What really fucks me up is that literally all of the tragedy and carnage in the Bone Comic books could've been prevented if Rose had just killed Briar instead of Cleo.

Yes, Briar was her sister, but Jesus Christ this woman wanted to murder her little sister because she was jealous.

And, Rose wasn't even mean to Briar??? She adored Briar and looked up to Briar. She probably was the nicest person to Briar???

And, after everything that Briar had done, after Briar admitted she was colluding with the Lord of the Locusts, Rose still spares Briar and kills her dog instead to restore balance.

And, despite this, Briar betrays her little sister and her entire family a SECOND fucking time??? Because she was jealous.

The entire Valley gets NUKED because Rose chose to spare Briar, because despite everything she still loved her.

Briar had everything, and she threw it all away because Rose was "the favorite."

It's just so fucked up.
