Honestly, it's not even all that surprising that Porter made a name for himself by being the most troublesome of troublemakers. And that title applies to both his time in Scepter Hall, and when he started attending NRC.

Porter has an adventurous spirit to him that drives him forward! Always wants to see the outcome of things, even if they seem to not go his way.

When they do, he's pretty darn proud of himself for getting it right! When they don't, er, Porter gets a little petty. Always been like that, that boy.

He loves teasing others just as much as he loves childhood bedtime stories. Which is to say: He loves teasing his friends a lot. Literally relentless, he won't stop until he gets them to crack a smile. His teasing’s pretty hit-and-miss, however, depending on the mood of his friends.

A bit too forward about what he wants, this one. Porter has no shame about what he says, and he makes that clear in the way he expresses his wants and needs! (This is both a good and bad thing, as according to some of his classmates, he can come off as a bit aggressive)

Do not try to give this man a bad day, he'll become an absolute menace just to spite you.

Endless pranks, constant teasing, never-ending ‘torment’ that won't come to a close until — and only until — Porter gets his way.

A bit much for a method, but hey, at least it gets the job done.

Unique Magic: Brotherly Shadow(兄弟の影)

✗ An ability granting its user of giving their shadow a mind of their own indefinitely. There is no time limit to how much the user can use this ability, and without enough control: It doesn't have an off switch.

The shadow counterpart of the user usually mirrors them in terms of personality, as well. In the case of Porter, his shadow shares his adventurous spirit and especially his love for trouble.

The user cannot make other people's shadows animate, and if anything fatal were to happen to the user — their shadow counterpart would weaken and the effects of their ability would deplete.

✗ If he ever has a friend who didn't have much of a childhood growing up (ex. Riddle), he is doing everything in his power to give them as many childhood experiences as possible.

↳ It makes for a fun personal challenge for him!

✗ Not many in Scepter Hall Institute know why Porter was expelled in the first place, actually! Eclair, Delta(@geminiiviolets), and Porter mutually agreed to keep everything under wraps. At least, in Porter's case. He isn't too sure about what Eclair and Delta talked about.

✗ When Porter was packing his things and getting ready to leave Scepter Hall, Watatsumi actually went on a sort of ‘strike’ to try and convince Eclair to bring Porter back ☠️ unfortunately, despite Watatsumi's efforts, she was unsuccessful.

✗ Honestly… One of the reasons Porter decided to transfer from Octavinelle to Heartslabyul is because Jade and Floyd scare the crap out of him!

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Situated in the academy's hall of portals, lies the portal to Bricoler's dormitory building

The archway is made entirely out of oak, dark oak, no less. Adorned with varying leaves and plants alongside an acorn or two.

Walking through the archway will have you encounter a small wooden hammer, and a miniature wooden replica of an anvil; almost the same size as the hammer.

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Lightly hitting the anvil will allow an abundance of leaves and dandelions to swirl surround you and transport you to the entrance of Bricoler's dormitory building

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Like all the other dorms, Bricoler's bedrooms are customizable for the student's preferences, however it's encouraged to give your room some sort of a special touch to signify that it is your room. And no one else's

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Like all the uniforms in the academy, Bricoler is no different. But much like Bystro Letyuschiy, there's no particular theme to go for in Bricoler; Just as long as you are comfortable with what you chose to wear, then everything will be fine

(Marylin Monroe x Lilia Vanrouge): Silver's thoughts

Since I haven't done much content on this ship, I've written Silver's thoughts on Lilia's potential romance with Scepter Hall's head secretary >:)

Meeting Marylin

Silver met Madam Monroe when he was but a small little toddler

Marylin often visited when she was given a day off from her duties as secretary to Eclair, and her visits brought great joy to Lilia and Silver

When she first laid her eyes on Silver, she was a little concerned

Marylin didn't have a problem with human children, but she felt a bit worried when Lilia said that he adopted Silver

Mostly because of the bad blood between faeries of the Briar Valley and mortals

"Are you sure it's safe for the little one to be raised in such an environment??"

"Fufu, not to worry, my darling Marylin. Silver's in good hands." ^^

Hesitant, Marylin decided to help Lilia raise Silver whenever she can

Unbeknownst to her, he and Lilia familiarized her as his mother-figure

When Eclair first found out about Marylin raising a human child, she was as concerned as she was when she first learned that information

But after a while? Eclair insisted that Marylin can take long-term breaks after working overtime so she can take care of her "child"

Silver would often crawl to Marylin whenever she stepped into the house, and Lilia couldn't help but silently squeal at how adorable his son was

They were practically a family

An unofficial one, but a family nevertheless

Silver's 16th birthday

This was the last time Silver saw Marylin before he arrived at NRC

During the time of his 16th birthday, Marylin had been working relentlessly and couldn't visit as much, even when Eclair insisted that she'd take a break

And even though he didn't want to admit it, he desperately wanted his mother-figure to attend his birthday (Not that he'd say anything to Lilia about that)

Regardless of his concerns, Silver asked his father if his "mother" was going to attend his birthday

And Lilia awkwardly answered with uncertainty, a clear signifier to Silver that even Lilia didn't know if she'd attend or not

As the days went by until his birthday, Silver slowly began to lose the fragments of hope he had for his mother-figure

And then his birthday finally arrived

As happy as he was, Silver was still a bit saddened since he assumed Marylin was too busy to attend the party

Until the door slammed open and revealed Marylin with a concerning amount of weaponry for presents

But the presents didn't matter to Silver. It was his mother that mattered.

Biological or not, Silver always recognized Marylin as his mother because of the kindness she had given him over the years

He refuses to admit that he cried tears of joy when she showed up

Silver ended up enjoying the party even more, and that was largely evident solely for Marylin's presence

Lilia couldn't help but cackle when Silver stiffened up every time he opened Marylin's gifts for him

The party was a memorable one for sure

But it didn't hold a candle to the first birthday Silver had with Marylin

Present-day

They continue to keep in touch with letters, much like Marylin with Lilia

Whenever Silver writes down his troubles, she'd always send him an encouraging response with a couple of advice to help him with any issues he had

He'd often try to crack a joke or two in his letters if he believed his mother was having a bad day, since he just wanted her to smile. Even if he couldn't see it

Marylin would frequently put small gifts into Silver's letters, specifically jewelry like a ring with his initials engraved on it

Lilia finds it adorable that Silver almost always wears that ring whenever they go out together

Some students assumed Silver was engaged but were much more surprised to learn that the gift was from his "mother"

But there was one time Silver mixed up his letters with Lilias and... It was awkward and slightly traumatizing

Silver was waiting for the response to his letter from Marylin and saw that her messenger bird had arrived with a letter on them(But it was actually for Lilia)

And let me tell ya, opening and reading the letter was one of the most traumatizing experiences Silver's ever had-

The flirting, the romantic subtlety in the writing style, THE INNUENDOS?

Silver couldn't sleep for once because of how traumatized he became

When Lilia finally received the letter, he almost laughed to death when he found out Silver read it

He ended up telling Marylin about it and even though he didn't witness it, he was very aware about how amused she was by that

She apologized to Silver for traumatizing him-

To put it simply, his relationship with both of his parents(Marylin's title as his mother is unofficial but Lilia is legally Silver's adoptive father) remains unchanged and they couldn't be any happier

Student OC section 1

What outfits can my oc wear?

Answer: Anything. Scepter Hall is very prestigious, but they're also very adamant on letting their student's creativity run through their fashion choices.

Obviously they have dress code rules, but they aren't all that excessive.

Your outfit must correspond to your dormitory based on color to prevent confusion

Miniskirts and the showcase of midriffs are allowed. But showing more than you should with your outfit is prohibited (Example: Showing your entire thigh)

Figure hugging outfits are not allowed

And generally those are the general consensus of dress code rules.

What are the dorm colors?

I already made a post dedicated to the dorm colors so I'll put a link here. BUT, I'll also put it here. Or just the general colors

Magnijardin: Magenta and gold

What species are allowed in Scepter Hall?

Good question!

Fairies: The most common of the student population since the school was originally intended to be exclusive for fairies

Elves

Faeries

Nymphs

Sirens/Mermaids: Siren students are not transferred to the school by dandelions, rather they are floated to the school in the form of a water lily that's guided by a staff or alumni

Seelies: Same way of transportation as the sirens/mermaids

Generally these are the most common of the student population, but generally you can do whatever creature you want as long as it isn't:

Angels/Demons: No. Absolutely not. Demons have had a bad history with Scepter Hall as does angels

Humans: NO. They will literally die if they inhale the scent of the wild flowers or anything in the academy in general

Half blooded angels/demons/humans: If they're half angel/demon, that will cause conflict in the academy. If they're half human, they're more prone to fatal illnesses. Especially if they're blood is more human

Demigods: No. They're basically half human so their godlike abilities will be nothing in comparison to the dangers Scepter Hall has

Gods: Need I say more?

I apologize if I'm pushing limits on creativity, but this is solely to keep SHI's lore consistent ^^||

Another thing to add: Scepter Hall is Co-ed. So if you want to make a male student oc, you can. It isn't actually an all girls school-

You can make them human, it's just that they'll have a lot of limitations on what they can do in SHI

Thankfully because SHI is surprisingly stable, no therapy needed(And Clark's already a counselor)

You need to make another conflict other than overblots since Eclair makes sure overblots don't even happen (Unlike a CERTAIN headmaster)

I've got you girl-

Sunako was just having a neutral walk around Bricoler, watching it's resident's come up with new gadgets for newer conveniences.

She was mostly there since some of the staff of HSA were called in order to assist in the upcoming summer sweet festival. She didn't know why she was one of the chosen staff, but she at least enjoyed the calming ambience of all the dorm's.

And then she accidentally overheard a conversation Marylin was having with Clark.

"Clark, why do you even continue to see her so often? She continuously threatens to throw you across a building and willingly did so at some point!"

Sunako hummed awkwardly, knowing that Marylin was referring to her. She'll admit she did end up feeling bad for doing that to Clark-

"It's because I find interest in her, Mary."

... What?

Marylin hummed, raising her eyebrow at Clark."How so?"She questioned. Clark sighed heavily, his face more serious than Sunako had ever seen.

She'll admit, she was slightly intimidated since Clark's never had such an expression on his face.

Another thing she'll admit, is that she felt a bit guilty that she's listening in on this conversation and basically invading Clark's personal business. But at the same time wanted to hear what he was gonna say.

"She intrigues me. And not in the sense that I want to run experiments on her, even if that was the case when we first met. She means a lot to me, and despite her scarily ominous threats towards me, she ends up drawing me to her more than ever."

Marylin and Sunako looked at Clark in silence. Although Sunako remained silent while Marylin decided to break hers.

Marylin smiled, giving Clark a nod and a pat on the shoulder."Way to go, cousin. You finally admitted your feelings without making it sound generic." She joked, walking to her desk as she and Clark continued on with their paperwork.

As for Sunako, well... She's shocked to say the least. And who wouldn't when the guy you gave continuous threats to, ends up seeing you as the stars that help illuminate the moon.

And... She feels satisfied with such words coming out of his mouth. Yet she can't explain why...

Scepter Hall Institute: Basic Information

An elite and private magical institute exclusive to only fairies, fae, nymphs, half-myth, and elves

Humans are not allowed to attend the academy due to the possible dangers that could harm them

The academy is run by the famed Headmistress, Eclair Ciana Hollow, a woman renowned for her magical properties and rune readings

The academy is dedicated to the fairies that came before them, honoring them by basing the dormitories of the institute off of the fairies

The academy does not associate themselves with NRC and RSA, due to the fact that the Headmistress has an obvious distaste for the Headmasters of the academies

SHI has a neutral standing with the relationships they have with other magical and nonmagical institutes

The academy chooses to keep itself hidden from the eyes view of mortals due to the possible dangers

The academy is titled as 'mysterious' and 'ethereal' and is renowned for teaching students who are currently very successful

The academy has the staff run the dormitories, not the students

When it's the day a student must go to the academy, they will turn into a dandelion and float to the academy's hidden gateways with the assistance of some students who have graduated from one of the dormitories (particularly Bystro Letayuschiy) and continues to assist the school

Bricoler, Dormitory of the fairies of tinkering and the most well known dormitory of Scepter Hall Institute.

The dorm is known to have zero requirements and that a student is chosen whenever they see some form of potential in them.

Unlike the rest of the dormitories who aren't as accepting to the change of tradition, Bricoler is constantly ecstatic from the suggestion. Always adding their own ideas into the suggestion due to their enthusiasm is what makes the dorm so endearing.

Bricoler is the only dorm in which the students are the least bit concerned over mortals, and are more curious over their way of life.

In particular, Bricoler students weirdly get along with Forêt gelée students, often treating each other as if they were siblings whenever they visit the ice cold dormitory.

Eclair finds the dorm to be endearing and nostalgic out of all the dormitories other than Natelitsa and Forêt gelée. And yet, she never has an answer as to why whenever someone asks about it...

The dorm heads for this Dormitory are Madam Monroe, and her cousin, Clark Monroe. They often butt at each other's throats as a form of comedy, most students often place bets on who would win in an argument, similar to Florence and Asher from Diamond Crown Academy and their form of banter... But less violent.
