For the anon who was asking about Rianna Jarrett the other day, she debuted for Brighton tonight and scored 2 of their 3 goals to get through to the Quarter Finals of the FA Cup!
Great start for her in England!

What is your wsl prediction for next season ??
Ooh - it’s a bit early for proper predictions, I think a lot of clubs haven’t announced all their new signings yet.
However, going off the teams as they stand atm and how they finished last season I’d say Arsenal and Chelsea have the best chance at the Top 2. They haven’t had many players leave but have added some excellent ones to their squads. Plus, without Champions League football, Chelsea will be able to focus more on the league and after getting to the semis last year there’s no doubt they’ll want to get back in. If Arsenal get all their injured players back in good form there’s no reason why they shouldn’t go far in all competitions to be honest, and their squad is hopefully big enough to balance all 4 now.
Man City have lost quite a lot of players and I’m not yet convinced they’ve replaced them well enough yet - but, I imagine they’ll still have more coming in and you can’t really count them out of the equation - after all they nearly went undefeated last year. If Walsh does leave then they may well struggle unless they get an excellent replacement in.
I can see Man United pushing for Top 4 but I would be surprised if they get further than that in their first season in the WSL.
West Ham are a bit of a question mark at the moment as they’ve had about 6 players leave but haven’t yet announced any new signings. However, I’m sure they will be soon, and with Tessel Middag fit for this season they should be an interesting one to watch.
Don’t know what is going on at Birmingham - they’re losing so many players and I really hope they’re able to get some more good ones in because after a few years of them really pushing the top 3 it would be such a shame if they dropped away a bit.
Tottenham are a bit of an unknown quantity to be honest - it’ll be interesting to see how they fare in the WSL. Man United had a lot of players who’d already experienced WSL play but dropped down to the Championship to be a part of the team, I’m not sure Spurs have that same experience. Haven’t heard much about signings yet, but that may be coming. They’ve got a preseason friendly vs Arsenal so that’ll be a test for them!
Liverpool, Everton, Reading, Bristol and Brighton have all been making good signings (particularly Everton) so I’m very interested to see how they all turn out. I do really think this could be the most competitive season yet.
