH2, they recast her with a terrible replacement that hardly acted her lines well at all. There was no emotion at all, it felt like she just blankly read the lines with a breathy robot voice. Bring back Mandy Moore or just cast someone better this time. And I've said this many times before and I'll say it again: BRING BACK BILLY ZANE. The original voice actor for Ansem, Seeker of Darkness was the best voice actor for this Villain, but he has been exclusive to this one game; every other game featuring Ansem has featured Richard Epcar as the voice. Now, he hasn't done a bad job whatsoever, but they need to bring Billy Zane back. They don't need to fire Epcar, either. As some of you may know, the villain of Kh3 is essentially 13 different incarnations of the same villain. So, have Epcar voice one of the incarnations. Just bring back Billy Zane to voice this specific incarnation. Also, as some of you may know, Leonard Nemoy (known for playing Spock in the original Star Trek) was the voice of the head villain, Master Xehanort. However, Nemoy has since passed away. I don't know what Square/ Disney have planned for Master Xehanort in KH3, but unless they're successfully able to use archive footage of Leonard Nemoy to voice Master Xehanort in the upcoming game, they need to try their damndest to find a comparable voice actor for this role, and not just do What they did with Ansem's transition from Zane to Epcar (which are distinctly different). Find an impersonator if you need to, y'all. Just make it work. Make it sound real. Side rant: I always kinda wished that they would've recast the voice of Sora, the main protagonist, whenever they made a game with Younger Sora. Haley Joel Osment has always voiced Sora, and I usually wouldn't want it any other way, but as he's gotten older, his voice has changed and gotten deeper, yet he still has to occasionally voice the younger incarnation of our hero, and it doesn't match up well. A very young Haley voiced Sora in KH1, and then an older Haley voiced an older Sora in KH2, which worked out well...but then a year or two after KH2, they released Chain of Memories, which takes place in between KH1 and KH2, and focuses on young Sora right after the events of the first game. But now that Haley Joel Osment is one to two years older than he was in the second game, his voice is actually a bit deeper than KH2. So young Sora has a deeper voice, not only deeper than in the first game, But deeper than his older self in the second game. I just kinda wished they had cast a separate voice actor for this game that was closer to Haley's register in the first game. Perhaps the voice actor that played Naota from FLCL would've been a good choice? IDK...there are some who argue that puberty may have just hit Sora in the context of the story, so that Sora's voice is deeper, while the rest of him hasn't really grown. This would actually justify how drastically Sora ages in the span of just one year between Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. So there's that...but still... would've been kinda nice to have young Sora sound like young Sora...kinda silly to get worked up about, I know, but I'm big a nerd, and this game in particular is something I'm very invested in. So...there ya go! This has been a post.
