Scepter Hall Institute, also known as ‘SHI’, is a fanmade magical institution set in the world of Aniplex and Disney's ‘Twisted Wonderland’

The academy is heavily based on the Disney ‘Fairies’ franchise. Specifically the movies.

The staff of Scepter Hall were handpicked by the founder of the academy, Eclair Hollow. Not because of their skill, but because of the potential Eclair saw in them.

The headmaster, Dire Crowley, and Eclair don't have the best history given their involvement during ‘The war of the unresolved’

But other than that, NRC and SHI are on mostly neutral terms with one another

Eclair and the academy's headmaster, Ambrose the 63rd, aren't exactly on the best terms because of their involvement in ‘The war of the unresolved’

Because of that, surprisingly, SHI has a significantly worse relationship with RSA in comparison to their strained relationship with NRC

The eight dormitories of Scepter Hall Institute represent and honor the fairies that came before them.

The founders of the academy, all close acquaintances with Eclair, have their legacy immortalized due to Eclair's perseverance to honor their legacy.

The following dormitories are;

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ The dormitory is twisted from Fawn

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ The dormitory was originally founded under the bulletproof charisma of the fairies of animals

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ The founder, unsurprisingly, was said to be a bit of an unspoken wildcard. And Eclair even commented - at some point - that they loved to playfully mess with her and the original founders

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ The dormitory colors are Brown, Bronze, Black, Orange, and Amber. However, the uniforms are customizable

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Students in this dormitory tend to excel in navigation, animal communication, and animal care. They also happen to have the largest number of alumni among the eight dormitories

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Most known as the dorm full of "therapy friends'', students from the dormitory are generally good listeners and easy to talk to become of how easy-going most of them are

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Students from this dormitory are encouraged to help others and be protective of all animals no matter what, while also acknowledging that they can't save everyone

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ The current dorm head is Phoebus; Phoebus is mostly levelheaded with his own sense of charisma, and also happens to be the Uncle of one of the students in the academy.

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Many students refuse to acknowledge the old practice of ostracizing students just for possibly harming an animal, knowing how shameful it was and how it harmed the school's reputation in the process

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Situated in the academy's hall of portals, lies the portal to Animania's dormitory building

The archway is made of dark oak, with autumn leaves adorning its features alongside a couple of vines.

Walking through the archway will have you encounter a small woodland creature. Behind it, is a hole perfectly fit for one person

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ After the woodland creature jumps down, you are obligated to follow as it will give you access to enter the entrance to the outside of Animania's dormitory building

▹ †𝆤࿙๋࿙࿚⊱֎⊰࿙࿚๋࿚𝆤† Dorm Building/Aesthetic

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Unlike the rest of the dormitories, Animania and Pemburu Hutan are the only dormitories that have a cabin-like system for the living quarters of their students. The largest cabin is essentially just where they keep their supplies to care for the animals, while also appearing like a cabin

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ The bedrooms and it's furniture are also customizable, and allows you to have the most creative freedom in customizing because of its simplicity compared to the rest of the dorms

˚₊· ͟͟͞➳❥ Much like the bedrooms, the uniforms are customizable and unsurprisingly, Animania is rather laid back about dorm uniforms and allows their students to customize them as if they were clothes they'd already have in their closets

Scepter Hall Institute: Enchanted Animals

☾︎______________________________________☽︎

Due to the dorm of Animals, Animania, Scepter Hall is considered somewhat infamous because of their immense numbers of animals within campus.

Specifically in the forests located closest to Animania and Pemburu Hutan. Two dormitories that specialize in animal communication for most of their dormitory residents.

They specifically have enchanted animals that emit certain... Sounds. Now, Enchanted Animals are typically animals with physical features that aren't considered normal when next to other animals.

But these enchanted animals... They're special in the sense that they appear normal. And yet their emitted sounds set them apart.

These specific animals were saved by Eclair from corrupt society who tried taking advantage of their unnatural abilities of voice to increase their status.

Now the question is, what sounds do these normal looking animals make that make them so special?

Well, your answer? They sound like musical instruments.

The instrumented sounds vary, but not categorized for a specific animal. At least, not as far as Brooke is concerned.

Eclair Adopts Briar AU:

Now this situation can happen depending on how you use the AU, since in actuality?

Briar probably wouldn't be expelled from DCA

But, if it did happen, it most definitely depends on how you use the AU and your own way of explaining why Citrouille expelled her

After Briar gets expelled, Eclair immediately makes sure she is enrolled into Scepter Hall

No one outside of those in the academy (plus their allies)actually know Briar was attending SHI now

Especially since Eclair and Brooke made sure no one was to find out

And if they did while they were still signing paperwork for Briar's enrollment...

Yeah let's not find out-

BUT either way, Briar suddenly finds herself enrolled into Scepter Hall after she was recently expelled from her safe haven, Diamond Crown Academy

Sorting Ceremony

Now, Briar's sorting ceremony was more minimalistic (?)

Since it didn't have any students watching her every move while she patiently waits to be sorted into a dorm

The hall of Portals only had her, the staff, Meryl, and a white owl watching everything unfold

Maybe even Citrouille and the DCA staff as well?

Briar smiled at her peers, proud to know that there are still many people in her life who are willing to support her no matter the cost.

Walking towards the pedestals and their extravagant detailing, Briar extended her hand to each and every one of them. Patiently waiting for the object to glow and claim her as a member of any of the dorms.

That was, until she reached the pedestal of (Natelitsa/Magnijardin).

Briar's eyes widen, not only from shock but also amazement as the object above the pedestal floated towards her and claimed her as a member of the dorm.

The staff and Meryl clapped, with Meryl cheering from excitement now that her sister is not only attending Scepter Hall, but also is in one of her favorite dormitories.

Eclair walked towards Briar, pride filling her aura as she gifted Briar a gentle smile.

"Presenting, Briar Hollow. The newest edition to (Natelitsa/Magnijardin)!" She exclaimed, happiness filling her voice.

Briar grinned, tears at the brim of her eyes as she was given a tight hug from her Mother, Eclair.

Magnijardin

Now, Briar would probably take a while to adjust in Magnijardin if she was sorted there

Especially given the fact that like 80% of the residents have the ambition for elegance and perfectionism

It would also take a while given how much they'd probably marvel at her beauty and give her endless compliments every 3 minutes-

But, I think Briar would grow accustomed to their ambitious views and maybe even be as ambitious as well

Probably not for elegance and perfection, but more on the art of horticultural studies

She's accompanied Vidya with her own horticultural studies, but never really found as much interest in it as she does now

Would probably have some assistance from Claudette and Madam Monroe with her studies since she hasn't been so invested in something for so long

Even then, I feel like she'd be a great addition to Magnijardin ♥️

Natelitsa

I don't know why, but I think Briar would probably adjust to their customs a bit quicker if she was sorted here?

She's had her fair share of not wishing to be the center of attention, countless times

The most recent being the rumors regarding Countess Kellen's murder and the trial that took place

So she'd probably relate to the residents given the fact that they reside in the dorm Eclair was sorted into

She'd also be respectful of their privacy and knows what personal space is whenever she hangs out with them

The residents adore how humble Briar is and how gentle she is compared to other dormitories and their residents

Much like her interest in Horticulture, Briar would most likely be interested in Natelitsa and their photokinetic magic

She's met a few people with photokinetic abilities, but not once did she see so many in one sitting all at once

Not only was she fascinated, she was also intrigued

She'd probably talk with Eclair about photokinesis and their magical properties since she doesn't know anyone who knows it better than Eclair

Overall, Briar would probably adjust quicker in Natelitsa, and would also be incredibly intrigued by photosynthesis and it's magical properties!

𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐬(𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧):

Meryl's favorite NRC students are Cater, Silver, and Lillia

Clark makes mean girls references

Eclair wears a pantsuit with the upper part of it appearing to be a part of a dress

Eclair wore black as a way to grieve the potential death of her missing husband, Malory Khione

Meryl's never met her father but has heard numerous things about him

Madam Monroe and Lillia occasionally flirt with one another whenever she visited to help care for Silver during his childhood

Brooke calls Eclair 'Mom' regularly because she's the only good mother figure he has

Claudette and Ambrosia relate to each other for not having parental figures

Finnigan has slight PTSD from his royal household and is shown to be sleep deprived on the regular

Eclair and Meryl on separate occasions have encountered a white owl when visiting Forêt Gelée several times

When meeting the white owl for the first time, Eclair noticed a familiar looking pendant but couldn't remember why it looked so familiar to her

Meryl plays with the pixies of Forêt Gelée during the winter seasons

Brooke nearly burnt down the kitchen area of the academy and has a lifelong ban because of that

Meryl is one of the only people who Malleus allows to touch his horns

Eclair has certain features that resembles Briar Auroria's mother, Amare Casia

Ambrosia nearly killed the judge when her trial happened back when she was accused of murder

Claudette brushes Ambrosia's hair because the latter claims to not have the time to do it

Finnigan is deaf on one ear

Ambrosia doesn't have ears but rather gills that she hides with her hair

Meryl hasn't seen her mother outside of the color black her whole life because of Eclair grieving. The only time she does wear different colored clothing is either when Meryl insists on it, or events she and Meryl were invited to

Finnigan's royal household at some point tried to find him and frame him for adultery and treason for 'sleeping with his brother's fiancé' , even though Finnigan was at Scepter Hall when his brother was engaged

Clark middle fingers Finnigan's family portraits because of how his family treated him, he tends to get odd looks because of that

Mim from @witchinghouracademy would often visit just to pull some pranks with Clark and secretly teach Meryl dangerous spells and swear words, however she does jokingly apologize to Eclair afterwards

Meryl's favorite DCA students are Briar, Elu, and Rozeline

There is a tree at the center of the academy that had been planted for Malory after his disappearance

Four realms festival, autumn season

The planning

So the four realms festival(s)

Very exclusive event that not many people outside of SHI residents can attend

And the few non-student guests are either people Eclair handpicked herself

With help from Meryl of course ÚvÙ

Or family members of a student with approval to enter the campus by Eclair

But I digress

Today was the day everyone began to prepare for the autumn event of the festival

But due to complications with the planning, the festival wasn't able to be held between the first week of autumn

So they decided to make an exception for this year

Meryl was extremely excited to help plan the festival, her golden eyes practically shone like the sun because of that excitement

The students, particularly the Animania and Pemburu Hutan residents(they were the dorms hosting the autumn event), looked in amusement as Eclair ran her errands with Meryl in her arms

As for the staff, well.... 😬

Brooke: CLARK STOP WEARING PINK, IT CLASHES WITH THE DECORATIONS

Clark: LOOSEN UP BROOKE, IT'S OCTOBER.

Despite Clark's antics, the planning for the event was smoother than butter

Claudette and Ambrosia handled the food stalls

Brooke handled the music sung by the animals within the academy

Finnigan dealt with security and made sure to handpick the best suitable guards in the security unit of the school

M. Monroe was handling the decorations and dress coding with Meryl

And Eclair was the one to approve all decisions made by the staff and students

The students all wore cute autumn friendly clothing with orange leaves and all that jazz

But for the most part, the handpicked guests Eclair had invited didn't arrive yet

The staff shenanigans before the invited guests arrive and the actual festival begins

Everything was pretty much prepped by now

The staff all wore coordinated autumn clothing, and wore stylish but durable coats in case they get cold

Meryl was also almost done getting ready in her adorable autumn outfit that was a gift from Ella(@phoenix-manga 's oc)

Eclair could gush about how cute her daughter looked for hours

Clark was gushing with her

Meryl felt cool when she put on the sunglasses

Unbeknownst to Eclair, Ambrosia snuck some butterscotches into Meryl's bag as a snack

Say whatever you want but for whatever reason, Meryl likes butterscotches

Meanwhile Brooke and Clark were bantering yet again 🙄 smh

Brooke: WHY ARE YOU WEARING A SHIRT THAT SAYS 'A little bit dramatic'?!

Clark: IT'S WHAT REGINA GEORGE WOULD'VE W A N T E D

M. Monroe: Would you two shut your pointless banter? Meryl's ears are still sensitive to shouting.

Eclair sighed really heavily, saying that it's almost time for the guests to arrive and that she and Meryl need to greet them

Even going as far as to say "Don't cause trouble"

The staff promised not to cause too much trouble and continued to finish up prepping their appearances

Remember when Eclair advised the staff not to cause trouble?

That shit backfired immediately after she and Meryl finished greeting the guests

Endless mean girls references, both the movie AND the Broadway musical

A few people passing out after smelling the wild flowers that Claudette forgot to move

The chimpanzees attacking students and guests when they try to enter their territory

Literal shit show

Clark's mean girls references never seem to STOP, people keep asking Ambrosia questions because she was onced accused of almost murdering the ruler of her former kingdom

So much shit is happening Eclair can't even focus without getting dizzy by all the neverending chaos

But for whatever reason, everyone loved it either way and it surprised the fuck out of Eclair

Meryl was having the time of her life tbh, it was adorable to see her spending time with Ella and seeing both of them fangirl over the aesthetic of the festival

I feel like Ella almost fainted when she first entered

If you're wondering how Ella's still alive despite the poisonous atmosphere of the plants, Eclair probably gave her a brooch that let her move around more normally

Eclair: *sighs* Despite the chaos.... Malory would've loved it either way.

In spite of all the chaos happening around her,

Eclair just decided to let things go as they may and let loose

And honestly?

Quite the shock to see Eclair Ciana Hollow let loose and have the time of her life in the festival since she usually keeps a calm and composed face

I think a few people almost had a seizure and a possible heart attack from seeing her smile so much

And when Clark gave her alcohol?

HOO BOY

As composed as Eclair usually is, she's a fucking party maniac when drunk

She has a high alcohol tolerance, but when she reaches her breaking point it's over.

It's just is. All composure is no more and she's a party animal

Witnessing her and Clark sing Apex predator from the mean girls musical was quite the sight to see

Finnigan: This is why she can't drink more than 4 bottles

M. Monroe: I'll add a passcode to the liquor cabinet so Clark can't enter as easily -.-

Claudette: PUH-LEASE, I'M R E A L L Y ENTERTAINED BY THIS

Ambrosia: You usually are

Brooke: PICK ME UP, I'M SCARED-

In general it was VERY chaotic

Meanwhile Meryl and Ella were having fun looking at the aesthetics and completely ignoring drunk Eclair 🗿

Mostly Meryl tho, Ella was quite startled

Finnigan was actually enjoying the festival and did his best to ignore the chaos-

Most of the magnijardin residents still complained that their outfits clashed with their complexion and wanted to change but they couldn't cause dress code is mandatory for the festival to remain cohesive XD

And then there's the Pemburu Hutan residents who are absolutely SLAYING their autumn looks with Animania

Save some of that stylishness for the rest of us, pls 🥹

The wing race, the end of the festival

It was the final day of the festival and everyone was both stoked and saddened

The festival was fun despite the initial stress, and it was a bit sad for the residents to start tearing down the decorations until the winter festival

But either way, they couldn't have a festival all the time

Marylin's obsession with the budget wouldn't allow that

So now it was time for the annual wing race between bystro letayuschiy and pemburu hutan

And everyone was hyped

But BOY were the contestants fast at flying

Everyone was pretty dang sure that they defied the speed of light and were arguably faster than sound

Clark was hyping up both teams since he shows no favoritism-

Same thing applies to Finnigan since he cares about both dorms equally

Meryl: Momma, who's going to win?

Eclair: I'm not sure dear, it really depends

Meryl: Oh.... I hope both of them win!

Eclair: *giggles* You do?

Meryl: Mhm! I don't want any of them to be sad when they lose....

In the end, it was a tie

Pemburu hutan was better at navigating

While bystro letayuschiy was better at general speed

In the end, Finnigan declared the race to be a tie and the festival concluded

Meryl sniffles, "Can I see you again tomorrow when I go to your school, miss Ella?" She asks.

Ella chuckles, softly patting her head."Of course you can, Meryl! I'll be sure to help you make more friendship bracelets!" She exclaimed joyfully, gently giving Meryl a hug right after.

As Eclair finished opening the portal to diamond crown academy, she approaches Ella.

"It is time for you to return to DCA, miss Glaciel."

"O-Oh! I see... I would like to thank you again for inviting me to such an exclusive event, lady Hollow."

Ella curtsied, tugging at the hems of her skirt. Eclair smiles softly before doing the same thing after Ella.

"There is no need to thank me, miss Glaciel. Since Briar attended the spring event and miss Alison attended the summer event, it was only fair that you attended the autumn event." Eclair picked up Meryl, who began to wave a goodbye at Ella.

"Bye miss Ella!"

"Goodbye Meryl!" Ella says, before the portal closed. Leaving Meryl and Eclair alone.

Soon after, Meryl yawned and quickly drifted to sleep thanks to Eclair's magic. The latter giggled, kissing the top of her daughter's identically blonde head.

"You had a long day, my darling... Sleep well."

Personality

Unsurprisingly, Brooke is well-liked by his students. Both in and out of Animania, he has regular conversations with each and every one of his students.

Of course, he takes his job incredibly seriously. He has to repay Eclair for raising him for practically his entire life, after all.

Brooke is a bit of an animal enthusiast. And calling his love for them a “bit” is an understatement, at most. He spends almost every hour of the day caring for them, talking with them, even gossiping with them. With the songbirds, specifically.

Despite his quiet demeanor, Brooke is rather easygoing and a good listener - making him a great source of comfort whenever one needs to ramble to get something off their chest.

Nonetheless, Brooke still continues to have his flaws, but he tries to learn from them instead of trying to pretend he doesn't have any of those flaws that make him… Well, him.

Brooke is, to some extent, passive. His responses to certain things are rather blunt, and for the most part, he isn't afraid to speak his mind when the moment asks for it.

And he's most definitely easy to annoy. Clark is living proof of that, as Brooke can't help but have the silent temptation of grabbing Clark by his neck and strangling him until the light escapes his eyes.

Eclair: Finds her endearing and respects her, She'd probably ask if she's able to take care of Meryl whenever she has to go somewhere doing Headmistress business.

Claudette: Doesn't mind her, and also doesn't know much about her due to Claudette's busy schedule. From what she knows about Yvette, Claudette's pretty okay with her.

Ambrosia: Much like Claudette, Ambrosia doesn't have as many opportunities to see Yvette due to her busy schedule and managing Eauxclaires. However, She does respect Yvette for being able to take responsibilities very formidably.

Clark: Doesn't know her but has heard OF her. From what he's heard from Eclair and Meryl, he's okay with her.

Madam Monroe: Adores her. They get along really nicely and Monroe would probably invite her to tea quite often tbh.

Finnigan: Due to the fact that he has to manage two dormitories at once, he has twice the amount of business compared to the rest of the staff. So it would be unlikely for him to meet Yvette at first. But when he does, He'll admit she's pretty and would have respect for her for being able to take care of Meryl.

Brooke: Meh, doesn't think much of her. He'll admit she's really nice though and would probably ask for her assistance with some stuff if she has the time to.

Meryl: Adores her to the max. She always talks about how pretty Yvette is and likes that Eclair also likes her. She'd probably have a lot of fun with her in my opinion.

Animania, Dormitory of the fairies of Animals and the dorm that dedicates itself to protecting any animal in the academy.

This dorm is most known for being incredibly approachable for both animals and people, always being on the good side of people and almost NEVER doing anything wrong.

Unfortunately, if you show any signs of showing cruelty to a certain animal while a member of the dorm is around, you will no longer be allowed to approach any of them. And if you were a member of the dorm, they would hereby disown you and request to their dorm head and the headmistress for you to be sorted in another dorm or be temporarily suspended.

They're incredibly protective of the animals, and while they're generally nice, they will use their magic on you if you disrespect the dormitory and it's values of protection over the animals.

Their dorm head is Professor Brooke Averett, the professor in Animal communication and care. He is incredibly soft spoken and is often given different kinds of gifts from the animals because of how much they adore him.

The dorm is located in the Autumn Holt. The center of the holt are an abundance of cabins where members of the dorm sleep in. Every time a new member has been chosen, Brooke would construct another cabin using an enchantment that the academy had been using for centuries. The Dormitory is known to be as elegant in terms of design in similarity to Magnijardin.
